The Misfits picked up another win last night, with a 7-0 shutout against Book Hockey. Steven Voss had a pair of goals for the Misfits, and Rob Stark earned the win in net. In the second game, Ovenchicken defeated the Punishers by a score of 7-2. Brandon Gauthier scored 2 goals and added two assists, leading Ovenchicken to victory. The last game of the night was a close one between the Leesburg Lowercases and the Vienna Orange Wings. Rob Heleniak had a pair of goals for the Lowercases in the 1st half, but Vienna battled back with a goal from Kevin Lawton and a late 2nd half goal by Jeremy Silver. The score remained tied 2-2, after regulation and overtime, so the teams headed to a shootout. With the score still even after three rounds, Jamie Johnson had the game winner for the Lowercases in the forth.
