Alan Ducard: Ladies and Gentlemen, it's NOW time for the match I'm sure mostly everyone has been waiting for... Main Event of the evening, the 15 man Co-Op Challenge for the vacant World Championship! Its the moment of truth. THE Prize this industry has to offer is on the line and 16 Legacy Superstars have the opportunity to go home with that prize, folks! Jimmy Yates: Its rare where I can say, we are GUARANTEED to see a NEW World Champion tonight! Bryan Harris: Yates is more excited than a coked up Chihuaua! I'm amazed he hasn't tinkled a little on the carpet! Alan Ducard: Bladder control not with standing, we have an epic contest to get to, gents. The good people at home did not pay their hard earned money to listen to us blabber on- Bryan Harris: Speak for yourself, Al! I'm still at a loss at some of the people that are in this match. Crazy Boy? Willinium? Laura Seton? Some of these people don't even belong in the same realm as the likes of Loco Martinez, Issac Entragian or X-Calibur. Jimmy Yates: If they made it to this match, they have as much as of chance to win the title as anyone else. They had to earn their way into the match and if the captain picked them, they must have to have done something right to catch their attention Alan Ducard: And the captains of the teams aren't there by chance. Each one of them had to win a raffle or a match to get a chance to lead a team to victory. Bryan Harris: I don't want to hear it. Do you really think someone like Crazy Boy or Laura Seton really has a chance to win this match and become Legacy World Champion? I don't think so. Give me someone that has that gold around their waist before. Jimmy Yates: Some of these guys that are still yet to be World Champion might just be hungrier and more determined than some of the guys that have had it before. It's anybody's game out there, and the one that survives will be at the top of the mountain. Alan Ducard: There's only one way to find out. Let's unleash them and see who walks out tonight champion. Josephina Colbert: Ladies and Gentlemen is it NOW time for the MAIN EVENT OF THE EVENING, the Co-Op Challenge for the WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!! There's a huge ovation from the fans who have been waiting all evening for this match, ever since they purchased their tickets. They knew this match was going to be exciting given what they had seen in past years, and the time had now come. Josephina Colbert: The match is set for falls to occur until no individuals are remaining but the victor, and eliminations can occur by pinfall, submission, Captain's rule OR disqualification and may happen anywhere in the ring, immediately outside the ring, on the entrance walkway or on the entrance stage, so BE READY for a WILD TIME!! Here are the first three competitors...The booing starts as "Harvester of Sorrow" by Metallica hits the speakers, the fans knowing full well that they aren't too excited to be seeing the individual who is about to walk through the curtain underneath the LEGACY Vision Jumbotron which bares his logo.
As his music plays, X-Calibur makes his way along the elevated entrance platform, the booing fans all along his feet. Bryan Harris: These fans just don't get it. Listen to these idiots! The fact that they don't like a competitor of X-Calibur's stature just because he turned his back on Cade Sydal, it's just proof that they deserve to be second class citizens, watching other people become great as they stay mediocre. Jimmy Yates: I'm sure that part of the reason they boo is because X-Calibur not only turned his back on Cade Sydal and attacked him at our last pay per view, LEGACY XV, but now with Cade Sydal's return, X-Calibur has refused to step into the ring with Cade, telling him essentially to stand in line. Bryan Harris: Can you blame him? X-Calibur is a man on the fast track to improving on his already great career, and he doesn't need to be sidelined by Cade Sydal. Alan Ducard: The one thing which these fans may want to be mindful of when booking for X-Calibur here during his entrance is that because of X-Calibur's entrance position, he's certainly unlikely to be the one left standing when this match has runs its course. X-Calibur gets into the ring and takes off his Profanity & Insanity signature tshirt, walking over and throwing it at the ring attendant who sits by the bell. X then moves over and uses the top rope to stretch as he waits for the second and third entrants. The lights dim and "It Dwells in Me" by All That Remains hits the speakers, and the fans go nuts. Jimmy Yates: Holy Providence, LEGACY!!!
Running at a full sprint, Cade Sydal quickly makes his way from the backstage area, along the entrance walkway, leapfrogging the top rope and into the ring. X-Calibur had a moment to brace himself for the attack, but Cade starts in quickly. Alan Ducard: Cade Sydal got the lucky opportunity to enter this match at the second position, and now he gets his hands on X-Calibur! Cade starts quickly throwing lefts and rights. X-Calibur blocks one or two of them and retaliates with one of his own, but Cade continues in on the attack! Bryan Harris: There's something fishy going on here, and I don't like it! There's NO WAY that Cade Sydal legitimately drew the #2 spot in this thing! He had to know that X-Calibur was going to be in the #1 spot! Jimmy Yates: If Loco Martinez and X-Calibur can break the rules to be co-captains, I see no problem with Cade Sydal finding a way to find out when X-Calibur is going to be in the match and finding a way to put himself into that spot! The rapid-fire punching catches up with X-Calibur and he drops down to the mat, then rolls out of the ring underneath the bottom rope. As X-Calibur stands on his feet trying to slow things down, Cade holds onto the top rope and propells himself up and over, crashing down onto X, both of them going to the floor. Alan Ducard: Regardless of how he came about this opportunity, Cade Sydal is making the most of it! Cade gets into the mounted position and starts trying to pound away at X's face, but X-Calibur shoves him to the side and scrambles to his feet. Bryan Harris: If he wants this chance to continue, he'd better hope fortune favors him with the third entrant into this match! As X-Calibur starts moving around the ring, Cade Sydal starts to follow him, and Ted Nugent's "Stranglehold" begins to play over the speakers, and the cameras shift over to the entrance stage where the next entrant's logo shows up on the LEGACY Vision jumbotron.
Hazard walks out onto the stage and the cheers from the crowd just roll off his back, as he is clearly focused on the task at hand. Jimmy Yates: The former F/X Network Champion getting lots of love from the fans here tonight, and with the way he seems to have a knack of winning matches thus far in LEGACY, you can't blame him! Bryan Harris: If he decides to keep his focus on Issac Entragian, he can assure himself of not keeping those winning ways! Walking to the ring and watching what's going on already, Hazard looks side to side as he gets closer and closer to the apron. X-Calibur continues his attempt to slow the action by moving around the ring, and he finds himself up on the entrance walkway just in time for Hazard to get there. The two lock eyes for a moment, and then when it becomes apparent to X-Calibur that Hazard isn't going to attack him, X smirks and then turns to hop off the walkway, but Hazard grabs him by the arm, spins him around, grabs him by the back of his waistband and throws him into the ring over the top rope. On the outside of the ring, Cade Sydal shoots Hazard an appreciative look and then slides in under the bottom rope. Alan Ducard: It looks like Hazard wants to see Cade Sydal get his hands on X-Calibur just as bad as everyone else... and now that Hazard has joined the other two in the ring, the opening bell sounds and the match can begin. Bryan Harris: In case you didn't notice, the match has already begun for X-Calibur! X-Calibur tries to get himself up from off the mat, eyeing both men - a stalking Cade Sydal who is looking to continue kicking his head in, and to Hazard, whose motivation X is trying to determine. X turns his full attention to Sydal, as he's the one who poses him the most danger at the moment, and he tries to get up off the mat. Before he can get up, X has Cade's boot stomped into his chest, forcing him back down. As X tries to again exit the ring under the bottom rope, Cade Sydal grabs him by the ankle and pulls him back in. Jimmy Yates: Not this time! Taking X by the arm, Cade hoists X right up off the mat and whips him off into the ropes. On the return Cade leaps in X's direction and sends a spinning kick that drills X near the base of his throat, dropping him to the mat. Moving in over his nemesis, Sydal starts sending kicks directly into X's ribs, rocking him to the core. Then he starts stomping down onto X's stomach, but he only gets a few of them done before he gets pushed away by Hazard. Bryan Harris: FINALLY Hazard realizes that he's in this fight too! After nailing Cade with a hard right to the chin, Hazard grabs him by the wrist and whips Cade into the far corner, follows him in and drills a clothesline. Hazard locks Sydal into his grasp and looks to be going for a belly to belly suplex, but Cade locks his foot under the bottom rope, keeping him there and then sending a headbutt into Hazard's upper chest, just below his neck. Having created space, Cade hops up onto the second turnbuckle and flips forward, grabbing Hazard by the arm and whipping him around with a flying armdrag takedown. Cade rolls and gets to his feet, takes two steps and attempts a low dropkick, but Hazard rolls out of the way. Jimmy Yates: Wow, if that dropkick had Cade executes a backwards roll to help get right back up to his feet, and as Hazard moves in to try to start on the offensive again, Cade spins around and sends a backwards kick to the gut that drops Hazard to his knees. Sydal turns and runs into the ropes to get some momentum, but on the return he's grabbed up off his feet by X-Calibur, spun around and driven down to his knee with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Bryan Harris: There you go, X! Alan Ducard: As you can see in the bottom of your screen, the first 90 seconds of the match are about to finish ticking away, and we're about to get a fourth member of this match. As the timer gets to zero, a buzzer sounds and the eerie guitar chords from the opening of Blue Oyster Cult's classic, redone for LEGACY, sound over the speakers, and there's a shocked hush come over the majority of the crowd, the rest of whom start cheering.
Jimmy Yates: They're... cheering?! The Ivory Terror steps out onto the stage, wearing a long white trench coat over his ring attire, a grin on his face as he looks towards the ring. Alan Ducard: I belive they're looking forward to seeing Hazard get the chance to lock horns with the man who bloodied him on STRIFE 63! Bryan Harris: More of the same for Hazard, that's what I'm predicting! Issac Entragian slowly starts making his way across the entrance walkway, looking at the three competitors who are already in the ring. When he gets to the apron, Entragian steps over the top rope one leg at a time and heads straight for Hazard, who is working his way up off the mat. X-Calibur sees where Issac is headed and stops crab-walking backwards towards the corner and looks for Cade. Putting his hands softly under Hazard's jaw, Issac helps Hazard up off the mat, hoping to get a good look at Haz before starting in on the violence, but Hazard drills him with a hooking left hand that staggers Issac back a step, and then Hazard runs into the ropes. On the return Haz leaps up off the mat and tackles Entragian with a Lou Thesz press and starts raining in on him with rights and lefts. Issac gets his hands up and starts to block, and then grabs Hazard by the throat and starts choking him. Jimmy Yates: Come on, ref, get in there! As if to answer the call, Klinton Porter slides into the ring under the bottom rope and starts admonishing Issac for the choke, and Issac lets go when the count reaches three. The damage is somewhat done, though, as Issac shoves Hazard off of him and then starts to get to his feet, hoisting Hazard up and whipping him hard into the corner back-first. Issac then charges in and nails a back elbow smash that knocks the spit out of Hazard's mouth. On the other side of the ring, X-Calibur has been working over Cade's leg. First it was just kicks, then he slammed it into the mat a few times, and now it's a single leg crab. X is watching Issac and Hazard and likes what he sees. Issac now has his leg extended, choking Hazard with the bottom of his boot in the corner. Alan Ducard: Both former LEGACY World Champions in control here... Bryan Harris: Just like you'd expect! Issac Entragian should rightfully still be the champion tonight, and the only reason X-Calibur got taken off his throne is because he met Issac in the ring - one of only a few people in this business who could have taken the belt off of him! Jimmy Yates: Okay, enough about your man-crushes. I don't need to hear all about how Loco Martinez would be the only other guy who could've taken the belt from X... Bryan Harris: What's true is true! Alan Ducard: Right, and what's true right now is that we've got a very exciting first foursome in this match, and in about 10 seconds we're going to hear that buzzer sound and we'll get yet another entrant who is going to have a profound impact on the dynamic of this contest.... *hears the buzzer* and here we go! After the signal, the arena all look towards the entrance and a HUGE eruption of cheers rings out when the opening chords of "Outlaw Torn" begin to play over the speakers and the LEGACY Vision jumbotron shows the legend's logo.
As "The Outlaw" Greyson Blade steps out onto the stage, the ovation gets louder, and after surveying the scene for a moment, Blade acknowledges the fans' reaction before he starts on his way towards the ring. Alan Ducard: He's calm, calculating, and former LEGACY World Champion Greyson Blade is ready for the battle ahead of thim. Bryan Harris: The battle isn't just behind him, though! Without his knowledge, Greyson Blade is swiftly approached from behind by the ninja who has been stalking him in previous weeks, and just as Greyson gets halfway to the ring, the ninja dives in and connects with a diving forearm shot to the back of the knee, crumbling Blade down to the walkway. "The Outlaw" rolls a bit and tries to get up, but the ninja dives off of the entrance walkway down to the area around the ring, grabs Blade's foot, spins him back over onto his stomach and then yanks down on Blade's leg. The ninja then pulls Blade down off of the walkway and executes a dragon-screw legwhip which sends Blade back-first into the steel steps. Jimmy Yates: This is insanity! Get over there, guys, put a stop to this! Referees Leonard Nolan and Travis Rollins run around the ring, causing the ninja to flee through the crowd. The fans boo as the referees check on Greyson Blade. Alan Ducard: This will certainly make it difficult for Greyson Blade to get even into the final five of this match, let alone recapture the LEGACY World Championship. Bryan Harris: Kidd will be happy about that, because it just increases HIS chances of winning it all. In FACT, I wouldn't be surprised if Kidd was involved in the whole "ninja" situation somehow. Jimmy Yates: Don't be rediculous! Alan Ducard: While I tend not to believe it, stranger things have happened, and Greyson Blade would be an obstacle Kidd would have to overcome were he to want the World Championship - a goal I'm not even sure he has in mind. Back inside the ring, X-Calibur pulls Cade Sydal up to his feet and hoists him up onto the top turnbuckle. He then walks over and says something to Issac, pushing past the Ivory Terror in the process, taking Hazard by the arm and whipping him over to the corner where Cade is located, the force from Hazard's impact with the turnbuckle causes Cade to start to fall down off the perch, though he doesn't fall all the way down. Jimmy Yates: I don't know how, but Cade Sydal used that good leg of his to hook onto the rope to keep him from falling to the arena floor. Bryan Harris: He might be in a decent psotion, but dangling upside down like that surely isn't how Cade wants to be right now! The fans cheer as Greyson Blade gently pushes the referees away, as if to tell them he's going to get up on his own. Inside the ring, X-Calibur looks like he wants to follow-up on the attack against Cade Sydal and Hazard, but the moment he turns his back on Issac and takes a step away from him, the Albino Abomination grabs X-Calibur by the side of his head with both arms and then SLAMS X-Calibur down to the mat onto his back! Jimmy Yates: It looks like Issac was none too happy with X-Calibur just assuming he could butt-in to his little foray with Hazard, and I guess there won't be an alliance between the two. Alan Ducard: It certainly appears that way, Jimmy. Hazard stumbles out of the corner and heads across the ring, and after watching him for a moment, Issac rushes in and goes to kick Cade in the chest between the ropes, but at the last second Cade manages to push himself out of harm's way. Issac has his foot caught in the ropes, and Cade pulls himself back up to the top rope, grabs Issac by the head and pushes off towards the middle of the ring, splashing down, sending Entragian down onto his back. Cade then locates Hazard, turns, runs into the ropes, and on the return goes for a senton splash, but Hazard gets pulled out of the ring underneath the bottom rope by Greyson Blade and Cade splashes down unsuccessfully onto his back. Jimmy Yates: Team Kidd's members working together, and we'll see how far that alliance gets them. Bryan Harris: With the damage already done to Greyson's knee, he's going to need help! The buzzer sounds as the lock strikes zero, and the rolling bassline from Filter's original version of "Hey Man Nice Shot" begins to play over the speakers, and the crowd starts cheering as the logo appears on the LEGACY Vision.
Jimmy Yates: Well this is interesting, John is going back to the original version of his theme song instead of the hipper, jazzier remix. When John Thomas steps out of the back, he stops on the edge of the entrance stage for a second, takes off his signature "Durable" shirt and launches it into the crowd, getting a nice pop from the ladies in attendance, and then John rushes along the entrance walkway, having seen something he wants to get involved in. Alan Ducard: The ladies surely do love John Thomas. Bryan Harris: From what I've seen of John Thomas the past couple months, he's no better than half of Hollywood, Al. He's just a pretty face that the ladies like to look at, but he doesn't have any talent to back it up! He may as well be in US Magazine. Jimmy Yates: Did you just call John Thomas "pretty"? Bryan Harris: Shut it, Yates. Inside the ring, X-Calibur had made his way over to where Cade Sydal had failed in his running senton and had kept him on the mat with some mounted punches. The moment John Thomas gets into the ring he kicks Issac in the ribs, keeping the big man from getting back up. John then moves over and grabs X-Calibur and yells something at him, then the two move over and grab Issac, hoisting him up off the mat and executing a double-team vertical suplex. As X & JT get up from the mat, they see Greyson Blade and Hazard step up onto the apron and re-enter the ring. The two pairs stand across the ring from one another, trying to figure out what's going to happen next, but Cade Sydal settles that, rushing in and tackling X-Calibur down to the mat, the two rolling out of the ring under the bottom rope. Alan Ducard: You have to wonder the thoughts going through the mind of John Thomas as he is faced with two men. Jimmy Yates: Now this isn't surprising, Greyson Blade deciding not to do a double-team move on his former nemesis, instead letting Hazard and John Thomas battle each other. Bryan Harris: Bad decision by The Outlaw. Alan Ducard: Given his history with Issac Entragian, I'm not surprised at the choice he made. As Greyson Blade hoists Issac up off the mat and bulls him back-first into the corner, John Thomas and Hazard lock up. Hazard gets a standing armbar, but John Thomas reverses it and yanks down on it a couple times. JT then positions himself behind Hazard and connects with a dropkick to the shoulder. When both of them work to get back to their feet, John hammers down onto Hazard's shoulder with a hooking right punch, but Hazard turns and kicks John Thomas in the gut. As Hazard tries for a punch, JT blocks it and wrenches into a hammerlock, but Hazard starts turning, and then his feet continue shuffling and he moves backwards, shoving John Thomas backwards, connecting with Greyson Blade, who was in the process of hammering on Issac Entragian. Greyson Blade turns around and sees John Thomas standing there, and he immediately drills a jab, then hooks John under the shoulder and launches JT halfway across the ring with a hiptoss. When Hazard stands back up, he drills Issac in the ribs with rights, lefts, over and over. Taking Issac by the wrist, Hazard starts to whip Issac towards the middle of the ring, but then brings him right back towards him, letting go momentarily to take Issac down with a modified STO tripping clothesline. Outside the ring, Cade Sydal spins around and nails a stunned X-Calibur with a forearm shot. Sydal then takes X by the wrist and tries to send him into the fan barrier, but X-Calibur reverses it and instead sends Cade back-first into the solid security implement. The clock starts ticking down again and when it hits 0, the buzzer sounds and the classic "Carry On My Wayward Sun" by Kansas begins to play, and the fans give a mild reaction.
Bryan Harris: Believe it or not, but I'm a fan of Willenium, and I think what we've seen of him thus far is only the tip of the iceberg.... and I'm not convinced that we've seen what he's really all about yet. Jimmy Yates: With all the great talent we've got trying to get onto the LEGACY roster, he better step up now, as this is probably the biggest opportunity he'll get! Willenium doesn't waste much time getting to the ring, and when he gets there, he surveys the scene. He decides to leave Greyson Blade alone in the corner and instead goes after Hazard, who was trying to get Issac up off the mat. Willenium takes Hazard by the head into his grasp, takes a step back and immediately plants him into the mat with a DDT. Outside the ring, X-Calibur backs up, measuring Cade Sydal - who is seated on the arena floor with his head and back leaning up against the steel security barricade. Digging in his feet and ignoring the pleas from Klinton Porter about the dangers involved, X-Calibur rushes forward and goes to kick Cade's head into the steel, but at the last moment Sydal rolls to the side, and X-Calibur's leg connects with the steel, and he stumbles backwards, his knee and hip getting compressed with the impact. Alan Ducard: Wow, what provident timing by the Strong Style Dragon! Bryan Harris: I know, right? Cade Sydal got LUCKY there! Inside the ring, Greyson Blade helps Issac Entragian to his feet and then sends him with a short irish whip into the corner turnbuckles. Taking two steps forwards, Blade drives his shoulder into Issac's chest. Jimmy Yates: Nice shoulder block there by Greyson Blade, but you have to wonder if it could've had more impact if he hadn't sustained the damage to his knee in that ninja attack on his way into this match. Climbing up the turnbuckles, Greyson Blade positions himself and starts with the mounted punches. Before he can connect with the fourth one, Greyson is drilled in the back by Willenium. Stopping for a moment, Greyson fires backwards with a kick that catches Trey in the chest, causing him to stumble back a few steps and he decides to leave that situation alone. Blade then turns his attention back onto Issac, but the Albino Abomination reaches up and starts choking The Outlaw. Greyson fights it, and Issac shoves him sideways, causing Blade to spill out over the top rope, hitting his leg on the apron before he stumbles down to the arena floor. On the opposite side of the ring, both Cade Sydal and X-Calibur start working their way up off the arena floor, X slightly favoring his leg, Cade's back obviously not doing great. Alan Ducard: Look at the fire in the eyes of those men! Cade Sydal wants revenge, X-Calibur wants to finish the job he started back at LEGACY XV. Jimmy Yates: X sees that Cade is getting up... now there's a renewed sense of urgency... As X moves in to start on the offensive again, he's DRILLED in the mouth by a WICKED DIVING FOREARM-AND-ELBOW shot by Cade! X-Calibur stumbles backwards, down onto the arena floor, and Cade establishes his feet again and then steps in and STOMPS down onto X-Calibur's gut, causing him to curl up into the fetal position, and the fans at ringside start to beat on the steel security barricade, overwhelmingly pleased with what's transpiring. Bryan Harris: Porter better make sure those idiots stay back! We've seen in the past how overzealous fans want to get in on the action, and with the World Championship on the line here tonight and X-Calibur a HATED former holder of that belt, I'd hate to see one of those guys involve themselves and cheat us out of the best possible champion we could have! Alan Ducard: Well we're about to find out who the eighth competitor is in this match, and as we're halfway through, I wouldn't start jumping to conclusions just yet about who might still be around when this match comes to a close! When the buzzer sounds, we jump right into the heart of the theme song (the condensed version). ON ANOTHER DAY, C'MON! C'MON!!
The fans are booing the Profanity & Insanity member mercilessly as Loco steps out onto the stage, and he just laughs it off and then jaws with a rather energetic guy with a set nearby the entrance stage who appears to be in his early 20s. Quickly tiring of that form of entertainment, Loco turns his attention towards the ring with something of a spring in his step. Bryan Harris: I bet I know where he's going... Alan Ducard: His fellow team captain X-Calibur is probably hoping that Loco is coming to help him. Jimmy Yates: Well it appears Cade is thinking about trying to get the high ground up on the apron... As Cade Sydal grabs the middle rope, he tries to pull himself up onto the apron, but inside the ring, Willenium spots someone on the outside trying to get onto the apron, and he rushes in and executes a baseball slide dropkick to the chest of Sydal, knocking him backwards into the security guardrail barrier. Alan Ducard: What a costly mistake by Trey Willett, accidentally kicking a member of his own team! Arching his back in pain, Cade blindly takes a couple steps forwards, away from the security guard barrier, RIGHT INTO THE GRASP OF X-CALIBUR, FRESHLY BACK ON HIS FEET! Bryan Harris: X-TERMINATOR!!! Both men fall to the arena floor, and X-Calibur reaches back, hooking BOTH legs deeply and rolling back for the pinfall, Klinton Porter right there to make the count... ONE... TWO... THREE.
Inside the ring, Trey Willett watches as Cade Sydal is eliminated, and looking up at the LEGACY Vision jumbotron to see his team mate's name crossed off the list of guys in the match, a light goes on in Willenium's head and he gives a "whoopsie" reaction with his face and then shrugs his shoulders as he chuckles at his mistake. Bryan Harris: You can't really blame Willenium for not remembering Cade Sydal is a member of Crazy Boy's team just like he is. It's not like the trio got together to train with one another! Loco Martinez doesn't even enter the ring immediately, instead choosing to head outside to join up with X-Calibur, congratulating him on the elimination. A young guy in the front row starts jawing with Profanity & Insanity and they take a moment to jaw back with X-Calibur looking like he's going to hit the guy. Instead, Loco spots that the guy next to the rabid fan is holding a cup of soda, so Loco gives the bottom of the cup a quick POP and the soda spills all over the rabid fan, leaving Profanity & Insanity something to laugh about. Jimmy Yates: Oh come on, that guy was just telling X & Loco that they should get into the ring and fight with the rest of the group, and spilling that soda on him? That's uncalled for! As the duo back up, laughing, they hear something behind them and when they turn around simultaneously to see what's going on, Greyson Blade charges in and gives them a double-clothesline, sending BOTH of them down onto the arena floor. Alan Ducard: I don't know about you, Jimmy, but that maybe makes up for the whole soda bit. Bryan Harris: Yeah.... nope. That guy's still gotta sit there the rest of this match with a cold, wet shirt on. Back in the ring, Issac is trapped in the corner by Hazard who rains down blow after blow on the Pale Rider. A relentless assault by Hazard on Issac as his eyes seem to tunnel down only at Issac as he continues to smash his fist into pale ivory skin! Jimmy Yates: Hazard absolutely going to town on Issac! I mean he isn't even looking around to see if anyone is coming, he is dead set on laying the hurt down on Issac. Bryan Harris: Remember, Hazard pretty much only agreed to join Team Family Values because they promised to get him a shot at Issac. It's not so surprising that he's so focused on Issac, but if he doesn't start paying attention to the other guys he's going to pay for it. Alan Ducard: The timer drawing ever closer to zero as we get ready for the next entrant into the Co-Op Challenge. Who will be the next to emerge with a chance to attain the most coveted prize in Legacy? We're three seconds away from finding out who the 9th entrant is! 3... 2... 1... “ALIVE” by girugamesh blares through the arena to a chorus of thunderous booing.
Jimmy Yates: It's Kenji Yamada...that sick monster who has been nothing short of a cancer to Legacy. This has got to make Issac more than happy as he has a fellow partner in crime now in the ring. Kenji Yamada sprints out from the back and hops right into the ring and goes directly for Hazard who is still laying the fists into Issac. Kenji grabs him by the back of the head and flattens him with an inverted neckbreaker! Kenji mounts Hazard with a sickening grin and winds his fist back to do to Hazard what he was doing to Issac...but from behind JT grabs Kenji's arm and drops into an armbar! Kenji grits his teeth together as the crowd goes wild in support of anyone taking on Kenji. Kenji uses all his strength to get to his knees, JT still clinging to Kenji's arm. Kenji lets out a blood curdling howl before lifting JT off the mat, with the armbar still locked in, and SLAMMING JT onto the mat forcing JT to release the hold. Alan Ducard: Thomas trying to get the upper hand on Kenji when he was trying to aid his teammate, but Kenji showing a high threshold for pain and some impressive strength on John Thomas. Kenji drags John Thomas to his feet and whips his hard into the ropes, on the rebound Kenji leaps and sends a knee right into the JAW on John Thomas! The impact makes the crowd groan as Thomas hits the mat like a ton of bricks, gripping at his jaw. For good measure Kenji jumps and DROPS the same knee right onto the face of Thomas! A hoarse laugh escapes Kenji's mouth as he drags Thomas to his feet and CHUCKS him over the top rope and follows Thomas to the outside under the bottom rope. Jimmy Yates: Oh God, that is the absolute LAST place you want to be with Kenji. With everything outside the ring...Kenji could literally pick you apart piece by piece in the most painful manner possible. Kenji grabs Thomas and whips him as HARD as he can against the barricade wall. Thomas cries out in pain as the barricade offers no give as his back collides with it. Alan Ducard: Yamada just DISHING out the pain now as he keeps control of the situation outside the ring with John Thomas. Bryan Harris: JT wants to be a good guy? This is what comes with it! Jimmy Yates: Although I don't think he's enjoying himself right now, I think John Thomas knows what he was getting into, and he's tough enough to take it! Kenji's eyes wander to the steel steps next to the ring and a horrific toothy grin covers his face. Kenji grabs Thomas and lays him on top of the steel steps, Kenji rolls back into the ring and grabs hold of Thomas' legs and pulls as HARD as he can. Thomas yells in agony as his groin collides with the steel ring post, Kenji then ties up Thomas' feet around the post. Bryan Harris: Things are looking pretty nasty for Thomas right now, he's all tied up with nowhere to go and Kenji has a sinister look in his eyes. Jimmy Yates: Only ten seconds left on the clock...for the next entrant. Kenji rolls out of the ring and begins moving the steel steps under Thomas so that Thomas head and chest area are now sandwiched between the steep steps and the steel ring post. The buzzer sounds and “Ring of Fire” by Johnny Cash plays and Kenji takes a good few steps back and looks ready to sandwich JT between the steep steps and the steel pipe. Harrison Saunders comes FLYING across the entrance walkway towards the ring!
Alan Ducard: Had Harrison Saunders taken any longer to get down there I fear we would have been taking John Thomas out of the arena on a stretcher. I'm not sure if Kenji would have been disqualified for it, but I also don't think he would have cared. Jimmy Yates: He's been saying all week he doesn't care if he wins or loses...he wants to make Legacy as ugly as him and that's it. Harrison quickly frees Thomas from the steel steps and, as Kenji is starting to get back up to his feet, quickly jumps up on the apron and springboards off the middle then top rope with an Asai Moonsault right onto Kenji! Crowd: OOOOOHHH!!! Alan Ducard: What a spectacular maneuver by Harrison! Harrison drags Kenji to his feet and tries to whip him into the barricade but Kenji reverses and tries to whip Harrison.. but Harrison holds onto Kenji's arm and jumps up with a picture perfect hurracanrana that sends Kenji tumbling away! Alan Ducard: And another spectacular maneuver! The crowd is livid with appreciation as Harrison goes to help JT to his feet, Harrison points towards Kenji, JT nods with approval. As soon as Kenji gets to his feet both JT and Harrison rush at him full steam both looking to drop him with a double team move...DOUBLE LUNG BLOWER BY KENJI! Bryan Harris: Holy...did you see that? I don't care how you feel about that sick son of a bitch, but THAT was impressive. He somehow had the presence of mind to get a knee into the mid section of both men as he dragged them down! Jimmy Yates: I hate to admit it, but that was rather impressive by Kenji. Greyson Blade slowly gets up onto the apron and starts to enter the ring when Willenium rushes over and hits him in the back with a double axhandle, slowing Greyson's entrance back into the ring. After a European uppercut, Trey takes Blade by the head and pulls him into the ring fully, then picks him up and bodyslams him down. The Outlaw plants his foot underneath of himself and tries to get back up, but Willenium is right there behind him, trying to lock in for a German suplex. Blade fires back with an elbow smash which catches Willett, and a second one forces him to let go. Alan Ducard: I believe that's the second time in this match that Greyson Blade has staved off an offensive by Trey Willett by using those elbows. Quickly taking Willett by the wrist, Greyson whips him into one of the empty corners, then charges in with a shoulderblock that rocks Trey, but he doesn't move out of the corner. Blade backs up a few steps and then charges in again for another shoulder block, but this time Willenium moves out of the way. Bryan Harris: Nobody home! This time Trey Willett grabs Greyson Blade around the waist from behind and hoists up, falling backwards and completing the German Suplex, having positioned himself just far enough away from the corner that Blade couldn't reach out and block the move by holding onto the ropes. Alan Ducard: Great ring presence by Willenium and a swift execution of that suplex. Bryan Harris: That's just one of the things Trey does well... just wait until you see him do a Monkey Flip! The LEGACY Vision jumbotron lights up and indicates that the next competitor is going to be arriving in short order, and when the clock hits zero, the buzzer sounds and the fans cheer as "Rebirth" by Boy Hits Car plays over the speakers and the competitor's logo shows up on the big screen.
Alan Ducard: Now a fourth team has its captain enter the match, with the entirety of Kidd's team already involved in the match! Seeing that Kidd is eyeing him as he makes his entrance, Willenium notices on the jumbotron that Kidd is the captain of Greyson Blade's team, so Trey quickly looks for another opportunity. Outside the ring, he notices that Kenji Yamada is fixated on Harrison Saunders, so Willenium drops to the mat and makes his exit, grabbing John Thomas and sending him away from that location with an irish whip into the security barrier near the far side of the ring, avoiding any area that Kidd might readily get to as well. Jimmy Yates: Smart move by Willenium to stay out of Kidd's way, and he probably didn't want to keep in on the attack of former World Champion Greyson Blade anyway. The crowd boos as Kenji is the first to get to his feet. Kenji mounts Harrison and starts PUMMELING him with forearm shots, the forearm shots soon turn to closed fist hammers as Kenji just keeps clubbing Harrison until he finally bellows at the top of his lungs before getting off Harrison. Kenji starts ripping the floor mat off the arena floor revealing hard gray concrete. The crowd hushes to a silence as Kenji rags Harrison to the concrete area he just uncovered. Kenji wraps Harrison's legs around his waist and hauls Harrison up so that Harrison's back is against his stomach and...ONIFUUSHA STORM DRIVER ON THE CONCRETE! The crowd goes deafly silent at the sickening thud that is Harrison's skull hitting concrete. Jimmy Yates: Jesus Christ...that...that sick modified cradle piledriver on the concrete...that man is a monster. A monster with no concerns for his fellow competitor...a vile piece of garbage! Bryan Harris: Even I...I mean...that's too much. Kenji takes a moment to savor what he just did before covering Harrison's limp body. ONE... TWO... THRE3...!
Jimmy Yates: Now THIS should be good! Alan Ducard: These two certainly have quite a bit of history, that is for certain. Given all they've been through with one another, the respect for how dangerous each other can be, Kenji and Kidd simply measure each other up there outside the ring for a moment before anything happens. Then Kenji springs into action, drilling Kidd with rapid-fire rights and lefts, but Kidd blocks one of them away and ends an elbow uppercut into Kenji's jaw, then whips him into the steel corner ring post, which sends him in turn down to the arena floor. Inside the ring Greyson Blade has stomped down onto Willenium and has now hoisted him up to his feet. Taking hold, Greyson then hoists Trey up off the mat into the air, above his head into a Gorilla Press, but before Greyson can do anything further, he's ROCKED from behind by Issac Entragian. Bryan Harris: You can bet that Greyson Blade wishes that Kidd were around right about now! Issac takes a hold of Blade's wrist as he stumbles towards the ropes, then sends him across the ring with an irish whip. Entragian keeps his legs going and right after Greyson rebounds on the other side, The Ivory Terror leaps and connects with a jumping bicycle kick that sends Blade up and over the top rope, down to the outside. The nearby duo of X-Calibur and Loco Martinez swoop in over Blade and start laying into him with kicks in slow order, one then the other, constant, just enough to keep Blade on the ground. Seeing what's happening to Blade, Issac decides he doesn't need to get involved in that situation, so then Issac turns his attention onto Willenium who is just starting to get up. A kick to the ribs flips Willenium back over onto his back. Issac tries to put a foot to Trey's throat, but Willett grabs Entragian's foot and twists around, sending The Albino Abomination stumbling. Jimmy Yates: I can't tell whether that was a good move or not! Bryan Harris: Well on one hand, Issac isn't stepping on his throat, so that's a plus for Trey, but on the other hand... now he just pissed off and embarrassed one of the scariest guys in the business! Not wasting any time, Issac doesn't even get up off the mat as he just moves in and starts choking the life out of Trey Willett. Jimmy Yates: Hey, that's not legal! Alan Ducard: You're right, Yates, and Travis Rollins looks to be getting in there to let Issac know about it... and in about fifteen seconds we're going to have yet another entrant into this match. Heeding the referee's warning, Issac let's go of Trey's throat, but he has a devious look in his eye nonetheless. The jumbotron shows the final moments off the clock, and the buzzer sounds, giving way to our next entrant, whose theme music begins to play.
Bryan Harris: What a GREAT position for Former World Champion Stephen Rawlings to have drawn. You have to think he's really excited about his odds. Jimmy Yates: They're certainly not bad, but you have to figure that X-Calibur has been out there for a while, and you heard what Smith Cartwright said earlier tonight, if EITHER X-Calibur OR Loco Martinez are eliminated, it acts as if the team captain is eliminated and the ENTIRE TEAM is gone! Alan Ducard: Wouldn't that be interesting if, after all the mystery, we never even found out who the fourth member of Loco and X-Calibur's team was. Jimmy Yates: Stephen Rawlings taking his time in getting to the ring... do you think that has anything to do with the fact that Kenji Yamada is out there? Bryan Harris: HARDLY! This isn't a No Limits siutation, so Kenji doesn't pose nearly as much of a threat to Rawlings as he did a couple months ago when they were going at it on pay per view! As Stephen Rawlings walks across the entrance walkway, he passes by Harrison Saunders, who is heading to the back after being eliminated, and Rawlings turns up his nose at the young competitor in disgust. Inside the ring, Stephen Rawlings sees Hazard looking to get involved in the situation with Issac Entragian and Trey Willett, so he gets right into the ring, rushes over and drops to a knee, sending a hard right hand into Hazard's gut. Rawlings then twists around grabs at Hazard's arm and whips him away with an armdrag. Outside the ring, Profanity & Insanity are having fun slowly kicking at The Outlaw, taking turns laying into him. Loco notices something out of the corner of his eye and smirks as he turns to see John Thomas standing a few yards away, looking at what is transpiring. Jimmy Yates: Oh come on, don't tell me... Bryan Harris: If John Thomas joins in on the fun, it'll be the best decision he's made in a long time! Before X-Calibur can even look up, John Thomas turns on the jets, rushes in and leaps into the air, sending a dropkick to the chest of Loco Martinez and pulling X-Calibur forward into a modified bulldog takedown. Getting back up to his knees, John Thomas looks Loco in the eye and points to Greyson Blade and shakes his head in disgust at the two-on-one which was being purpetrated. Back in the ring, Issac has picked Willenium off of the mat, but he's still working him over, and he locks in a standing choke. Hoisting Willenium up in the air, still maintaining that choke hold, Issac throws Trey STRAIGHT down into the mat with a sick looking chokeslam. Willenium's back arches a bit but his eyes are clenched shut, obviously in a lot of pain. Issac isn't done, however, and picks Willenium straight back up off the mat, flips him upside down and DRILLS him down head first into the mat with a tombstone piledriver. Trey's legs fall away from Issac like a freshly cut tree falling away from a lumberjack, and Issac simply puts his hands down onto Trey's chest and goes for the pinfall, no one coming to Willett's aid. One. Two. Three.
Nearby, Stephen Rawlings has locked Hazard's arms and legs in with his own, leaned back and rolled onto his back down onto the mat, pushing Hazard up into the air with a surfboard stretch. Hazard screams out and Stephen Rawlings looks very proud of his technically proficient move, but before Rawlings can have it locked in long enough to even consider getting a submission out of Hazard, John Thomas rushes in and sends a low dropkick to Stephen Rawlings' ribs, causing him to drop Hazard down out of the move, falling out onto the apron. Jimmy Yates: John Thomas to the rescue! Bryan Harris: Why in the world would he want to help Hazard? Kind of short-sided, if you ask me. Alan Ducard: Speaking of helping out, it looks like we're going to get something of a rematch from the SuperCard! Having dropped Kenji to the arena floor, Kidd makes his way around the ring and tracks down X-Calibur and Loco Martinez. He immediately drills X-Calibur with a hard right hand and then throws him into the ring under the bottom rope. Before Kidd can turn around, he gets kicked in the leg by Loco. Bryan Harris: Very appropriate target there by Loco, with Kidd wearing braces on both of his knees! Loco sends another kick into the leg of Kidd, turning him partially around, and Kidd uses that adjustment and keeps spinning and dives in for a lunging discuss punch which levels Loco Martinez. As Martinez tries to work his way up off the arena floor, Kidd drills him in the back of the head with a bionic elbow which flattens Loco yet again. Inside the ring, X-Calibur works his way back to his feet and turns around to find himself looking dead into the eyes of Issac Entragian. X-Calibur looks around and finds that outside the ring, his tag team partner is busy dealing with Kidd. X-Calibur then spots Hazard returning back into the ring and John Thomas getting to his feet after having worked over Stephen Rawlings. Pleading with the monster, X-Calibur tries to explain his idea for a double teaming. Issac stands there, motionless for a moment, and then slowly turns his head towards John Thomas. Jimmy Yates: This doesn't look good for John Thomas OR Hazard. Bryan Harris: Yeah? Well it's about to get worse! Reaching up and grabbing the middle rope, Kenji Yamada pulls himself up onto the apron, and as he sees the situation at hand, a sadistic smile comes over his face. Pushing down the middle rope, Kenji enters the ring, and Stephen Rawlings starts to work his way back up to his feet as well. Alan Ducard: Hazard... John Thomas... two men, both look to be targets, and the men who have their sights set? From one Co-Op team it's X-Calibur and Stephen Rawlings. The other two men are the duo who have been dubbed "SCAR" - the dastardly duo of Issac Entragian and Kenji Yamada, arguably the two most sadistic men in this business! As the time ticks down the final moments until the next entrant, none of the men in the ring move a muscle in the deadly Mexican Standoff. Finally, the buzzer sounds... The moment the music hits, the arena explodes as their favorite son is on his way, their reaction nearly drowning out the song... ..."Down and Out" by Tantric.
Jimmy Yates: It certainly won't hurt the chances for John Thomas and Hazard, but how unfortunate is this for Crazy Boy? With the recent elimination of Willenium and Cade's untimely departure earlier, he now has no more team members remaining in this match. Bryan Harris: I know the rules about a captain being eliminated resulting in the rest of the team being eliminated, but there should be another rule added where if the rest of the team is eliminated before the captain shows up, the captain may as well be eliminated too, because there's like NO chance for Crazy Boy at this point! Saluting the entire way across the elevated entrance walkway, Crazy Boy sprints towards the ring, slowing down just enough to quickly ascend to the top turnbuckle before leaping off and sending a missile dropkick to the chest of Issac Entragian, and as the Albino Abomination hits the mat, the action EXPLODES! Kenji Yamada rushes in and attacks Crazy Boy before the former No Limits Champion can get up off the mat, X-Calibur steps in and starts attacking John Thomas, with Stephen Rawlings going after Hazard. Jimmy Yates: It's absolute mayhem in there! Sliding into the ring from outside, Greyson Blade dives in and slams his forearms into Kenji Yamada, slowing down his attack of Crazy Boy and diverting his attention. Blade drags the sadistic Kenji away and then dumps him up and over the top rope, sending him to the outside. Meanwhile, John Thomas is trying his best to block shots from X-Calibur, locking him into a partial guard. JT grasps onto his assailant and the duo start rolling to the side, and they both end up leaving the ring underneath the bottom rope, falling to the arena floor to the outside. Seeing the mayhem, Loco Martinez hits an inverted atomic drop on Kidd outside the ring (on the opposite side of the ring from where X and JT rolled out), turns his back to Kidd and then fires backwards with a kick that catches Kidd on the inner thigh, then dives into the ring. Loco spots that Hazard and Rawlings are starting to battle and sits back to see what transpires. Alan Ducard: Loco has the opportunity to make it a double-team on Hazard... I'm perplexed as to why he's just watching. Bryan Harris: Obviously Loco and Rawlings aren't as "tight" as some other teams, and it seems as though Loco's giving Rawlings a chance to prove his worth! Jimmy Yates: Well Loco is one of the captains, so the longer he keeps himself out of the action, the better off he'll be! With Greyson Blade and Crazy Boy having subdued Issac Entragian for the time being, Greyson Blade signals something to Crazy Boy, and the newest entrant into the ring moves over and nails Loco in the head with a forearm shot. Martinez stumbles into the ropes, then turns around and is hoisted up onto Crazy Boy's shoulders, and the fans start going wild, yelling out without any prompting by the popular competitor, who immediately begins spinning. Crowd: Crazy Airlines!!! Destination... Having already completed at least five revolutions, Crazy Boy tries to stop spinning, and succeeds for a moment... Crowd: SAMOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! After the fans "tell him where to go", Crazy Boy dives backwards into a Samoan drop, slamming Loco down into the mat. Holding his head, Crazy Boy pops back up to his feet, but holds his head, a little too dizzy from the spinning. Stumbling into the corner, Crazy Boy uses the ropes to hold himself up. Greyson Blade tries to pull Issac Entragian up off the mat, but his ankle is grabbed from underneath the bottom rope by Kenji Yamada. Blade turns his attention on Kenji for a moment, and that gives Issac the opportunity to get up off the mat, and he bum rushes Greyson into the corner, tweaking Blade's leg in the process as Kenji never let go of his ankle. Entragian smells blood and starts kicking The Outlaw in the gut, causing him to drop down to the mat. Kidd sees that his partner is in trouble and enters the ring and attacks Issac from behind. Before Kidd can do too much damage, Kenji slides into the ring and sends a low back fist into Kidd's kidney area, stopping his assault of The Ivory Terror. Issac turns around and grabs Kidd by the head and sticks it between his thighs, Kenji slamming his forearm down into Kidd's back to keep him there. Entragian then hoists Kidd up as if to go for a powerbomb, but instead of slamming Kidd downwards, Issac lets Kidd slide down his back a little ways, holding him around the jaw, then hooking each of Kidd's arms into his grasp, Kidd's legs trying to hook on to find a way to escape. Issac smiles at Kenji, then takes a step forward out of the corner, turns around and lets Kidd fall forward... and Kenji LEAPS UP and GRABS Kidd as he falls, falling backwards with him and executing the Gory Bomb / Lung Blower combination. Crowd: HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! HOLY SHIT! Jimmy Yates: I can't believe what we just saw! What a double team move by SCAR!! Rolling towards where Rawlings is starting to lose his advantage against Hazard, Loco Martinez gets up off the mat and hits Hazard from behind, dropping him down to a knee. Hazard fights back, drilling Loco in the leg with a hard left hand, but then Loco kicks Hazard and sends him backwards onto his ass. Just then the buzzer sounds, and a sound clip follows it up over the speakers. "MILK AND COOKIES!" The recognizeable song "Whatever Gets You Through The Day" by the group The Radio plays over the speakers, mixed with a loud reaction from the live audience (and probably a fair percentage of the folks at home who lost a sense of the fact that they aren't in attendance).
Bryan Harris: Shouldn't be any surprise where Laura is headed. Get ready, Loco... Jimmy Yates: I wouldn't be too sure of that! Getting to the edge of the ring apron, Laura Seton turns to her right and then drops down off the elevated entrance walkway, getting down to the arena floor and then turning the corner. X-Calibur had moved back up to his knees a moment ago and is about to connect with a right hand to John's forehead, but Laura blocks the punch, hooking it with her arm and then whipping over and hitting something of a turn-over hiptoss that sends X-Calibur down to the arena floor, crashing into the steel security barricade. Laura then reaches down and helps John Thomas get up into a seated position. Alan Ducard: Laura being a good team member and looking out for her captain. Jimmy Yates: Yep, and NOW she can go in there after Loco! Moving around to the other portion of the ringside area, Laura grabs Loco Martinez by the ankle and tries to pull, but Loco barely budges. Quickly thereafter, John Thomas reaches under the bottom rope and grabs the other ankle, and then John and Laura both pull backwards, sending Loco not only down to the mat, but they also pull him out of the ring to the outside. Once Loco gets outside of the ring, he's all Laura's. The WNBA Baller immediately grabs him and hits a European Uppercut, then a quick forearm shiver, then bulldogs him down to the arena floor. Back in the ring, Greyson Blade gets to his feet and takes Kenji Yamada by the wrist, whips him into the ropes and on the return takes him down with a powerslam. Instead of getting to his feet, Kenji rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope and Greyson Blade follows him. Bryan Harris: I hope to look back on this moment and laugh about how following Kenji out of the ring was the biggest mistake Greyson Blade made tonight. In the far corner, Stephen Rawlings works to get Hazard up off the mat, but Hazard traps Rawlings' arm and sends a headbutt to Stephen's midsection, doubling him over. The One Man Riot gets back to his feet and slams his fist into the side of Rawlings' jaw, then crumples Stephen over on the mat after a knee-lift. Alan Ducard: Great striking there by Hazard, putting Stephen Rawlings down on the mat in a bad way, and now he gets a chance to rest up a minute. Jimmy Yates: I guess that all depends on who is about to come out to the ring with the countdown timer hitting zero... there's the buzzer! The lights all over the arena dim, aside from the lights directly above the ring. Lightning flash strobes and pyro shoot off around the LEGACY Vision jumbotron as Poundcake from Van Halen begins to play over the speakers, and the reaction starts small but quickly grows into a huge ovation as the logo for the entering competitor shows up on the large vision screen above the entrance stage.
The majority of the cheering fans realize the situation at hand, seeing that Rocky Stellar is listed on the team with Loco Martinez and X-Calibur as their fourth member, and the boos roll in. Stellar steps out through the curtain, and the camera zooms in on him. His black sleeveless shirt is simple in its message; "ICON". The black boots are simple and immaculately shined. His black wrestling pants contain intricate record of Stellar's career. Up the right leg, there is a list of 10 feds that Stellar has worked in, with 9 of them striken through with a line through the middle. The tenth, LEGACY, sits at the top unblemished. On the right leg, it lists 15 years, 4 world championships, 9 tag title championships, 2 hall of fames and 1 legend. Jimmy Yates: I should've known! Bryan Harris: I certainly had my feelings about it! The hints were all there - associated with Loco, former World Champion, good enough to team with Profanity & Insanity! Rocky Stellar slowly makes his way to the ring, basking in the mixed-yet-huge reaction he's getting from the fans all over the arena. When he gets to the ring apron, he surveys the scene and then ducks under the top rope. Crazy Boy is the closest nearby, and he moves in and greets Stellar with a couple of straight punches. Stellar blocks a third, arches back and FLATTENS Crazy Boy with a hard right hand. Crazy Boy rolls over, gets right back up and sends a kick to Stellar's midsection. Taking Rocky by the arm, Crazy Boy irish whips Stellar across the ring. Jimmy Yates: Not moving as fast as he used to... Alan Ducard: I don't remember him ever being "fast". Crazy Boy drops his shoulder to catch Stellar on the return, but because Stellar isn't moving as fast as he used to, it gives Rocky the chance to spot the move coming, and so he drops down to a knee after stopping his momentum and rocks Crazy Boy back with a straight uppercut. Getting back to his feet, Stellar wipes off his hands as if he were just working in the dirt. When Kenji Yamada returns to the ring from the outside, Stellar makes him the next target. Bryan Harris: Uh, someone might want to stop Stellar before he gets himself into too much trouble. I don't think he realizes how dangerous Kenji is... Jimmy Yates: This might be their first encounter. Right when Stellar gets to Kenji, he's greeted with a knife-point finger thrust to the throat from Yamada which causes him to stop in his tracks. Kenji then positions his feet quickly and sends a kick to the side of Stellar's leg, then his other leg swiftly meets Stellar's ribs, then he spins around and kicks Stellar in the gut... only Stellar catches Kenji's foot before it can move too far from his abdomen, and just as Kenji turns around to face Rocky, he's pulled in for a modified short-arm (leg, in this case) clothesline. Rocky holds his ribs, obviously in some pain, but Kenji is unrelenting and spins around to get back up. Taking a couple quick steps towards the ropes, Kenji hops up onto the middle rope and uses it to spring backwards, sending a low dropkick to Stellar's knee. Yamada then reaches over and pulls up Stellar's shirt, pulling the back of it over Rocky's head, hooking it on his chin to keep him from seeing anything. From there Kenji does a side-ways double-palm strike to Rocky's head, which drops him to the mat. Before Kenji can follow it up, Stellar rolls out of the ring, getting back to his feet and removing his shirt in the process. Rocky Stellar then finds himself face to face with Laura Seton, who just got done spinning Loco Martinez around with a hard right hand. Faced with the question of what to do, Stellar looks down, realizes he has a shirt in his hands, and he tosses that onto Laura's head, temporarily blinding her, then he takes her by the wrist and sends her running off with an irish whip towards the security guardrail. Before she hits, Greyson Blade reaches out and stops her momentum, then helps her remove the shirt that's blinding her eyes. He starts to move in the direction of Loco and Stellar, but then X-Calibur comes around the corner to meet up with those two and Blade thinks better of it. He simply starts talking to Laura for a moment, the two of them considering their options. Alan Ducard: There's the signal, and here comes the sixteenth and FINAL competitor to enter this match!
When the buzzer sounds for the next participant, all you hear is the sound of locusts over the sound system as a chorus of boos echo in the arena. From the backstage, Mason "Chivalric" Bishop makes his way to the stage and looks around, ready to head down to the ring for his time in the Co-Op Challenge. Alan Ducard: And here comes Chivalric, looking to make an impact for his team, Kenji Yamada and Issac Entragian. Jimmy Yates: But look who is coming up the entrance ramp headed right straight for Mason. Bryan Harris: Not a smart move by him. Before Chivalric can gain his composure and make his way down to the ring, Crazy Boy comes out of nowhere and starts rocking Chivalric with forearms to the face. Chivalric gets rocked backwards as Crazy Boy continues on the assault by mixing up some palm thrusts and kicks to the shins. Chivalric is completely caught off balance as Crazy Boy takes a couple of steps back and tries to do a jumping enzurguri to the side of Chivalrics head, but Mason sidesteps out of the way and leaves Crazy Boy in the dust. Before Tyrone can regain himself, Chivalric grabs CB's waist and does an overhead suplex and Crazy Boy goes crashing into the stage. Crazy Boy wails out in pain as Chivalric starts stomping on the extremities of Crazy Boy. Bryan Harris: And just like their last encounter at Supercard 62, Chivalric takes control of this match and it's just a matter of time before that loser Crazy Boy is gone from this co-op Challenge. Jimmy Yates: Don't count Tyrone out just yet. He's very resilient and I'm sure it's going to take more than this to get him to quit. Bryan Harris: Pssh. Chivalric is about to show why Tyrone doesn't even belong in this match. Chivalric picks up Crazy Boy and proceeds to rock him with hard punches to the face as the referee is taking a close look to make sure they aren't close fisted. Chivalric has a smirk behind his mask as he continues to pound away on Tyrone. Tyrone tries to get his hands up in a defensive manner, but that just gets Chivalric to kick CB in the gut and irish whip him toward the edge of the stage. Crazy Boy teeters on the stage, trying not to fall off as Chivalric comes charging at him. Alan Ducard: This could get very ugly. Tyrone could get extremely hurt here! Bryan Harris: And I will love every second of it! Jimmy Yates: You just have no sense of human life, do you Bry. Bryan Harris: Just the people that matter. As Chivalric gets close to Tyrone he tries for a short armed clothesline to knock Crazy Boy off of the stage, but Crazy Boy jumps up and hits a shining wizard to the side of Chivalrics head. Chivalric falls down to the floor as Crazy Boy picks up Chivalric from the floor and starts rocking him with palm thrusts to the chest. Chivalric holds his chest in pain as Crazy Boy jumps up and does a standing dropkick on him. Crazy Boy hits the floor hard as he is slow to get up as he shakes the cobwebs out of him. Alan Ducard: What a nice counter by Tyrone! Chivalric doesn't know what hit him! Bryan Harris: But he was stupid enough to hurt himself in the process. Jimmy Yates: I don't think Crazy Boy really cares what you think or say, Bry. Bryan Harris: Well he should. He would be champion by now. As Crazy Boy picks up Chivalric, Mason jabs a thumb into Crazy Boy's eye. As Crazy Boy tries to regain vision in his eye, Chivalric lunges with a massive clothesline to the jaw of Crazy Boy. Crazy Boy falls down to the floor like a sack of potatoes as Chivalric makes the cover. One. Two. Thr--- Kickout!! Chivalric cannot believe that Crazy Boy kicked out of that as he picks up Crazy Boy and prepares to finish this up. Bryan Harris: And here comes the demise of one Crazy Boy! Alan Ducard: This indeed doesn't look good, and if you remember, if Crazy Boy is eliminated, Willinium and Cade Sydal are ALSO eliminated. As Chivalric composes himself for his finisher, the Puliminary Archery, he goes straight back and prepares a thrusting straight kick to the abdomen, but Crazy Boy catches this and quickly sidesteps out of the way and Mason rushes pass him. Crazy Boy grabs Masons neck and hits a falling neckbreaker on him. Crazy Boy has that fire in his eyes as he picks up Mason and signals for his finisher, the Crazy Slam. As Chivalric staggers about, Crazy Boy picks him up and holds him up vertically before slamming him down to the floor with an emphatic thud. Crazy Boy rushes over to make a pin attempt. One. Two. Three. The referee signals to the time keeper and production crew, and the LEGACY Vision Jumbotron shows the elimination statistic as the fans all over the arena cheer.
Alan Ducard: Without a doubt, this will be a moment from tonight that Crazy Boy won't soon forget, disposing of his rival Chivalric in short order, finally getting his hands on him after all this time and not wasting any time in the process! After delivering a big kick to the gut and doubling Hazard over, Issac grabs him by the head and hooks him in, then lifts him up into the air for a vertical suplex, but then holds him there for a moment. Jimmy Yates: Could this be White Death... No! Hazard with a knee to Issac's head and he gets his feet back down onto the mat safely, no Jackhammer in sight! While Entragian is momentarily stunned, Hazard kicks HIM in the gut, but Issac doesn't double over. Instead, The Ivory Terror responds with his punching combination - first a right body shot, then a left jab to the face, a right jab to the face, left body shot, but as he goes for his uppercut to the jaw, Issac comes up with nothing but air as Hazard dodges backwards a step. Alan Ducard: Blizzard Cometh.. and nearly BURIED Hazard! Issac's not done yet! Haymaker... CONNECTS! Hazard reeling... The Ivory Terror goes for another haymaker... Hazard DUCKS... GRABS ISSAC AROUND THE WAIST... HOISTS UP.... BACK DROP DRIVER!!!! Jimmy Yates: FLATSCAN!!! Hazard goes for the pinfall attempt...! One... TWO...!!! Kenji tries to break it up but John Thomas grabs him by the ankle to keep him from getting there... THREE!!!
Bryan Harris: Yeah, and Hazard may feel like he just got a huge measure of revenge for the attack by Issac from STRIFE 63, but at what cost? He's about to find out! Having kicked away John Thomas' hand from his ankle, Kenji gets to his feet and dives in at Hazard and starts hammering in at him repeatedly. Hazard's head is taking some of the brunt, though he is able to get his arm up in the way to block some of the impact. Wrenching back on Hazard, Kenji locks him into a modified abdominal stretch and then continues to pound on Hazard's face. Jimmy Yates: This is some SICK punishment by Kenji Yamada! A painful submission AND strikes?! Bryan Harris: He's a dangerous dude, don't sleep on that! Before Kenji can draw blood, John Thomas reaches in and grabs Kenji by the arm, pulls him away from Hazard and then yanks down on the arm with nearly enough force to pull it out of socket. Without even allowing Kenji to try to retaliate, John twists around into a hammerlock, then twists Kenji around again, grabs him by the head.... HAMMERLOCK DDT!! After stomping down onto Kenji Yamada, John Thomas gets right up to the top turnbuckle, bounces on the top rope and does a high arching flip backwards... SPLASHING DOWN onto Kenji with his signature "Not Your Average Moonsault", the fans going wild as John hooks the legs and Travis Rollins slides into position for the pinfall attempt. ONE!! TWO!!!! THREE!!!!!!!!!!
As John Thomas tries to get back up to his feet, Stephen Rawlings moves in and grabs JT and sends him right back down with a Side Russian Leg Sweep. Not even letting go of John's head, Rawlings simply twists around on the mat and pries John's arm away from underneath him and then locks in a crossface submission hold. Referee Klinton Porter slides in to check to see if John is going to give up, but he simply shakes his head while he tries to fight back. Moving his other arm in underneath himself and then repositioning his legs, John twists around, pulling the smaller Stephen Rawlings around with him, putting Rawlings into a pinning predicament. ONE! TWO!!! NO!!! Rawlings kicks out, and both men work their way up to their feet. John Thomas sends Stephen Rawlings into the corner hard with an irish whip, then rushes in and leaps up onto the second turnbuckle and then starts laying into Rawlings with hard right hands. After five quick shots, JT slows down his mounted punches on Rawlings so the fans can cheer along. Jimmy Yates: How about that, John Thomas giving the fans something to cheer for... and a few months ago I never thought this would be the case! Alan Ducard: Especially not having helped out Hazard, against whom John Thomas was recently trying to battle for the Network Title, which Hazard held at the time. Enjoying what he's seeing from John Thomas, Hazard takes a quick break and is about to figure out where to move next, but suddenly Loco Martinez grabs Hazard by the wrist, spins him around and pulls him in... BOOOM!! LOC-APITATOR!!! Hazard FALLS BACKWARDS, STIFF AS A BOARD! X-Calibur is there, looking up at Loco Martinez who seems more than willing to let his tag team partner get the elimination, so X makes the pinfall... ONE... TWO.... THREE.
Jimmy Yates: What an innovative move by John Thomas, and these fans are loving it! Alan Ducard: It doesn't look like everyone's loving it... Having just gotten up to the entrance stage after having been eliminated, we see Kenji Yamada glaring up at the LEGACY Vision jumbotron at the image of John Thomas, who has a big smile on his face as he's getting cheered for his fit of offense. Yamada takes a couple of steps back towards the ring, slowly, but then he stops in his tracks and just watches. Bryan Harris: I have to wonder what's going through the mind of Kenji Yamada... but something tells me that if we could see it, the visions would look like a horror flick. With X-Calibur and Loco briefly celebrating the elimination of Hazard, Laura Seton moves in behind Loco and waits for him to turn around, but before she gets the honors, Laura is spun around herself by Rocky Stellar, who connects with an open-hand smack to Laura, who is spun completely around, and she uses her momentum to send a left hand into the abdomen of Rocky Stellar. Laura then turns around and grabs a surprised Loco Martinez by the head and she drops down to the mat, pulling Loco down with her by means of her split jawbreaker. Jimmy Yates: That's it, keep the heat on, Laura!! Energized, Laura Seton pops back up to her feet, but she's immediately kicked in the gut by Rocky Stellar, who grabs her by the head and twists her around into position for an inverted DDT, and having her bent back, Stellar gives her a quick "once over" look and lifts an eyebrow as if to say "looking good", and then he SLAMS her straight downwards with the Stellar Drop, leaving her lifeless. Bryan Harris: Forget you, Mac McGary, THIS is AC-A-DEMIC!!! Stellar hooks the leg DEEP and Leonard Nolan slides into position to make the count. ONE... TWO... THREE.
Bryan Harris: That's it, Rock, take out the trash! Alan Ducard: Now that's a bit harsh... Jimmy Yates: Oh, that didn't look good... Having been pushed out of the ring before having fully awakened from the Stellar Drop, Laura started to regain composure as she fell towards the arena floor, and she just barely got her hand in the way to brace her fall, though her landing was less than graceful. Immediately Leonard Nolan exits out to check on her, and Travis Rollins moves in to help out. Alan Ducard: I concur, Seton certainly lands awkwardly, and I wouldn't be surprised if there was possibly some sort of wrist injury as a result. After Kidd moves in and grabs Loco and throws him through the ropes to the opposite side of the ring, Greyson Blade immediately starts in with hard right hands on Rocky Stellar, and the fans erupt at the action as Stellar tries to trade blows after absorbing two or three straight shots. Jimmy Yates: What an EPIC encounter right here, something that I don't believe we've EVER seen before in the history of this business, as two absolute LEGENDS are now trading blows! Bryan Harris: Be prepared, you're about to get yet another glimpse into just why Rocky Stellar is a LEGEND in this sport, not just a legend when compared to hardcore wannabes. Stellar blocks a shot by Blade and then pulls him into a rising knee to the gut, stopping Greyson's momentum. Stellar then grabs The Outlaw around the waist, lifts up slightly and then hits an inverted atomic drop. Grabbing The Outlaw by the wrist, Stellar backs Blade up into the near ropes, hammers one more hard right hand before he uses his highly effective irish whip to send Greyson across the ring. Rebounding off the ropes, Greyson ducks a Stellar-line clothesline and continues his energized sprint, hitting the opposite ropes. On the return, Greyson Blade dives in just as Rocky Stellar turns around, EXPLODING through the Icon with a KILLSHOT that wipes Rocky Stellar CLEAN off his feet! Blade twists around to reposition himself after they both hit the mat, going for the immediate pinfall attempt on his non-moving opponent underneath him. ONE!! TWO!!!! THREE!!!
Bryan Harris: I guess that depends whether X-Calibur or Loco Martinez end up winning the World Title. You can bet that someone in the front office will suggest that Stellar Insanity give it a go aginst the best tag team division in the business today, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was already in the works in bringing Stellar aboard! Jimmy Yates: That would be great to see, but you also have to think that Loco Martinez and X-Calibur were really hitting their stride as a cohesive team - actually much better SOONER than I would've predicted, so you might think they'd want to see what they could do if that partnership continued. Rocky Stellar has tons of potential as a tag team wrestler OR a singles competitor. Greyson Blade gets back up off the mat, a smile on his face after the high profile elimination. Before he can figure out where to go next, The Outlaw is spun around by Stephen Rawlings and rocked backwards by a knife-edge chop, and then Rawlings dips in, grabs Greyson by the leg and dives through, taking Blade down with the single-leg tackle, wrenching around into a grapevined ankle lock. Alan Ducard: This doesn't bode well for the former World Champion... Bryan Harris: I have to disagree, this looks GREAT for Stephen Rawlings! Jimmy Yates: He meant Greyson Blade! Bryan Harris: Why does everything have to be all about The Outlaw? You'd think he owns the place. Is it because we're in his neighborhood this week? With his free leg, Greyson Blade starts hammering on Stephen Rawlings,
making it extremely uncomfortable for Rawlings to keep the hold
in, so Jimmy Yates: Not going to work! Greyson gets his better leg underneath him and then stands up, pulling
Rawlings up with him. After a clubbing blow that subdues Rawlings Immediately Stephen turns and runs into the ropes for momentum, on
the short return DIVING
in and COMPLETELY UPENDING The Outlaw with an Alan Ducard: Smart move by The Outlaw to take a quick breather and regroup. Bryan Harris: Yeah? I'd call it cowardly! Jimmy Yates: I'm not too sure what's so cowardly about regrouping and trying to get right back into the fight... and seeing as how Greyson Blade is trying to work his way back up to his feet, I'd say that's exactly what he's trying to do. Getting his good leg underneath himself, Greyson tries to push up off
the entrance walkway, but he winces in pain. Rawlings sees that
Blade Crowd: OOOOOOHHH!!! Alan Ducard: Stephen Rawlings with that flip-over guillotine leg drop to a standing Greyson Blade who's now in a world of hurt! Bryan Harris: Not only that, but he's about to be eliminated! As Leonard Nolan rushes over to see if there's any need for medical assistance, he sees that Stephen Rawlings is leaning on Greyson Blade's abdomen, both men facing upwards. Stephen reaches over, realizing his situation, and pulls Greyson's leg up, making the pinfall. One... TWO...! THREE!
Stephen Rawlings grabs the steel security barricade and pulls himself up to his feet, throwing his hands into the air in victory. Referee Nolan, having just applied the count, looks sideways at Stephen, who clearly didn't win the match, and just shakes his head as he walks off. On the other side of the ring, Laura Seton is helped to her feet by referee Travis Rollins. She holds her wrist, obviously in quite a bit of pain, and the duo walk over and Rollins helps her climb up onto the entrance walkway using the built-in pegs, as there are no stairs. Spotting the situation from inside the ring, Loco Martinez can't help but go over and jaw at Laura for her injury, especially as it was caused by his team mate and long-time friend, Rocky Stellar. Alan Ducard: Come, now, there's no need to add insult to injury. Bryan Harris: Do you understand Loco Martinez AT ALL? With his eyes locked on Laura, Loco doesn't notice at all when Kidd comes up from behind him, grabs him by the head and then takes him down with a back to back backbreaker. Jimmy Yates: Kidd dishes out the karma with his Gallow Drop, and I think I know what might be coming next! Taking Loco by the arms, Kidd hoists Martinez up off the mat, hooks both arms, and as he tries to go for the move, Kidd is stopped as Loco tries to struggle away. Kidd slams his knee up into Loco's chest, then dives straight backwards, maintaining his grasp and completing his Crimson Tide double-arm DDT. Kidd then rolls over onto Loco and makes the pinfall as Klinton Porter slides into position to make the count. One... TWO...! THREE!!!!!
Alan Ducard: Well it's not as if she remained at ringside for nefarious purposes, Bryan. She had been eliminated and when she got kicked out of the ring, I believe she minorly sprained her wrist or something to that effect, and she was just slow to leave the ringside area. Jimmy Yates: If Loco Martinez can't keep his focus, that's HIS fault! And don't expect too many people to feel bad about how things are shaking out for Loco and X-Calibur's team! Need I remind you that they had a huge advantage by having that fourth team member?! Alan Ducard: An an interesting point comes to mind. Loco Martinez was just eliminated, and had this not resulted in the final five, given what we heard from Smith Cartwright earlier tonight, it would have resulted in X-Calibur and Stephen Rawlings having been eliminated too. Whether it's because he senses an opportunity or because Rawlings was starting to feel some loyalty to Loco Martinez, Stephen rushes in and attacks Kidd from behind, driving him down to the mat with a dropkick. When Rawlings attempts to pick Kidd up, Kidd slams his palm into Rawlings' chest, but Rawlings fires back with a kick to the gut. Stephen then locks Kidd's head under his arm and looks to be going for a vertical suplex, but Kidd blocks it. Jimmy Yates: Look at Rawlings' face, I don't think he expected Kidd to know HOW to block a vertical suplex! With his feet right back down onto the mat, Kidd grabs Rawlings by the waistband and hoists him up off the mat up into the air, then he leans forwards, drops Rawlings' knees into the ropes, springing off with some force and SLAMMING him down with the assisted vertical suplex. Alan Ducard: There's the move Kidd has dubbed "Childe's Play", and he's in the driver's seat! Stephen Rawlings tries his best to get back to his feet before Kidd, but to no avail. When he gets there he's immediately grabbed by the wrist and YANKED in towards Kidd who simultaneously DIVES towards Rawlings and connects with a Heart Punch, DROPPING Rawlings to the mat. Pinfall attempt with Klinton Porter still nearby... ONE!!! Bryan Harris: NO!!! You gotta be kidding me!!! TWO!!! THREE!!!
Bryan Harris: I ain't gonna lie to ya, Big Al, my pick was going to be Stephen Rawlings and I'm real surprised he got caught right there by Kidd, and I can tell you that at this point, even though he was the first guy to enter this match, X-Calibur's gotta be the odds on favorite! Jimmy Yates: He's had some time to sit back and rest up a little bit with Stellar, Loco and Rawlings all doing their part to give him some room to work, that team working nicely - I hate to admit. Bryan Harris: It's by design, Jimbo. By design. Returning to his feet, Kidd surveys the scene. First he looks at Crazy Boy, but then he settles his eyes on X-Calibur, who also notices that Kidd is primed and ready to go. X-Calibur says something inaudible to the viewing audience, and Kidd just signals that the two should lock up. Kidd takes a couple steps forwards but X-Calibur moves more quickly, and just before they would've gone into a collar-and-elbow tie-up like it appeared they would, X-Calibur sends a kick right to the side of Kidd's knee, dropping him into a kneeling position and giving the fans something to boo about, and voice their opinion they do. Alan Ducard: Something of a cheap shot by X-Calibur. Bryan Harris: Wait, did he TELL Kidd that he was going to lock-up in a collar-and-elbow, or did Kidd just ASSUME? X-Calibur starts to help Kidd up but then smashes a forearm into Kidd's face. Backing up a few steps, X-Calibur hits the ropes and comes off with a decent amount of momentum, but on the return as X looks to be going for some sort of punch, he doesn't act fast enough and Kidd pushes up off the mat, grabs X-Calibur and hoists him up off the mat, twisting and PLANTING him down onto his back with a spinebuster. Jimmy Yates: Show him, Kidd!! Alan Ducard; You can be sure some of that animosity dates back to the Family Values match against Profanity & Insanity back a few weeks ago at SuperCard STRIFE 62. Bryan Harris: Where's old man weathered going now?! Kidd gets to his feet and backs up a few steps, hopping up onto the middle turnbuckle, still facing the middle of the ring. Sizing X-Calibur up, Kidd dives off and sends a fistdrop right into the side of X-Calibur's face, sending a huge ovation through the crowd. Jimmy Yates: THAT's where he's going!! Bryan Harris: Can it, Yates. Kidd gets up to his feet slowly and rubs the side of his knee, and then acknowledges the reaction he got from the fans, raising his fist into the air. He then looks back down at X-Calibur and looks to be thinking about following up with more offense, but he doesn't notice one of his opponents who just re-entered the ring. Slipping up from behind, John Thomas reaches out and grabs Kidd by the wrist, spins him around and locks Kidd's own arm around his throat... SICK FALLING NECKBREAKER!!! PINFALL ATTEMPT... ONE... TWO... THREE!!
Bryan Harris: That was one HELL of a Sick Falling Neckbreaker!! I can’t believe it, but that leaves us with the final THREE!! Jimmy Yates: While I’m stunned Crazy Boy and John Thomas are still in this thing, I just cannot BELIEVE that X-Calibur is STILL in there!! And not only is he still in there, but he’s dishing out some punishment on the fresher, faster Crazy Boy!! Alan Ducard: He was the first man in, and he’s rapidly approaching being the last man out -- ladies and gents, if you aren’t standing already, I wouldn’t sit down for this!! Things are about to get REAL interesting!! As Patrick Kidd limps up the elevated ramp way, the capacity crowd gives him a standing ovation. Raising his arm in the air, turning back to the ring and looking all around at the audience members, he beats his chest a few times, acknowledging the respect everyone has shown him for making it to the final four. But just as this happens, the crowd quickly turns to boos as X-Calibur places BOTH feet across Crazy Boy’s neck, and pulls UP on the middle rope, blatantly choking Crazy Boy with reckless abandon. Jimmy Yates: Come on ref!! Stop this!! Bryan Harris: Looks like the adulation emanating from this crowd is short lived thanks to X’s persistence in not playing by the rules. Just as Leonard Nolan counts to four, X hops off of Crazy Boy and holds his hands up as if he’s innocent. Out of NOWHERE, John Thomas CHARGES at X-Calibur like someone lit a match under his ass and connects with brutal kicks to the mid-section and stiff shots to the forehead that send X back in an absolute daze. Jimmy Yates: Look at JT GO!! Wow… how bad does he want this?!?! “GO-JOHN-GO! GO-JOHN-GO!”, the crowd chants with fiery intent. John Thomas uses this as fuel for his fire and launches himself onto X-Calibur, pressing him up against the turnbuckles. Slamming his fist into X’s head, X’s neck snaps back with each bludgeon. As X is stunned, John Thomas drops off the turnbuckles, turns around facing the ring and positions X’s head into a bulldog headlock. Pointing forward, John Thomas runs for an old school bulldog… but X-Calibur is still much too vigilant. Just before JT leaps down for the bulldog, X-Calibur lifts up underneath John Thomas’ legs for a back suplex. JT tries to roll all the way through in a motion meant to see him land on his feet, but instead X-Calibur LATCHES onto JT’s neck and DRILLS him into the canvas with an X-Terminator. Jimmy Yates: OH MY GOD!!! Alan Ducard: BLOODY EFFING HELL!! X-TERMINATOR!! Bryan Harris: COVER HIM, X!! JOHN THOMAS IS A GONER!! X-Calibur turns over to put an arm on JT… but JT is just out of his reach! X-Calibur is too exhausted to crawl on top of him, and instead of mustering up the fortitude to hook a leg, X rests for a moment and recharges the batteries. Crazy Boy, meanwhile, after getting enough air back into his lungs from the choking maneuver X had applied, begins his ascension to the top rope. Looking out at the audience, Crazy Boy shrugs, as if to say, “Why the hell not?!”. Leaping forward, Crazy Boy somersaults forward in rapid motion, churning out a beautiful 450 degrees before landing on his KNEES right across X-Calibur’s upper body. Jimmy Yates: CRAZY SPIN!! CRAZY SPIN!! CRAZY FREAKING SPIN!!! Bryan Harris HOW THE HELL DID HE… WOW… “HOL-EE-SHIT! HOL-EE-SHIT!”, and “LEG-A-SEE! LEG-A-SEE!”
chants follow Crazy Boy’s daredevil explosiveness, while Crazy
Boy clutches his knees from the high impact maneuver, unable to follow
through with a cover on X-Calibur. All three men are on the ground. X clutching his ribs. Crazy boy clutching his knees. John Thomas clutching his neck. It’s a “parts of the body” variation of the “Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil” portrait sprung to life before the attending crowd. Parts of the audience chant for “CRAY-ZEE-BOY!”, another part chant for “JAY-TEE!”, and the defiant section that perpetually goes against the grain chant for “X-CAL!”, despite his dubiousness. The excitement is all-inclusive and non-discriminatory as all three men fight for their LIVES to become LEGACY World Champion. Jimmy Yates: This is IT, folks!! Down to the wire here… sixteen has become three, but there can be only ONE! Bryan Harris: And it is no coincidence that the final four men of this Co-Op Challenge are all Captains. With Kidd gone, one of the four corners has fallen, and now the other three corners are teetering. It’s up to these men to decide who has the heart to hold on!! It’s the remnants of an idea orchestrated with one goal in mind - The World Championship! Alan Ducard: I really couldn’t have said it any better myself,
Bryan. Jimmy Yates: Look at that INTENSITY! You could cut it with a KNIFE… Bryan Harris: I don’t really understand why they would simply FORGET about X-Calibur like this. He’s been in there since the beginning, and in my opinion, his tank is empty. Now is the time to strike! Alan Ducard: I agree with Bryan. Forgetting about X-Calibur is not a mistake you want to be making at this point in the game. As X-Calibur begins to stir, Crazy Boy and John Thomas slowly switch their focus onto the only former World Champion who remains in the match. As X-Calibur clutches his ribs, slowly rising, he quickly realizes that both Crazy Boy and JT are staring straight at him. Sighing, X mouths something profane, as he fully understands what’s coming next. The audience ROARS as Crazy Boy and JT lung at him, beating him with stiff punches and kicks. A knee to the gut from JT doubles X over for a moment. John Thomas takes it upon himself to set X-Calibur up for a piledriver, and Crazy Boy realizes he has JT right where he wants him. As John Thomas lifts X straight up into the air with an old school piledriver, Crazy Boy positions himself behind John Thomas with a reverse falling neck breaker. As JT drives X into the canvas, Crazy Boy SNAPS JT down into a seated falling neck breaker!! Bryan Harris: WHAT A TANDEM MOVE!! Jimmy Yates: I don’t know who felt more pain there, X or JT… but it looked incredible! Alan Ducard: Tyrone could have this won here! ONE!! Jimmy Yates: He has him!! JT is OUT!! TWO!! Bryan Harris: How ironic is it that a neck breaker takes out JT?! THREE- NO!! JT shoulders out just in the nick of time, and Crazy Boy looks completely gutted that he couldn’t put him away. The fans shout “TWOOOOO” as they also thought it was over for the fortunate son. Realizing that X-Calibur is still down and unmoving from the piledriver he received in the same motion Crazy Boy delivered the neck breaker to JT, Crazy Boy rushes on top of X and hooks BOTH legs for the deep cover… ONE!! Alan Ducard: The lad has it!! TWO!! Bryan Harris: KICK OUT, X!! THREE!! NO!!! NO!! X kicks out, and Crazy Boy CAN’T. BELIEVE. IT. Looking even more dejected than when he failed to pin John Thomas, Crazy Boy shakes his head and pounds the mat in frustration. Guiding X-Calibur to his knees, Crazy Boy drives a right hand into X’s forehead for good measure, the sweat exploding off of his hair like a sprinkler system. Bringing him the rest of the way to his feet, Crazy Boy delivers another right hand, that staggers X back. Bryan Harris: With these shots going unanswered, one would think that X-Calibur’s tank has officially reached “E“. Jimmy Yates: He looks dead on his feet out there, folks! Alan Ducard: Perhaps not! Grabbing X-Calibur’s arm like he’s going to whip him into the ropes, X blocks the attempt and pulls Crazy Boy inwards. Hunkering down low, X-Calibur lifts Crazy Boy’s feet up into a standing takedown. With Crazy Boy laying supine, X-Calibur steps through Crazy Boy’s legs like he’s going for a sharpshooter, putting Crazy Boy’s legs into a grapevine. Then, taking a deep breath, trying to swat the exhaustion away, X-Calibur turns Crazy Boy over, and sits down HARD across Crazy Boy’s back, arching the sharpshooter to a SICK degree. Bryan Harris: SHARPSHOOTER!! TYRONE IS FINISHED!! Jimmy Yates: Oh WOW… Crazy Boy not looking too well in there… looks like he could give up at any second. Alan Ducard: X has him LOCKED. Crazy Boy’s back is bending in a way it should not be bending in… this isn’t good. He could seriously be hurt if he doesn’t give it up here! Crazy Boy screams in absolute AGONY. X-Calibur pulls back even harder, screaming, “TAP!”, and “GIVE IT UP!”. Crazy Boy desperately reaches out for the ropes, but there are none in sight. He lifts a hand.. Jimmy Yates: CRAZY BOY IS GONE!! Bryan Harris: TAP OUT!!! Alan Ducard: NO! HE’S NOT GIVING IT UP! LOOK! Crazy Boy shakes his hand, trying to motivate himself to fight through the pain. SCREAMING at Crazy Boy to give up, X-Calibur pulls back Crazy Boy’s legs to the point where they look like they’re going to snap. Trying to push himself up off the mat, Crazy Boy falters a bit before collapsing back down to the mat. X cinches in the hold even deeper. The submission seconds away from happening. The fans BOOING as they realize Crazy Boy is lifting his hand for the tap out. Jimmy Yates: CRAZY BOY IS ABOUT TO T- Alan Ducard: CHICKEN WING!! Bryan Harris: John has submitted the best with the move, and right here it could be no different!! The crowd EXPLODES into a frenzy of cheers as all of a sudden John Thomas peels himself off of the mat with a crazed look in his eye, and locks on a TIGHTLY applied chicken-wing cross-face on X-Calibur, who promptly drops both of Crazy Boy’s legs and stands up to fight the hold. X-Calibur looks taken aback by this, and yells in agony over his newfound plight. Reaching out for the ropes, X finds none nearby. John Thomas completely grapevines X-Calibur’s body, putting ALL of his body weight on the standing X-Calibur. Reaching out with his free arm for ANYTHING, X collapses backwards onto the mat, unintentionally slamming John Thomas. Laying right on top of him, Nolan begins counting JT out. ONE!! TWO!! THR- JT bumps his shoulder off the mat a little, and positions himself so that his shoulder does not touch the mat again. Jimmy Yates: JT ALMOST counted himself out of this match right there… and what a shame that would be, to end his tenure in the Co-Op challenge on such a sour note. Alan Ducard: I couldn’t agree with you more, James. Bryan Harris: X doesn’t look too good here… I can’t believe this is happening!! With X-Calibur in perilous waters, John Thomas SCREAMS in his lust for finally achieving what has eluded him for so long and becoming one step closer to the World Championship. But with falling back to the mat like they did, it brings X-Calibur much closer to the ropes. X reaches out and grabs the bottom rope, and Nolan begins counting John Thomas for the disqualification. Begrudgingly, JT releases the chicken wing submission at three, and shoves X-Calibur off of him in disgust over his luck. Pulling X-Calibur to his feet, John Thomas signals the end. Turning X-Calibur around, JT sets him up for the Sick Falling Neckbreaker, but out of nowhere, X-Calibur spins him around, arms extended. Jimmy Yates: X-TERMINATOR!! Alan Ducard: NO!! JT BLOCKS IT!! Catching X going for the X-Terminator again, JT spins X around so they’re in a back to back position again. Grabbing X-Calibur’s arms, John Thomas slides X-Calibur down to the mat in a classic backslide. ONE!! TWO!! THR- X-Calibur barely gets a shoulder up… in the meantime, Crazy Boy has finally stood up to his feet after feeling the effects of the sharpshooter. In one smooth motion, Crazy Boy DIVES in a somersault on top of the backslid X-Calibur, hooking his legs with an elevated jackknife pin combined with John Thomas‘ backslide! John Thomas continues to hold X’s arms down tightly, and Crazy Boy does his best to hold his and X’s body weight down on top of him. Nolan counts X’s shoulders down again… ONE!! TWO!! THREE!! The crowd ERUPTS! Jimmy Yates: OH MY GOD!!! HE’S GONE!! X IS GONE!!! HOLY COW!!! Alan Ducard: THE BLOKE IS FINALLY DONE!! UNBELIEVABLE!! Bryan Harris: WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?! THEY DOUBLE TEAMED HIM!!! THAT’S NOT RIGHT!!
The cameras are SHAKING from the excitement of X-Calibur finally being eliminated, and as he sits up, there is a STUNNED look on his face. Looking at Leonard Nolan as if he miscounted, X shakes his head “no.”. Almost pulling his hair out of his head, X squints hard and buries his face into the mat, in utter disbelief what Crazy Boy and John Thomas were just able to do to him. Bryan Harris: Is that legal, though?! How is that legal?! Alan Ducard: Of course it’s legal! It’s not a tag team match. Every man is for himself right now, and John and Tyrone just pulled a fast one on X! Good for them! Jimmy Yates: Hell of a run for X, but his time is up in the Co-Op. Can’t believe Crazy Boy seized the opportunity like that… ingenious! I suppose you could say that X just got CB’d! X-Calibur slides out of the ring and collapses on the outside mat, completely exhausted from his marathon performance. With X gone, Crazy Boy and John Thomas are standing face to face, all the marbles on the line at this very moment. X-Calibur is so exhausted that he can’t even stand up on the outside… crawling half the way down the elevated ramp way before forcing himself to stand and walk the rest of the way. Alan Ducard: Neither of these competitors have EVER been World Champion. Tonight? It’s official. We WILL crown a NEW King. “CRAZY-ZEE-BOY!” John Thomas moves his hands around his waist like he was motioning a World Title to be placed there. Crazy Boy reciprocates this motion by doing the same thing. John scoffs and shakes his head “No.”, before shoving Crazy Boy. Crazy Boy scowls and shakes his head, “YES!” and slugs John Thomas. Jimmy Yates: Both men are leaving it all hanging out in there tonight! It’s a shame someone has to lose, but there can be only ONE World Champion! JT answers with a left, and follows it up with a stiff right forearm. Crazy Boy is reeling, but when JT goes in for another shot, Crazy Boy blocks and fires back with some rights of his own. Spinning 360 degrees, Crazy Boy connects with a roaring forearm. JT is stunned into the ropes, and on the rebound he connects with a clothesline that sends Crazy Boy down. Crazy Boy quickly turns over onto his stomach and JT runs into the ropes. On the rebound, Crazy Boy is on his feet and leap frogs JT, sending him into the other side. JT on the rebound again and Crazy Boy jumps for the second time in anticipation of John Thomas running underneath. John Thomas sees this though and FIRES a torpedo dropkick straight into Crazy Boy’s gut that sends him down hard. Jimmy Yates: JT a little too crafty for that to work! Alan Ducard: JUST LIKE THEY BEAT X!! ONE!! TWO!! THR- John Thomas kicks out, and Crazy Boy is right back up to his feet. Bryan Harris: JT showing lots of life left in this thing. I’d be worried if I were Tyrone. JT on his soon after, and Crazy Boy knees JT in the gut. Hooking JT up, he lifts him into the air and SNAPS him back down with an impaler DDT! The crowd counts along when Crazy boy hooks the leg.. ONE!! TWO!! THR- JT manages to kick out again, and Crazy Boy yells in frustration. Jimmy Yates: Crazy Boy CANNOT start to get frustrated here, or it will spell the end for him! Alan Ducard: He wants it so bad… he wants it so bad he can TASTE it! Bryan Harris: *clicking away at a keyboard nearby* That’s so sn- Jimmy Yates: STOP!! Pointing up into the air for undoubtedly something spectacular, Crazy Boy begins his ascension to the top rope. With John Thomas feeling the adverse effects of the Impaler DDT Crazy Boy executed, John Thomas is a bit slower to his feet than he has been his whole entire performance. Crazy Boy makes it to the top and balances himself perfectly up there, as if it were a natural habitat for him. As soon as JT makes it to his feet, Crazy Boy leaps with a ferocious missile dropkick, connecting square in JT‘s pectoral region, knocking him down. Bryan Harris: CRAZY DROP!!! HE ACTUALLY HIT IT!! Jimmy Yates: John Thomas looked like he got hit by a freaking BUS after that shot!! I mean, he was ELEVATED off the mat after the impact there! My God!! Alan Ducard: Judging by the way he is wheezing out there, I think Crazy Boy might have literally took the wind out of his sails. This could mean GOLD for the man known as Crazy! Crazy Boy hooks a leg and the audience counts on, captivated by the dedication both men are showing in their resolve to become World Champion for the first time in their careers.. ONE!! TWO!! THREE.. NO!! John Thomas gets a shoulder up and Crazy Boy is ASTONISHED. Jimmy Yates: THIS is why he is known as “The Durable One”! Because he can endure more punishment than most men ever could… and STILL move on to victory when you least expect it! Bryan Harris: I don’t think Tyrone really knows what to do here. I mean… what DO you do to make a guy like this stay down?! Knock him unconscious?! Alan Ducard: That may in fact be Tyrone’s ONLY option, Bryan. Clapping his hands together, Crazy Boy starts pumping the crowd up. They respond immediately and the split chants continue within the audience. John Thomas slowly rises to his feet and Crazy Boy impatiently bops around, almost salivating at the mouth for the opportunity to finish his opponent off. JT finally gets to his feet, and Crazy Boy goes in for the kill. JT is ready for him though and delivers a drop toe hold, sending him across the middle rope. Before Crazy Boy can even attempt to pull himself off the middle rope, John Thomas uses the ropes to propel himself over, and in one fluid motion leg drops Crazy Boy across the middle rope! The springboard effect of being driven into the second rope bounces Crazy Boy back into the ring, on his back in the middle of the ring. Seizing the moment, John Thomas runs to the turnbuckles and begins climbing to the top rope. Carefully positioning himself so that his back is facing Crazy Boy while standing on the top rope, John Thomas holds onto the cable between the post and the turnbuckle while looking between his legs to measure up Crazy Boy. Feeling that he is right where he wants him, John Thomas lets go of the cable and backflips off the top rope, delivering a scintillating moonsault! Jimmy Yates: NOT YOUR AVERAGE MOONSAULT!! Upon landing, JT has a leg hooked… ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THR- Crazy Boy kicks out! The deafening crowd chants, “THIS-IS-AWE-SOME!”, at both competitors, for finding the wherewithal to continue kicking out. John Thomas rolls off of Crazy Boy, looking fatigued from trying to put away his equally durable opponent. Pointing up to the rafters, John Thomas mouths, “One…more… time.”, and the crowd applauds his tenacity. Climbing carefully to the top rope, John Thomas repeats each and every step he just took on his way to the top rope. Finally, after the crowd watches with baited breath, John Thomas lets go of the cable… and does another backflip off the top… and connects! Bryan Harris: HE HIT IT AGAIN!!! ANOTHER NOT YOUR AVERAGE MOONSAULT!! HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Jimmy Yates: This HAS to be over…. HAS to be… TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alan Ducard: Crazy Boy is DONE… THREE- CRAZY BOY SHOULDERS OUT! Bryan Harris: CRAZY BOY KICKS OUT!!! CRAZY BOY KICKS OUT!!! TWO CONSECUTIVE MOONSAULTS, AND CRAZY BOY KICKS OUT!!!! JT has a completely forlorn look strewn upon his face, as he buries his hands into his palms, unable to comprehend Crazy Boy still being able to kick out at this point in the Co-Op Challenge. “ONE-MORE-TIME! ONE-MORE-TIME! ONE-MORE-TIME!”, the audience yells at John Thomas, who’s ears perk up upon hearing this chant. Suddenly, looking at Crazy Boy’s unmoving body, a fierce animalistic glare comes over John Thomas and he pounds the mat. Forcing himself up off the mat, John Thomas points to the rafters for the third time, and makes his way to the turnbuckle, climbing as carefully as he did before… John Thomas measures up Crazy Boy. Balancing himself on the top rope, he takes a few extra moments before he leaps… … and Crazy Boy rolls out of the way at the last possible second! Jimmy Yates: NOBODY HOME! Bryan Harris: TOUGH break for the kid… but that’s what happens when you listen to these idiots and go to the well one too many times! Alan Ducard: And now BOTH competitors are out of gas! Who the bloody hell is going to win this thing already?! John Thomas’s leg raps against the mat out of pain as he clutches his ribs with his chin laying on the mat. Eyes closed, JT tries to stifle the pain shooting through out his body after missing the third attempt at a moonsault. With the crowd continuing to chant both men on, Crazy Boy digs down deep and crawls over to the ropes and begins picking himself up off the mat, piece by piece. Face full of anguish, Crazy Boy yells at JT to get up. Using the ropes for support, Crazy Boy holds his ribs just like John does. Moments later, JT begins pulling himself up off the mat, using the ropes on the opposite side of the ring. As he finally makes his way to his feet, John Thomas lets go of the top rope and stumbles his way out to the center of the ring on spaghetti legs. Crazy Boy slowly makes his way to the center of the ring and lifts John Thomas up into a fireman’s carry. After about ten seconds of spinning like an air plane, the crowd chants, “SAMOAAAAAA”, in unison as Crazy Boy hits the samoan drop portion of his patented Crazy Airlines maneuver right in the center of the ring. Jimmy Yates: DESTINATION… SAMOAAAAAAA!! Bryan Harris: This is over… neither men can continue much longer like this. Alan Ducard: Look at JT!!! As Crazy Boy falls to a knee, dizzy from the airplane spin… John Thomas is trying to sit up off the mat. Jimmy Yates: Look at this guy!! The Durable One just won’t stay down!! Seeing this, Crazy Boy shakes his head in disbelief. Seething… INCENSED that John Thomas won’t stay down for the count, Crazy Boy spits and sputters with rage and FORCES himself to stand up. RIPPING John Thomas to his feet, Crazy Boy tries to KICK JT in the gut, but JT grabs CB by the foot, SPINS him around and reaches to set up for the Sick Falling Neckbreaker... BUT CRAZY BOY ducks out of JT's grasp! JT maintains the grasp on Crazy Boy's arm and YANKS down with all his might, then twists around into a standing armbar. JT sets back onto the nearby turnbuckle and starts his ascent... Jimmy Yates: Could he be going for the New School?! I think that's where he's headed! Alan Ducard: This could be just what John Thomas needs to weaken Crazy Boy that last little bit... both of these men living on absolute FUMES presently. When John gets to the top rope, he maintains his grasp on Crazy Boy's wrist and starts walking across the top rope... BUT CRAZY BOY PULLS HIM.... GRABS HIM BY THE HEAD WITH HIS FREE ARM... LOOSENING JT's GRASP ON HIS WRIST.... TAKING HOLD OF JOHN... HOLDING HIM UP INTO A VERTICAL SUPLEX POSITION.... STEPS TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF THE RING... JT SLAMS HIS KNEE INTO THE TOP OF CRAZY BOY'S HEAD.... CRAZY BOY HOLDS ON.... TWISTS!!!! The audience POPS like mad as Crazy Boy SPIKES John Thomas down into onto the mat with his trademark falcon arrow brain buster! Reaching forward, Crazy Boy hooks BOTH of John Thomas’s legs with both of his arms, hugging them tight... Alan Ducard: CRAZY SLAM!!! ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fans ABSOLUTELY lose it.Jimmy Yates: HE DID IT!!!!! CRAZY BOY FREAKING DID IT!!!!!!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HE’S DONE IT!!!!!! Bryan Harris: CRAZY BOY?!?! CRAZY BOY… IS WORLD CHAMPION?!?! WHAAAAAAAAT?!?! Alan Ducard: WE HAVE A NEW LEGACY WORLD CHAMPION!!!!!!! HE’S FINALLY DONE IT!!! TYRONE SMITH IS ON TOP OF THE WORLD!!! Josephina Colbert: LADIES AND GENTLEMEN… THE WINNER OF THE 2010 CO-OP CHALLENGE… As the camera feeds quake with absolute excitement over the dream come true for Crazy Boy, Crazy Boy covers his mouth in disbelief… tears welling up inside his eyes. Josephina Colbert: …AND….. NEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW…………. LEGACY… WORLD CHAMPION……………………….. CRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAZY BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOY…… TYROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONE…… SMITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Crazy Boy breaks down in absolute emotion, the joy of being World Champion almost too much to bear after such an exhausting battle. With the title in Leonard Nolan ‘s arms, he gives Crazy Boy all the time he needs, knowing that this is a once in a lifetime experience. Tears streaming down his face, Crazy Boy stands up from the mat, and accepts the LEGACY World Championship with one hand, and allows his other arm to be raised HIGH by Leonard Nolan. Jimmy Yates: This is what LEGACY is all about, folks. Moments like these… you can’t describe them well enough to do them justice. Alan Ducard: I’m speechless. Just… speechless. Bryan Harris: I hate to do this, but… ugh… damn it… Suddenly, the camera shifts to Bryan Harris who removes his head-set and stands up from the announce booth, clapping both hands for Crazy Boy. Unbelievably, the audience grows louder, as Jimmy Yates and Alan Ducard follow suit and show their appreciation for Crazy Boy’s moment. Sitting up from the mat, holding the back of his head with his knees bent, John Thomas has a look of utter disappointment… but even still, as he stands on his own two feet, he extends a hand to Crazy Boy for a handshake. Crazy Boy gladly accepts it, and the two men embrace in a hug. Whispering something in Crazy Boy’s ears, John actually laughs for a moment before shaking his head. As he lets go, John looks down the entrance ramp, and sees many friends emptying the locker room one by one. The first one out, clapping his hands, is Crazy Boy’s mentor Greyson Blade. Followed closely is Patrick Kidd, who is smiling ear to ear despite the limp in his walk. Cade Sydal is out next, smiling that Crazy Boy was able to defy all odds. Maya and Shinya come out together, clapping as loudly as everyone else. Paul “Junior” Saunders, followed closely by the big gargantuan of a man in “Big” Boyd Saunders. Every one of these men fill both sides of the elevated ramp-way, waiting to congratulate Crazy Boy. The site of so much respect and talent all lining up to shake HIS hand makes Crazy Boy break down again, shaking his head at the show of respect everyone is showing him. “CRAY-ZEE-BOY! CRAY-ZEE-BOY! CRAY-ZEE-BOY!” “TY-RONE! TY-RONE! TY-RONE!” Slinging the big World Championship belt over his shoulder, Crazy Boy exits the ring and makes his way to some fans in the front row who are extending themselves to get a touch of history. Crazy Boy hugs the first person he comes into contact with, who shares the emotion that Crazy Boy has on his face right now. Slowly making his way around the ring, Crazy Boy repeatedly mouths “Thank you!” to everyone he possibly can before finally making his way to the row of fellow roster members all waiting to congratulate him. Greyson Blade is the first man up, who Crazy Boy hugs tightly for all his tutelage through out Crazy Boy’s LEGACY career. Greyson Blade laughs at Crazy Boy’s genuine excitement, and Crazy Boy makes his way to Patrick Kidd who goes for a handshake… but ends up getting hugged! Cade Sydal pretends for a moment that he’s not interested in shaking his partner for the Co-Op’s hand, but a smile cracks through and Crazy Boy hugs Cade Sydal as well. Up next is Maya and Shinya, who are BEAMING over Tyrone’s incredible win. Crazy Boy hugs them both, and all three share a menag-a-hug with one another. The Saunders Family, Junior and Boyd, despite having not known Crazy Boy as long as the others, are still waiting with open arms for the man who’s scratched and clawed his way up the ladder for years. Junior pats Crazy Boy on the back, but the seven-foot Boyd grabs Crazy Boy and lifts him off the ground with a MASSIVE bear hug. Crazy Boy actually laughs at this but motions for Boyd to put him down so he can breathe again. With no one left to congratulate him, Crazy Boy laughs at all of the congratulatory hugs and turns back to the ring with everyone watching. With Crazy Boy looking out at the sea of people all paying him their respects… X-Calibur appears from behind… seething. The audience quiets down a bit, unsure of what to make of this. Once Crazy Boy realizes someone is standing behind him, he turns around slowly, looking a bit surprised by this unexpected appearance of X-Calibur. Crazy Boy stands there for a moment, ready to fight, unwilling to back down from X-Calibur. Holding his championship up right in front of X’s face, Crazy Boy all but silently begs X to do something during his big moment. Greyson Blade, Patrick Kidd, Cade Sydal, Tres Bien, and The Saunders Family all look on with concerned looks on their faces, ready to annihilate X-Calibur if he does anything to ruin this moment for Crazy Boy. The fans in attendance watch on with baited breath, waiting for something to happen to the newly crowned champion, or X-Calibur. X-Calibur, showing no emotion on his face, just boils. It is ever-so apparent that X-Calibur wants to strike down the champion… but being outnumbered by the vast amount of people congratulating Crazy Boy, X thinks better of the situation and just stands there with clenched fists. Not sure what to do, Crazy Boy… simply steps around the man standing in his path. Smirking, X turns his head to the side and watches from a glance as Crazy Boy, LEGACY World Champion, disappears into the shadows. |
