We had 3 games on the slate last night, and first up was a re-match from last season’s finals – Loudoun Obnoxious vs Loudoun 57’s. Loudoun 57’s would emerge victorious again, defeating Obnoxious by a score of 8-3. Sam Kukulich and Jacob Podhraski both had standout games, scoring 2 goals each, for the 57’s. In the second game, The Misfires continued their strong season, with a 4-3 win against the Trashers. Todd Wozny led all Misfires players, collecting 2 goals (GWG) and 1 assist. Last up, was a re-match between the 57’s and Loudoun Obnoxious. This time the game would need a full overtime period and a shootout! The 57’s completed the season sweep, with another shootout game winner from Chris Gustafson. In regulation Sam Kukulich scored all 4 goals for the 57’s!
