"Believe"

We open to deserted streets. No traffic. No Pedestrians. It’s surreal. Suddenly a lone child on a black razor scooter whips by us at a frantic speed. We zoom after him. From every house we hear a call and answer chant very familiar to Penn State fans:

Crowd: "WE - ARE"

Crowd: "LE-GA-SEE"

The boy ditches his scooter and runs up the steps to his home. The chant continues

Crowd: "We - ARE"

Crowd: "LE-GA-SEE"

He dashes into his house and gets to the television room where his family is gathered around the television. Excited. Glued to their set.

Family: "WE - ARE"

Crowd: "LE-GA-SEE"

In a different part of town, the city streets are empty. A rumble is heard in the background, and a Harley Davidson motorcycle suddenly zooms past the camera. Following him through the city streets, he stops his bike in front of a bar. Leaving him to park his ride, the camera zooms in through the window where we see the LEGACY logo on a television, and the patrons of the bar with their eyes focused on the broadcast.

Bar Patrons: “WE - ARE”

Crowd: “LE-GA-SEE”

FLASH to a shot of X-Calibur walking down subway steps.

FLASH - Cronos Diamante entering a car his No Limits Title on his shoulder

FLASH - El Chupacabra standing on the edge of a building, looking over the city streets, the tag titles on their waists.

FLASH - Loco Martinez on the back of a flat bed truck with the Legacy World title inside his trophy case, Arch Angel and T.Rex flank the case. Loco leans against it cockily.

Crowd: "WE - ARE"

Crowd: "LE-GA-SEE"

We the screen split into quarters as well follow each of Legacy's champion's towards the arena. The Crowd continuing to chant... the fervor building. And as the men reach the arena there's a flash inside the arena for the waiting crowd chanting:

Crowd: "WE - ARE"

Crowd: "LE-GA-SEE"

Behind the chant we hear the opening to the Bravery's "Believe".

"The faces all around me they don't smile they just crack
Waiting for our ship to come but our ships not coming back"

A shot of a focused, stone faced John Iley going through his pre-match loosening up.

But what are we waiting for?"

In the ring Stephen Rawlings awaits an opponent. Focused. Determined.

"What are we waiting for?"

Devastation walks down the isle towards the ring. The music explodes and we get a flurry of action. Fast paced. Violent.

"With the rising
Rising sound"

We see the crowd... and start to hear them. Screaming. Chanting.

"And never comes but shakes the boards and rattles all the doors
What are we waiting for"

A shot of Kevin Oppenheimer walking through the halls without a care in the world then becomes Ron Bailey counting a wad of cash with a smirk on his face, then the Canuckin’ Cowboy trio talking over strategy while Calgary Carl gets excited about something.

" So give me something to believe

" What am I waiting for
Its already done"

Loco Martinez walks solemnly to his trophy case. John Thomas meets him, and they ceremoniously put the Legacy World title into the case.... and as they lock the door we get a shot of Rocky Stellar standing atop the entrance ramp, and then we explode into the chorus:

Making Opportunities

*Earlier Today*

We see the view of a very expensive 5 star hotel. As the camera makes his way towards the counter, a desk clerk looks up.

Cameraman: We were invited here to talk to Derek Shane, he's scheduled for a big match in Las Vegas later tonight.

Desk Clerk: Mr. Shane is in a very important meeting with a Mr. McMahon and he said he was not to be disturbed?

Camerman: Mr. McMahon?

A very angry man, whom LEGACY fans know as Shadow, is seen walking towards the front desk.

Shadow: Shut your mouth! If Shane wanted everyone knowing his business, he would send out a press release.

Cameraman: Do LEGACY officials know Derek Shane is currently meeting with Mr. McMahon? Is he jumping ship?

Shadow: You ask too many questions. In this business, everyone is looking for big ratings, and that includes both LEGACY and Mr. McMahon. Mr. McMahon knows all about ratings, and Derek Shane knows all about ratings. Unfortunately the meeting is running kind of long so it appears as though Mr. Shane won't be able to attend LEGACY's show tonight, please pass on his condolences to his partners and opponents, he apologizes, but as you can see he has big plans in the works.

Shadow motions towards the door with his hand.

Shadow: Now I recommend you leave before I have to escort you out.

The Cameraman takes his cue and leaves the hotel and is about to get into his van when he catches something out of the corner of his eye. He walks over to a fence and sees Derek Shane stretched out in a chair next to the pool, someone next to him, but his face is hidden behind a newspaper. Shane looks up and spots the cameraman, motions for him to approach. When the cameraman is close enough to get a better view of the LEGACY roster member and for the microphone to easily hear what he has to say, Derek addresses him.

Derek Shane: Normally I would have you thrown off the premises, but I appreciate your urge to get the entire story. Normally I'm annoyed by the paparazzi, but I will give you two minutes so get on with it.

The cameraman looks on through the fence trying to get his wits about him.

Cameraman: Is it true that you will not be attending tonight's LEGACY event and that you are skipping out on your match essentially putting Storm & Rawlings in a handicap match?

Shane thinks about it for a moment before he responds.

Derek Shane: It sounds so bad when you put it that way. I' not skipping out on anyone. Storm & Rawlings are more than capable of taking on 6 men by themselves. If I didn't think so, I'd be right there to help them, but I have very important matters to attend to tonight that will benefit all of LEGACY.

Cameraman: Benefit Legacy by having meetings with the comptition? Where is Mr. McMahon? I thought you were supposed to be in some big important meeting?

The paper drops into the lap of the person sitting next to Derek Shane and we see Mr. McMahon, Julian McMahon star of hit tv show Nip/Tuck.

Derek Shane: It's a casual meeting, as you know the writers strike is over and a lot of shows are filming new episodes and are looking for those big guest stars for the episodes that run during sweeps. The corporate suits at F/X channel contacted LEGACY about doing some cross-overs to boost ratings for shows returning from the strike, and of course they wanted a huge star like Derek Shane to be involved. So while I'd love to be there tonight, it's in everyone’s best interest that I stay here and iron out all these contracts and what not. Now you better get going it seems that security doesn't like people hanging o the fences.

The camera man turns around just in time to see Shadow and then the feed cuts out.

Rocky Stellar vs Ron Bailey

Jimmy Yates: To say that tonight got off to an exciting start would be an understatement. To hear the crowd during the match between Rocky Stellar and Ron Bailey, you’d think it was the main event!

Alan Ducard: Any time he walks through that curtain, Rocky Stellar gets a good ovation from the masses, but when he is coming to the ring for a match, the intensity he’s greeted with is all the bigger, with tonight’s opening match being no exception.

Bryan Harris: What, the fans were giddy about the possibility of Rocky Stellar throwing Ron Bailey around? I’m not surprised that’s the case. Ron Bailey is just one of those guys who doesn’t get half the respect he deserves, not from the fans, and not from guys like Rocky Stellar. He’s got the same thing going on for him that John Thomas does… which, coincidentally, is the whole reason Rocky Stellar is just days away from having John Thomas kick his ass again.

Jimmy Yates: I believe the reason Rocky Stellar can’t stand John Thomas or Ron Bailey is because of the things they do… namely stuff like what got them into this whole mess… Ron Bailey helping John Thomas attack Rocky Stellar from behind with a chair…

Bryan Harris: Oh get over it already… Rocky Stellar is a selfish asshole veteran who doesn’t give a damn about anyone other than himself and, to a lesser degree, Loco Martinez… He doesn’t give respect to the younger guys who deserve it, and now two of the current rising stars in our industry are getting their shots at making Stellar give them his respect. Ron Bailey with his chance tonight, and if Stellar makes it out of this match uninjured, John Thomas gets his chance at the pay per view.

Alan Ducard: Depending on how Ron Bailey and John Thomas both perform in their respective matches, win or lose, I would imagine that Rocky Stellar might give them the respect they feel that they are deserved. To see how Ron Bailey did, let’s get to the footage.

Start : Footage from the Match

Bailey and Stellar lock up in the center of the ring, and Stellar gains the upper hand with a head lock. Wrenching it in tightly, Stellar almost begs the young stud to work his way out of it. Bailey backs up into the ropes, and using the recoil he pushes the bigger, stronger Stellar off into the opposite side. Stellar on the rebound, he connects with a shoulder block that sends Bailey down with thundering consequence.

Alan Ducard: Hard shoulder block by The Stellar One.

Bailey rolls to his stomach and Stellar hits the ropes again. Stellar on the rebound, he jumps over Bailey on his way to the opposite side of the ring. Bailey up on his feet again, Stellar goes for another shoulder block but Bailey sees it coming and drops down with a drop toe hold. Stellar lands flat on his face and stomach and Bailey stands up with his arms raised high in the air, like he just won the Olympic gold medal for mat wrestling.

Jimmy Yates: Looks like Bailey’s a little overzealous tonight..

Bryan Harris: Bailey’s not ignorant. He realizes the old man’s credentials, Jimbo, and any time he can put him down on the mat is going to feel like Christmas morning.

As Stellar rolls over onto his back, he takes one look at Bailey’s over-excitement and shakes his head in disgust. Stellar gets up to his feet and as soon as Bailey turns back to him, he wraps his arms around him and nails him with a spinning belly-to-belly suplex. Going for the cover, Stellar hooks a leg.

One!

Two!

Bailey gets a shoulder up and Stellar stays on the offense with a grounded side head-lock.

Alan Ducard: Bailey made a big mistake by not following up on the Icon there, and now he’s paying for it.

Bailey gets to his knees while in the head-lock and busts Stellar in the gut a few times with some stiff shots. Stellar winces but continues adding pressure to the head-lock. Bailey finally musters up the strength to lift Stellar off the mat with a high angled suplex, and slams him down with thundering force. Bailey makes the lateral cover and counts into the camera with his fingers.

One!

Two!

Thr - No! Stellar with a kick out and Bailey looks at the ref incredulously, as if he were the blame for Stellar’s fortitude.

Alan Ducard: That was an impressive suplex, but it just wasn’t enough to make a lackadaisical cover like that.

Bryan Harris: Lack-a-what-ical? Bailey’s lightyears ahead of Stellar in mind, body, and strength... this is simply a warm up match for The Sure Thing.

Alan Ducard: Uh, warm up match for what? Last I checked, Bailey didn’t have a match at Forged by Fire..

Bryan Harris: And what a miscarriage of justice that is!

Bailey gets Stellar to his feet, and hooks one arm around his waist and the other arm around his left leg. Lifting up, Bailey snaps back onto the mat, completing the leg-hook Saito suplex. Bailey rolls over onto Stellar and this time hooks a leg.

One!

Two!

Thr- Stellar gets a shoulder up!

Bryan Harris: C’mon, ref! Count faster!

Bailey gets in the face of the referee, taking his eyes off of Stellar for the second time in the match-up.

Alan Ducard: Bailey’s making another mistake here..

Jimmy Yates: Bailey’s focus is a bit to be desired here tonight.. But he’s still taking it right to Rocky.

Stellar starts getting to his feet when Bailey approaches him with both arms raised in an ax-handle. Just before Bailey comes crashing down, Stellar throws a boot up to Ron’s mid-section. Bailey doubles over and Stellar grabs him by the back of the head. Dragging Bailey over to the turnbuckle, Stellar slams him face first into the thin padding. Bailey reels back a bit, but Stellar holds onto Bailey and slams him into the turnbuckle again. And again. And again.

Crowd: “5! 6! 7! 8! 9!”

Stellar lets go of Bailey which causes him to fall back to the mat out of the corner. Stellar looks around at the audience, and then begins climbing up the turnbuckles.

Alan Ducard: Stellar’s going to the top!

Bryan Harris: Now this is just stupid. Since when in HISTORY has Rocky Stellar ever gone to the top rope?

Jimmy Yates: Well there was that one night in the AWA, and the locker room had a bet going..

Bryan Harris: Shut up, Jimbo.

Rocky Stellar climbs to the top, looks down at Bailey and his eyes nearly bulge out of his sockets. Realizing he was a little too high up off the mat for his comfort, Stellar’s feet become unstable and he awkwardly descends to the bottom rope. Looking out at the audience, Rocky shouts something barely audible to the cameras.

Rocky Stellar: F*ck. That.

Leaping from the bottom rope, Stellar holds out an elbow for Bailey... but completely misses his target as Bailey rolls out of the way.

Jimmy Yates: My God! Stellar with a Yukon elbow drop... and he MISSES!

Bryan Harris: How the HELL do you miss a bottom rope elbow drop? Even Smash used to hit that move...

Alan Ducard: I thought it was Ax?

Bryan Harris: Who the hell remembers...

Stellar gets to his feet, cussing to himself for missing the Yukon elbow drop. Bailey manages to get himself to his feet, and Stellar goes on the offensive with some rights and lefts. Out of pure desperation, Bailey manages to connect with a wild right and Stellar reels back into the corner. Seeing an opportunity to strike, Bailey immediately sprints forward, leaps, and drives a stiff forearm into Stellar. In one swift motion, Bailey pivots, hooks an arm around Stellar, and dives forward out of the turnbuckle to the center of the ring where he smashes Stellar down onto the canvas with a running bulldog.

Turning Stellar over onto his back, Bailey hooks a leg.

One!

Two!

Thr- No! Stellar kicks out!

Alan Ducard: It’s going to take a lot more than a bulldog to take down the Icon.

Bryan Harris: Yeah? Well, Bailey got two and three-quarters for it. A lot more than my ass.

Jimmy Yates: That’s A LOT... of ass.

Bailey brings Stellar to his feet, and slaps him right across the face. He then follows it up with a pie-face that sends Stellar into the ropes, staggering.

Alan Ducard: Such disrespect to a man of great distinction like Rocky Stellar.

Seemingly snapping out of his daze, Stellar lunges at Bailey with a clothesline. Bailey ducks it however, and lifts Stellar up into a fireman’s carry.

Bryan Harris: The Sure Thing!

Bailey lifts Stellar just enough off of his shoulders for Rocky to slide down behind him. In a single motion, Stellar hooks his arm around Bailey’s head and drops to the mat with a reverse DDT.

Alan Ducard: No! The Stellar Drop!

One!

Two!

Three!

Jimmy Yates: Stellar did it!

Josephina Colbert: The winner of this match... ROCKY.... STELLAR!!!

Bryan Harris: Rocky pulled that one out of his ass. Bailey dominated... DOMINATED him for ninety-percent of this match, and Stellar just steals it.

Alan Ducard: I won’t deny that Bailey put one a bloody terrific showing here, but Stellar didn’t steal anything. He nailed his finisher, and he pinned Bailey.

Jimmy Yates: Despite that loss, Bailey’s stock just rose a bit here tonight, going toe to toe with the Icon.

After climbing to the middle turnbuckle to salute the fans who cheered him on in victory, Stellar gets back down to the mat, exits onto the apron, then hops down to the arena floor. As he heads up the ramp, Stellar slaps hands with a lot of the fans who are reaching out towards him.

No More Running or Hiding

The camera cuts to the backstage area to the “standard” LEGACY interview set where Intern Avery (Avery George) is standing by with Domination members Ben Murdock (RAGE) and Steve O’Reily (VENOM). Even though only Ben is wrestling tonight, both men are in their gear and ready for action here at Strife 33. Both men tower over Intern Avery, as he begins the interview segment by addressing the camera.

Intern Avery: Hello ladies and gentlemen, my guests at this time are the former LEGACY Tag Team Champions, RAGE and VENOM of Domination. As we can all surmise, you have a rematch slated for the World Tag Team Titles against El Chupacabra, which should coincide with the return of Trent Logan to your corner at FORGED BY FIRE. However, tonight you, RAGE, have a one-on-one match up with Diego Cardenas, and I wanted to get your thoughts on this match tonight, and is it tempting to look past this match to the rematch for the gold?

RAGE: Avery, I’m going to set at ease your mind and the mind’s of everyone here in Las Vegas that Domination is in no way looking past the match tonight to our tag title rematch. We in no way going to minimize the value of this match because it’s not for the tag team straps.

RAGE turns from addressing Avery and begins speaking more to the crowd and the camera as Avery holds up the microphone for him.

RAGE: You see, although Trent Logan is not quite ready to return to our side just yet we’ve been in contact with him this week, and he helped us gain some perspective on tonight’s match and put aside our impatience to get back the titles that rightfully belong around my and VENOM’s waists.

As RAGE mentions where the titles belong, VENOM makes a motion for the title belt going back around his waist, and gives a nod to the camera as if to solidify the correctness of that assertion.

RAGE: Last week, we had to track down El Chupacabra. We had to go interrupt a match to start extracting our revenge on those cheats, and believe me we aren’t the kind that take pleasure in interrupting any of the competition around here, and while getting back the titles can wait, El Chupacabra getting their asses kicked by Domination could not, and at least tonight we don’t have to be interrupting matches or hunting the “champs” around the backstage area. They are being given to us tonight in that ring where I am going to have a hell of a lot of fun beating down that goat sucker, and if Hector or that whore want to get involved? VENOM is primed and ready to go to have my back, isn’t that right?

RAGE looks over to Steve, and Avery follows with the microphone.

VENOM: You’re damn right RAGE, I will have your back tonight, and quite simply tonight begins part of a two-step process, El Chupacabra. Tonight, we beat you up, and at Forged by Fire we take back the titles. So get ready, boys, to experience Total Domination!

With that VENOM nods, and the interview is over as Domination walks off the interview set.

Intern Avery: Strong and focused words from the tag team champions here tonight, and El Chupacabra better bring their best tonight because Domination is on the warpath.

Iley. Oppenheimer. Yoshida
vs Rawlings. Storm. Smith
vs Devastation. Moreno. Davis

Alan Ducard: Folks, next up is a match the likes of which we’ve yet to have here in LEGACY…

Jimmy Yates: I don’t think I’ve ever seen a match like this before!

Bryan Harris: I’ve seen six-man tags where it’s two teams of three people squaring off against each other, and a triple threat match is nothing new, that’s for sure, but putting both concepts together? Now that’s interesting – if not groundbreaking.

Alan Ducard: The three teams which have been set up each include one of the individuals who will compete against each other at FORGED BY FIRE on our upcoming pay per view. My fellow countryman John Iley teams up with another Brit, Kevin Oppenheimer, with Kevin’s tag team partner in the Worldwide Bushido Buntai – Katsuro Yoshida – rounding out the trio.

Jimmy Yates: The second team has Devastation teaming up with Justin Moreno - the man who won the Tao of Valor Championship at STRIFE 32 and ended the legendary reign by X-Calibur. One of the latest individuals to join the LEGACY roster, former OPW Champion “Iceman” Adam Davis, will team up with Moreno and Devastation.

Bryan Harris: I don’t think it’s going to surprise anybody that Stephen Rawlings is on the third team, and with Moreno on “the second team”, you can bet that Eli Storm wanted to get into the ring with Justin before their match at FORGED BY FIRE, so the front office made that happen.

Alan Ducard: The third member of that team was supposed to be Derek Shane, giving us a preview of things to come between he and Adam Davis, but we learned not long ago that Derek Shane had been double-booked.

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, we got some pathetic little story about how Derek Shane couldn’t make it tonight because he had some guest spot on Nip / Tuck.

Bryan Harris: Hey, no need for the tone in your voice, Jim-boy. Derek Shane is trying to help do some cross-promotion for LEGACY…

Jimmy Yates: I’d say it’s got more to do with self-promotion…

Alan Ducard: In any case… Derek Shane was replaced in this match by the other man whom he had been antagonizing the past few shows, Jimmy Smith. Let’s get down to the footage to see which of these three teams came out on top.

Start : Footage from the Match

As Justin Moreno takes Eli Storm by the head and tries to lift him up off the mat, but Eli grabs Justin around the back of the head, puts the top of his head under Justin’s chin and then drops down to the mat with a jawbreaker. Moreno is able to stay on his feet, but Eli gets back up off the mat and immediately spins around and connects with a roundhouse kick to Justin’s jaw, flattening him down to the mat.

Bryan Harris: HELL of a kick by Eli!

When Eli turns around to try to go after his other opponent, Kevin Oppenheimer dives in and slams his forearm into Eli’s face, putting him on the mat right next to Justin Moreno.

Jimmy Yates: I guess Eli should’ve been paying more attention to everyone in the match!

Alan Ducard: Playing defensively is a strategy that will probably help one of these nine guys win this match.

Returning to his feet, Oppenheimer steps over Eli Storm and drops an elbow down into the middle of Justin Moreno’s back. Kevin then spots Eli getting up, and he rushes up to try to not let Storm get the advantage. Eli anticipates a potential attack and rolls backwards into a neutral corner. Knowing that Eli isn’t going to get involved right away, Oppenheimer reaches down and grabs Justin Moreno up off the mat and locks him around the abdomen from behind with his arms and then immediately throws Justin backwards over his head.

Jimmy Yates: Can you believe that?!

Alan Ducard: In an incredible display of athleticism, Justin Moreno flips himself over and is able to land on his feet, avoiding that suplex by Oppenheimer, and these fans are loving it!

Bryan Harris: And Eli Storm runs in and takes Kevin down with a dropkick to the back!

Taking a quick step forward, Justin Moreno hops up off the mat and almost effortlessly flips himself over, drilling Eli Storm in the mouth with a spinning heel kick!

Jimmy Yates: He makes it look so easy!

Bryan Harris: It’s going to take more than just effortless leaps of faith if Justin Moreno is going to be able to keep that Tao of Valor Championship belt around his waist.

Moving over to his corner, Moreno extends his hand and tags Devastation into the match. The large technical master ducks into the ring underneath the top rope. Immediately Devastation grabs Oppenheimer, lifts him to his feet and hits a forearm shot to the face, turning around slightly, grabbing Kevin by the head and whipping him over with a snapmare.

Alan Ducard: Nice combination by Devastation.

Jimmy Yates: Turn around, Dev!

Before Devastation can do anything further, he is drilled in the back with a kick from Eli Storm. As Storm takes a very brief moment and smirks to the camera, proud of what he did, Devastation twists himself over and dives in, taking Eli down to the mat with a double-leg tackle.

Bryan Harris: An atypical mistake there by Eli Storm, trying to play up to the fans… you won’t see him make that same mistake twice tonight.

Jimmy Yates: Not anytime soon, anyway, he’s making the tag!

Having rolled out of Devastation’s grasp after hitting the mat, Eli Storm got up to a knee and dove towards his corner, reaching up and tagging in Stephen Rawlings. Not waiting for Stephen to get into the ring, Devastation moves in and grabs Kevin Oppenheimer and lifts him up off the mat and immediately latches on with a side headlock. The Brit struggles to get out of the hold, but when he can’t shove out of it, he locks his arms around Devastation’s waist and lifts him up off the mat. Stephen Rawlings moves in to try to capitalize on the situation, but Devastation sees him coming and fires forward with his legs, shoving Stephen away. Using the momentum created by Devastation’s legs, Kevin Oppenheimer falls backwards, slamming the shoulders of his opponent backwards down onto the mat.

Alan Ducard: My fellow countryman showing how crafty we Brits can be. Based on the amount of time he had held Devastation up on his shoulder before Devastation kicked Stephen Rawlings, I believe Kevin Oppenheimer was probably going for an atomic drop. Reacting to the situation, he quite beautifully turned it into a back drop suplex.

Bryan Harris: Yeah but he didn’t try to go for the pinfall.

Jimmy Yates: Which makes sense, because as you can see, Stephen Rawlings wanted to get in on the action, and he wouldn’t have let a pinfall attempt play out.

As soon as Oppenheimer turns over after dropping Devastation to the mat, Stephen Rawlings moves in and locks him into a front facelock, putting his shin directly across the throat of Devastation, not giving him any chance to get up.

Alan Ducard: A blatant choke by Stephen Rawlings on one of his FORGED BY FIRE opponents - Devastation, and I don’t believe the referee even sees it, as Rawlings has it discretely applied as he locks Kevin Oppenheimer into the facelock.

Jimmy Yates: Come on, ref, get in there and break that up! Devastation’s going to turn blue in a second!

Using all the might he’s got, Devastation starts trying to pound the ribs of Stephen Rawlings, hoping to get him to move his leg or attract the referee’s attention. The camera switches over to show Adam Davis watching the match from the apron, tapping his foot on the mat, visibly noticeable that he is getting quite annoyed.

Jimmy Yates: That old lady in the front row is really starting to get under Davis's skin.

Bryan Harris: She paid for her ticket she can boo, or cheer who she wants. Maybe the truth hurts, maybe Davis isn't ready for the big time.

Alan Ducard: He had a few moments at the beginning of this match to prove otherwise, I’m certain that when he gets another opportunity, he’s going to make the most of it.

Finally the referee spots what’s happening with Devastation, and he forces Rawlings to reposition himself away from Devastation’s throat. Stephen cautiously gets to his feet and tries to maintain the lock on Oppenheimer, but as soon as Kevin gets his legs underneath him, he starts pushing forward. Using his weight advantage, Kevin drives Stephen’s back into the corner turnbuckles in the neutral corner, causing Rawlings to let go of the hold.

Jimmy Yates: Great thinking there by Kevin Oppenheimer to get his legs underneath of him at the first opportunity and then just driving Rawlings backwards like that.

Bryan Harris: Yeah, but in the process he doesn’t do a damn thing to keep Devastation from making the tag…

Jimmy Yates: Oh and here comes The Iceman!!

Running across the ring, Adam Davis leaps into the air and lands a splash onto Kevin Oppenheimer’s back. Grabbing him by the shoulder, Davis throws Kevin to the side and down to the mat, then turns a bit and fires backwards with his leg, drilling Rawlings in the gut, keeping him in the corner and doubling him over. Wrapping Rawlings’ head underneath his arm, Adam Davis takes a step back and sends Rawlings into the middle of the ring with a snap suplex. Floating over backwards, Davis positions himself atop Rawlings and slams his forearm across Stephen’s cheek.

Alan Ducard: His second time in this match, The Iceman is making his mark!

Bryan Harris: Yeah, but here comes your “fellow countryman” again…

Feeling the footsteps of his other opponent, Adam looks up just in time to get rocked by a clothesline as Kevin Oppenheimer charges in from the side and takes him down to the mat with a clothesline. With both of his opponents laid out near each other, Kevin Oppenheimer puts his hands on the mat and immediately springs up into a handstand right next to Adam Davis… and then after holding the position for a moment he springs forwards, landing with his back across the Davis and his legs come crashing down onto Stephen Rawlings.

Jimmy Yates: That was a fun little move.

Bryan Harris: I’m all for having fun, there’s no doubt about that. But could it have been costly for him if one of his two opponents had been a little more coherent than he thought? Absolutely. My advice to Kevin Oppenheimer is to not try any silly little moves like that again.

Alan Ducard: It appears he’s not going to be spending much more time in the ring at present.

Getting up off the mat, Oppenheimer walks over to his corner and makes the tag to his fellow countryman John Iley, who quickly makes his way into the ring. Adam Davis is the first of the two to his feet, and when John Iley steps in, Davis rises up and drills him with a hard right hand which rocks him backwards. Taking Iley by the wrist, The Iceman goes for an irish whip aimed at the corner, but John quickly shuffles his feet and executes a perfect standing switch, sending Davis into the corner instead. As soon as Davis’ back hits the corner, John Iley comes flying in after him, leaping up off the mat and sending his arm crashing into Adam’s throat with a clothesline, both of Iley’s legs going between the middle and top rope, almost sending him to the outside were he not able to balance himself on the middle rope next to Davis.

Jimmy Yates: That was about the best standing switch I’ve ever seen!

Alan Ducard: And a nice clothesline to boot!

Springing to life, Stephen Rawlings gets up off the mat and moves into the corner, grabbing John Iley by the head and pulling him out of the corner before hooking him around the neck and dropping the back of Iley’s shoulders down onto his knee with a modified reverse DDT before releasing him and letting him drop to the mat.

Bryan Harris: Now that was an innovative little move there by Rawlings…

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, but he had to play possum a little bit just to get himself into position for it.

Bryan Harris: I know, brilliant, right?!

Moving into the corner, Rawlings connects with a kick to the midsection to make sure Adam Davis doesn’t go anywhere, and then he lowers his shoulder and lifts The Iceman up, seating him onto the top turnbuckle. After putting each of Adam’s legs on opposite sides of the turnbuckle, Stephen climbs the turnbuckle to go for some sort of top-rope move. Before Rawlings can get both feet on the top rope, Adam Davis connects with a hard right hand, rocking Stephen backwards. A second one sends Rawlings flying backwards, down onto the mat. Not wasting any time, Adam Davis repositions his legs inside the confines of the ring, each on the second rope, then he flings himself forwards and drives a fist-drop right into the side of Stephen’s face.

Alan Ducard: Good turn-around there by Adam Davis to put himself back into the driver’s seat, but how long will it last?

Jimmy Yates: It’s going to depend on how he follows it up…

Getting to his feet, Adam Davis grabs John Iley and tries to hoist him up to his feet, but in the process, John Iley wraps him up and spins him around into a pinfall predicament.

One…

Two…

NO!

Davis kicks out of the pinfall attempt, and both men try to get right back up to their feet. As soon as they get to their knees, though, they both spot Stephen Rawlings who dives in and goes for a dual face-slam, but because Iley and Davis both see him coming, they both duck underneath the attempt. When Rawlings gets up off his knee and turns around, John and Adam look at each other and then they both fire in with a standing kick, doubling Rawlings over. Both Iley and Davis grab Rawlings around the head with one arm and by the waistband of his pants with the other arm, they whip him up and over with a double vertical suplex.

Alan Ducard: Beautiful collaboration from John Iley and Adam Davis on Stephen Rawlings!

Bryan Harris: And look at that! Stephen Rawlings getting right up off the mat, probably out of pure instinct, and he stumbles over towards his corner to make the tag!

Jimmy Yates: I don’t know how excited Eli Storm is about getting into the ring as long as that double-team is going on.

Alan Ducard: It looks like that double-teaming might be over as of right now.

Bryan Harris: Doesn’t look like Eli or Stephen trust Jimmy Smith enough to let him in the match!

Turning his attention back on John Iley, Adam Davis sends a roundhouse kick to the back of John’s leg, stunning him for a moment as he wasn’t expecting the kick. Davis takes a couple steps forward, grabs Iley and spins around and drives him into the mat with a belly-to-belly suplex. As Adam starts to get up off the mat, Eli Storm runs in, jumps, and goes for a shining wizard, but Davis rolls out of the way at the last second, dropping Eli onto his back. Both men work to be the first to get back to their feet, and as Eli sees that he might not be faster than Adam Davis, he spins around and throws his legs forward, hitting a modified dropkick to the face of the Iceman.

Bryan Harris: Eli Storm just sooo quick!

Alan Ducard: It was a nifty little move by Storm to buy himself an opportunity.

Getting back to his feet, Eli Storm dives in and drives his knee into Adam Davis’ ribs, keeping him down on the mat. Moving over to his other opponent, Eli lifts Iley up to his feet by his wrist and with an irish whip sends John into the neutral corner chest first. After waiting for a brief moment, Eli Storm charges in, jumps and lifts his knee aiming for Iley’s lower back, but at the last moment John senses the Calgarian coming and he spins out of the way, and the crowd cheers as Eli crashes into the turnbuckle with his knee.

Jimmy Yates: I don’t know how Iley knew he was coming, but he dodged a bullet right there by moving out of Eli’s way!

After yelling to the corner where his own tag team partners are waiting, Iley grabs Storm by the wrist and whips Eli across the ring into the far corner where Katsuro Yoshida sends a kick through the ropes which connects with Storm’s gut, immediately doubling him over. Iley follows in and charges at Eli, leaping up and hitting a double axhandle to the back which drops Storm to the mat. After putting his hands up in a show of victory, Iley tags Katsuro Yoshida into the match.

Bryan Harris: Here comes Mr Personality…

Alan Ducard: And it looks like he won’t have a chance to go after Eli Storm…

As soon as Katsuro Yoshida gets into the ring, Eli Storm sees an opportunity and rolls out of the ring underneath the bottom rope, escaping to the outside. With one opponent out of the ring, the Bushido Buntai member turns his attention on Adam Davis, who is now getting up off the mat. Davis takes the initiative and goes for a lock-up, but Katsuro immediately turns it to a standing armbar. Moving as quickly as he can, Davis moves to the side and backs up a couple steps, getting close enough to the corner where he can step up onto the second turnbuckle. Not wasting a moment, Adam Davis dives forward, off the turnbuckle, grabbing Katsuro’s arm as he spins over into a forward roll. His momentum and torque pull Katsuro down with him, breaking up the armbar and putting Yoshida on his back.

Jimmy Yates: Nifty little reversal by The Iceman!

Bryan Harris: Probably a little flashier than it needed to be… but it got the job done, that’s for sure.

Rising right up to his feet, Davis quickly stomps down onto Katsuro’s arm, then lands a standing elbow drop to the middle of Yoshida’s chest. Rising right back up, he follows up with a second elbow drop. Going to the well for a third time, this time Davis hits the mat as Katsuro avoids it by rolling out of the way.

Alan Ducard: Adam Davis lets his momentum carry him into one elbow drop attempt too many.

Jimmy Yates: In the process we got a little taste of what kind of intensity The Iceman can bring to the table.

As both men get back to their feet, Adam Davis steps in and applies a standing armbar of his own, but before he can hold control of the situation, Davis is rocked with a roundhouse kick to the gut from Katsuro, who quickly follows it up with a spin around leg sweep. Hopping right back up to his feet, Katsuro runs into the ropes, hits, and then does a back handspring, flipping over with a splash onto Adam Davis. Lifting his opponent up off the mat, Katsuro Yoshida lifts Adam up into the air for a vertical suplex, but Davis shifts his weight in mid air and is able to position himself behind Katsuro. Davis then immediately jumps up onto Katsuro’s back and pulls ups knees up as he pulls backwards, pulling Yoshida down to the mat.

Bryan Harris: Tremendous lung blower by Adam Davis… and if this guy would just make amends with Derek Shane, I might actually enjoy his in-ring ability.

Sliding into the ring unnoticed, Eli Storm reaches up and tags Jimmy Smith into the match, exiting out onto the apron. Because he hadn’t seen Eli Storm re-enter the ring, Jimmy Smith looked slightly confused at being tagged into the match, especially after not having been in the ring thus far, but he does have a look of determination as he enters the ring and eyes Adam Davis.

Alan Ducard: Now this is interesting… After a few shows of both aiming their aggression on Derek Shane, now Adam Davis and Jimmy Smith are standing toe to toe.

It looks as though Jimmy and Adam are going to lock up, but when they get close enough, Jimmy quickly moves in and drills The Iceman with a knee to the gut, doubling over his opponent. Turning around, Jimmy runs into the ropes, and on the return he goes for a clothesline, but Davis ducks underneath it and spins around, grabs Jimmy around the waist and quickly takes him up and over with a German suplex, bridging into a pinfall attempt.

One…

Two…

NO! Jimmy Smith shoulders out!

Old Lady: GO BACK TO CAROLINA, DAVIS WE DON'T WANT YOU HERE!

Obviously a little frustrated about not getting a three-count and hearing some trash talking continue from a particular fan outside the ring, Davis rolls out of the ring under the bottom rope, visibly fuming, and walks over to the old lady and gets up in her face.

Adam Davis: What is your problem, lady!?

The granny seems offended and goes to whack Davis with her purse, but Davis blocks it and his eyes get really big. He rips the purse away from the old lady and grabs her and throws her over the guardrail where she lands crumpled up on the thin protective blue padding and some of the fans start too boo Davis.

Alan Ducard: This is an outrage, no matter what that fan said Davis has no right to attack a fan.

The little old lady tries to get too her feet, but Davis waffles her with a solid running shot with her own purse and the Granny falls in a heap and the boos for Davis get even louder until the camera zooms in on the knocked out little old lady and we see a grey wig lying next to the corner post. The boos turns to cheers as as Davis picks the "Granny up and leans her against the rail post and reaches up and rips a plastic skin mask off the granny revealing Derek Shane. Davis hits Granny Shane with another solid shot from the purse and Shane slumps over out cold. Davis turns the purse upside down and a brick falls out.

Bryan Harris: Thats not a granny...it's...it's Derek Shane. He said he was filming a big performance tonight, but we thought it was out in Hollywood.

As Katsuro Yoshida and Jimmy Smith both look on in confusion, Davis gets back into the ring and just tags in Justin Moreno, obviously too frustrated to stay in the match at this point. As Moreno leapfrogs the top rope, Jimmy runs over and drills Katsuro with a hard right hand, turning Yoshida’s attention back on Smith. As Big Jimmy swings in with another hard right hand, Katsuro throws an inside block with his left arm and in the process grabs Smith’s arm and takes him down to the mat. Spinning around, Katsuro gets up to his feet and sizes up Moreno.

Jimmy Yates: Will ya look at Katsuro Yoshida? It’s almost like he’s acting on instinct instead of trying to go through well-calculated moves…

Alan Ducard: He’s not going to have much time to think and strategize when he’s in there with both Justin Moreno AND Jimmy Smith.

Turning around, Justin runs into the ropes and on the return goes for a leg lariat, but Katsuro does a forwards roll, avoiding the kick, and Justin lands on his feet. Katsuro turns around and lands a double palm strike to the chest of Jimmy Smith, sending him into the corner. Moreno then charges in towards Katsuro, and at the same time Yoshida takes a couple steps forwards. Moreno jumps to hit a flying punch on his opponent, but Katsuro falls back a step and executes a Monkey Flip, sending Moreno head over heels, but after a forward roll, the Tao of Valor champion ends up back on his feet again. Charging in again, Moreno leaps up onto Katsuro’s shoulders, locks his legs around Yoshida’s head and then spins around and takes him to the mat with a headscissors takedown.

Bryan Harris: Is that a look of respect on Katsuro Yoshida’s face? I can’t believe it… a crazy guy like Moreno gets the respect of a technically skilled guy like Katsuro Yoshida? I just lost some respect from Mr. Bushido Buntai…

Alan Ducard: It was a skillfully executed head scissors…

Standing up, Katsuro gives a little bow in the direction of Justin Moreno before reaching backwards and tagging John Iley into the match. As Iley gets into the ring, Justin Moreno goes right after Jimmy Smith, hitting him a barrage of punches and kicks, and then he lifts him up off the mat and slams him down onto his back before flipping over with a senton splash onto Jimmy. Not even worrying about John Iley, Moreno rolls out onto the apron, then starts climbing the top rope.

Bryan Harris: What is Justin Moreno doing now?!

Jimmy Yates: I don’t know, but I’m looking forward to it…

Standing in the middle of the ring, Iley looks up at Justin Moreno, wondering what he’s doing up there. As Jimmy Smith gets up off the mat, Iley turns his attention to him for a moment. At that instant, Moreno sees the opportunity and leaps off the top rope and goes for a flying cross-body block on John Iley, but Iley sees it and ducks underneath it, and Moreno flies across the ring. Jimmy Smith turns around and goes for a haymaker on Iley, but John ducks it, hits Jimmy in the gut and then steps in and puts his head under Jimmy’s arm, wraps his arms around Jimmy’s waist, and then swings him up and over with a Northern Lights Suplex, bridging into a pinfall position.

Alan Ducard: Tyne Bridge!! This could be it!

THREE!!!

Josephina Colbert: Here are your winners... Katsuro Yoshida... Kevin Oppenheimer... and John Illllley!!!

As the bell rings, Katsuro Yoshida and Kevin Oppenheimer reenter the ring to have their hands raised in victory. Justin Moreno takes one look at the victorious trio and then heads out of the ring to meet up with Devastation briefly outside the ring before heading back up the ramp.

Jimmy Yates: You know what? I think this is the first time I've actually seen Katsuro Yoshida look pleased with the result of one of his matches here in LEGACY.

Alan Ducard: Kevin Oppenheimer seems proud of his tag team partner as well, and whatever they've been doing to train and prepare for matches... it's working.

Bryan Harris: If you guys are interested in the inter-personal dynamics of tag teams who will never wear LEGACY Tag Team gold, that's up to you, but I'm more interested in what's going on at the top of the ramp!

When Justin Moreno gets to the top of the ramp, he finds himself face to face with an awaiting Eli Storm and Matt Kanyon. Trying to intimidate the man he will be facing at FORGED BY FIRE for the Tao of Valor Championship, Eli glares at Justin, who doesn't seem to flinch at all. Before anything can happen, though, Devastation steps in-between the champion and the challenger and puts his hand on Justin Moreno's shoulder, urging him to head back through the curtain without having things escalate. After a moment's hesitation, Moreno decides it's the best thing to do, and he walks backstage with Devastation, leaving Storm and Kanyon on the stage.

The camera cuts to the back where Chris Turner is standing outside of a locker room, talking to someone through the cracked door.

Chris Turner: What do you think? I know -

Suddenly Landon Savage is walking over to Turner.

Landon Savage: Hey Chris, what's going on?

Chris, a little surprised by anyone being there jumps a little bit, and leaps in front of the door to hide who’s there, but not before Landon sees who Chris is talking to. Turner slams the door closed, and pulls hard on the door to keep it from reopening

Landon Savage: Is he your partner?

Chris Turner: Partner? Dude I'm not gay!

Landon Savage: In your match!

Chris Turner: Oh God, of course not!

Landon Savage: Well then who is?

Chris lets go of the door and puts his arm around Landon, pulling him away from the door.

Chris Turner: Landon, Landon Landon... How many times to I have to say this. I don't get along with people. I don't "need" people. So can you please stop asking me who my partner is. I don't have one. I don’t even want one. I mean, is it in the rules anywhere that I HAVE to have a partner?

Landon Savage: Well no but-

Chris Turner: Well there you go!

Landon Savage: Fine... You want a handicap match, you got it.

Chris Turner: Sweet! Then its settled I'll just-

Landon Savage: But listen to me, as a friend... No no no... Don't say I'm not your friend... Just listen... Going out there without a partner is not a good idea.

Chris is about to say something but Landon cuts him off.

Landon Savage: I don't care... Smith doesn't care... Rob doesnt care. If you REALLY REALLY want to, go out there and have yourself a Handicap match, but the front office is strongly suggesting that you consider having a partner. It really is in everyones best interests. Just think about... You have until your match begins to decide.

He pats Turner on the shoulder and walks off leaving Turner there to think about what he said.

The screen fades to a pale shade of blue, then slowly zooms out, revealing that the soft hue is a mere backdrop held up by trusses and wires. The soft light illuminating the backdrop is courtesy of powerfull photography lamps whose light is being reflected off of dampening shades of silver, perfect conditions under which to capture brilliance in human form.

The sound of a camera's shutter and the humming of fans on a low setting set the tone as we continue to zoom out slowly. A man standing at 6 feet 4 inches, a frame of pure perfection, engulfs the scene, the black Marc Jacobs designer dress pants and shirt are expertly tailored to his 246 pound frame. You may not know him yet, but soon Jean-Gérard Baptiste will make his mark on this organization.

His eyes cast a haunting gaze as they turn to our camera, but it is as though he detests our presence. We have offended him by being there, obviously deemed unworthy to even watch on as a photo shoot captures his likeness for a high fashion magazine. He looks away as the camera zooms in closer.

We fade to black, and then the name of the French competitor appears on the screen, and we hear his voice.

Crazy Boy & Psycho vs
Mirage & Lucien Gray

Jimmy Yates: The third match of the night was another chance for a couple guys on this roster to get a little revenge before they inevitably meet up at FORGED BY FIRE, and the first of two matches of the night where a person gets to pick their tag team partner.

Bryan Harris: Yeah, and I was glad that Mirage was going to be getting this chance, because everyone has been all excited about what Crazy Boy has been doing the past couple months, and quite frankly I have been looking forward to watching Mirage beat down Crazy Boy, and his stupid brother for that matter.

Alan Ducard: Well after the various one on one encounters Crazy Boy and Mirage have been in with one another, now they’re set to do battle each with a partner in their corner. Crazy Boy obviously picked his brother to be on his team…

Bryan Harris: And Mirage made the beautiful decision to have a monster like Lucien Gray to stand in his corner, just another example of why Mirage is one of the best strategists in the business today.

Jimmy Yates: Lucien’s a monster, there’s no doubt about that, and he did a decent job in his match against Mostafa Bashir at the last show, but going into this match I wondered how well he was going to be able to work with Mirage, especially since that wasn’t going to be a question in regards to the two individuals across the ring…

Alan Ducard: To find out what happened, let’s get to the footage.

Start : Footage from the Match

Standing in the middle of the ring is Crazy Boy and the monster known as Lucien Grey. Tyrone takes a step back, knowing if there is a tie up in the middle of the ring, Lucien would win every time. Tyrone glances up and down at Lucien before coming up to attack. He kicks Lucien in the shin, then follows it up a second time. Moving in to go for a move, Crazy Boy acts too soon and Lucien just pie faces him and throws him backwards, sending Crazy Boy rolling backwards across the ring. Tyrone quickly gets back up and charges at Lucien again, only to get powerslammed quickly by the monster.

Alan Ducard: This is not a good start for Tyrone. He can't quite figure out how to handle Lucien, especially when his opponent for Forged by Fire is in the corner, waiting for the hot tag.

Bryan Harris: Marcus Mirage is hopping up and down, wanting the tag badly! This is already turning disasterous for the Crazy One.

Lucien walks over and tags in Mirage as you can hear the boos radiate in the building. Marcus quickly slides and covers Tyrone, but Crazy Boy kicks out quickly. Mirage picks up Tyrone and tries to punch him in the face, but Tyrone blocks and counters with a few punches to Mirage's face followed by a few chops to the chest. Tyrone grabs Mirages arm and Irish whips him to the ropes and connects with a dropkick to the chest. Mirage falls down like a sack of bricks as Crazy Boy makes a cover.

One.

Two.

Kickout by Mirage.

Jimmy Yates: What a picture perfect dropkick by Crazy Boy!

Alan Ducard: It's going to take more than that to keep Mirage down though.

Bryan Harris: Tyrone has faced Mirage more times than anyone here in Legacy, I think he has him pretty much figured out by now.

Jimmy Yates: Watch out! Here comes Tyrone's Brother, "Psycho" Tommy Smith!

Sure enough, Crazy Boy picks up Mirage and carries him to the corner and makes a tag to his brother, Psycho. Psycho quickly climbs to the turnbuckle and jumps and takes Mirage by his neck and hits a floating neckbreaker. Psycho looks up at his older brother and makes a pinfall.

Th- LUCIEN GREY BREAKS UP THE PIN!

Lucien picks up Psycho and punches him hard in the face as the referee comes over and gets Lucien to get out of the ring. As he does, Mirage throws Psycho into the turnbuckle and connects with a short-armed clothesline. Psycho falls to the mat as Mirage quickly gets on Psycho and sinches in a rear naked choke and him. Psycho's face turns red, but he refuses to tap out.

Bryan Harris: He is Definately Crazy Boy's brother. Stubborn and stupid. Refusing to accept the obvious. He should just tap out now and avoid any further injuries.

Jimmy Yates: But if he is anything like his brother, he is resilent. It is going to take something more than this to get him to tap out.

Psycho reaches out and gets his fingertips on the ropes as the referee counts, forcing Mirage to break the hold. Mirage stands up and makes a tag to Lucien Grey as Lucien walks over and picks up Psycho and hits a sidewalk slam on the younger brother. Lucien picks up Tommy and whips him into the ropes, but before he can recover, Tyrone comes out of nowhere and hits a shoulder block on Lucien, knocking the big guy off his feet! Psycho looks at his brother, who gives a slight nod as Psycho picks up Lucien and Tyrone rushes and knocks Mirage off the apron. Tyrone quickly rushes back and grabs Lucien also by the throat also. They both quickly turn him around, facing the turnbuckle!

Bryan Harris: What is going on here!

Alan Ducard: Apparantely they are doing a double version of Psycho's finisher, known as The Clown.

Indeed they are as the brothers grab Lucien by the back on the neck and pick him up and chunk him into the turnbuckle, face first! Grey holds his face as Tyrone kneels down and Psycho rushes to the other end of the ring and charges, using Tyrone's back as leverage and hits with a running knee to the face! Tyrone quickly moves out of the way as Lucien falls down to the mat. Psycho makes a cover!

TWO!

THRE- MIRAGE BREAKS THE PIN AT THE LAST POSSIBLE MILLISECOND!

Jimmy Yates: Where did Mirage come from?! At the last possible moment, he saves the match for his team.

Alan Ducard: That was some innovative offense by the brothers though.

Mirage picks up Psycho and throws him into the ropes and when he comes back, Mirage moves out of the way and Psycho gets flattened by a body splash by Lucien Grey. Mirage runs back to his corner as Tyrone is bouncing up and down on the apron, clapping his hands, trying to get the crowd into this match. And here comes the chants!!!

LET'S GO CRAZY!!!

CLAP! CLAP CLAP!

LET'S GO CRAZY!!!

Lucien picks up Tyrone and looks up at the crowd. He picks him up and puts him over his head. He signals for Purgatory, but Psycho shimmys down and lands behind him, hitting a falling neckbreaker on the monster. Crazy Boy is desparately trying for the tag as Psycho crawls over and jumps, just barely hitting the fingertips of the Crazy One!!!

Bryan Harris: And Tyrone gets the tag. Things should be interesting now!

Alan Ducard: Look at Tyrone go!

Tyrone rushes into the ring and hits a dropkick on the staggering Lucien Grey. He bounces off the ropes and hits another Dropkick. And Another! AND ANOTHER! Lucien falls flat on his back as Tyrone turns around and nails a hard right on Mirage's face. A sly grin appears on Tyrones face as he picks up Lucien Grey and with all his strength hoists up Grey and puts him on his shoulders! You can see the strain and pain in Tyrone's face as he slowly starts to spin around.

Jimmy Yates: You have got to be kidding me!!! CRAZY AIRLINES --- DESTINATION SAMOA ON LUCIEN GREY!?!

Alan Ducard: LOOK AT THE PAIN IN HIS FACE! He has got to be crazy!!

Tyrone continues to spin around, getting Lucien Grey all dizzy and the like before he falls backwards and hits the Samoan Drop on him! You can see the damage taken on Tyrone as He staggers about, apparantely dizzy from the move. He holds on to his lower back as he makes a pin on Lucien.

THR-- Lucien kicks out with authority!

Tyrone, showing a little frustration, gets up, still holding his back a little bit as he climbs the turnbuckle and signals for Lucien to get up. But before anything happens, Mirage reaches up and tosses Crazy Boy off the ropes, Tyrone hitting the mat with a sickening spat. Lucien slowly gets up and picks up Tyrone, hosting up over his head, signaling for Purgatory. Only this time, Lucien hits it.

Bryan Harris: Lucien Grey just sent Crazy Boy to Purgatory! This should be it!

Lucien with a cover.

THRE---- PSYCHO BREAKS UP THE PIN!

Alan Ducard: WHERE DID HE COME FROM!?

Jimmy Yates: I don't know, but this match continues.

Psycho hits a few punches to Luciens face as Lucien staggers back. As Tyrone slowly gets back to his feet, a couple of people start to climb the barricades and jump over toward the ring.

Bryan Harris: And here comes the calvary!

Jimmy Yates: And once again, Mirage's fans start to interfere with the match.

Alan Ducard: Someone has to stop this now!

This time though, as the fans approach the ring, security comes down and stops them and starts to haul the fans away! Mirage has a look of anger on his face as he reaches out for the tag, which he gets from Lucien. Mirage jumps over the ropes, only to get a dropkick from Tyrone. He quickly gets back up as Crazy Boy whips Mirage into the ropes and connects with a massive spear to Mirage!! Tyrone with the cover.

Two.

Thre-- Mirage kicks out

Bryan Harris: What a Match! How did Mirage kick out of the spear. If these two keep it up,
how in the world are they going to have anything for Forged by Fire!

Alan Ducard: Good point. These two are ripping each other apart!

Tyrone has had enough of this and signals to the fans, the crowd going crazy, (no pun intended). He picks up Mirage and sets up his finisher, the CRAZY SLAM! He connects with it!

Jimmy Yates: CRAZY BOY WITH THE CRAZY SLAM!! THIS SHOULD BE IT!

Alan Ducard: But why is he not pinning him?

Bryan Harris: Look in his corner!

Before Tyrone can cover Mirage, one of his fans snuck out from under the ring and has knocked Psycho off the apron. Psycho gets angry and starts to brawl with him up the ramp. Tyrone turns around and checks on his brother, and that little bit of distraction is enough for Mirage to surprise Tyrone and make a school boy pin. He also puts his feet on the ropes.

ONE.

TWO.

THREE!!!!

The bell rings as Mirage quickly slides under the ropes and walks up the ramp with a smile on his face. Lucien Grey follows close behind, stepping over the top rope and hopping down off the apron.

Josephina Colbert: Here are your winners by pinfall... Marcus Mirage and LUCIEEEEEEN GREY!

Bryan Harris: Mirage is so smart in times like these

Jimmy Yates: Mirage had his feet on the ropes! He had to use the ropes to win!

Alan Ducard: I guarantee you that at Forged By Fire, Tyrone is not going to take this sitting down.

Tyrone has a look of shock on his face as he looks up at Marcus Mirage, Mirage with a grin on his face, pointing to his head, saying "I outsmarted you!" Psycho quickly returns to the ring and puts his arm around Tyrone's shoulder as Tyrone just nods his head, saying "I Got you.. you are MINE!" Just then, "Toreador" begins to play over the speakers, and Smith Cartwright walks out onto the entrance stage with a microphone in hand. When the song fades under, all eyes are on Cartwright, and he begins to speak.

Smith Cartwright: I don't think this announcement is going to come as a surprise to any of you watching right now, but Mirage and Crazy Boy... you two are going to be fighting one last time coming up in a couple weeks...

The crowd sounds excited about seeing the duo face off one more time, but Smith continues.

Smith Cartwright: This will not be an ordinary match, though. Headlining the FORGED BY FIRE pre-show, you two will square off with individuals surrounding the ring, some of them hand picked by Crazy Boy... some of them hand picked by Mirage... and this Lumberjack Match is going to make sure that once and for all, if someone's going to get involved outside the ring, it won't come as a surprise to either of you!!

As Smith finishes making his announcement, the crowd cheers and Cartwright makes his way back through the curtain.

Alan Ducard: What an announcement that was, and now that's even more reason to want to tune in to the FORGED BY FIRE pre-show, which will take place on the Friday prior to FORGED BY FIRE, live at the home of the UNLV Runnin' Rebels, the Thomas and Mack Center.

Hit Me

The footage begins with the labeling “Last Night, MGM Grand” setting the time and place with a little more detail for the fans than just letting them know it was taking place in a casino in Las Vegas. Immediately, the camera focuses in on "The Outlaw" Greyson Blade, who’s dressed very much out of his usual style. Tonight, the guy whose daily ritual rarely deviates from a t-shirt and jeans is dressed in a Armani Collezioni charcoal suit with an orange long sleeved dress shirt from the same collection and a matching tie. Tonight he’s looking good and enjoying the town after a LEGACY press conference event at the MGM Grand to promote Strife 33. The Outlaw is sipping on a Jack and Coke as he heads back towards the gaming tables to join in a game of blackjack. It was nice to get an evening out to relax and do something different than being either at home or focused on the road going just from one event to the other with the only major stops being to eat or at the gym. Besides, he needed something to take his mind off of the issues surrounding management and the No Limits Title Match. As Blade was about to step right up and take his place at a table, a unpleasantly familiar voice stops him.

"Well if it isn't The Outlaw. I didn't know they let washed up sacks of shit like you into a place with this kind of class? Where's security when you need them?"

The Outlaw turns around gritting his teeth to see Elizabeth Gaunt standing in front of him, in a black dress that only serves to accentuate her white, lithe figure, the perfect match for the albino monster. Liz takes a sip of her own Bloody Mary and takes another couple of steps towards The Outlaw. She was beautiful in a dark, creepy way, but there was absolutely no sexual tension here, only matching disgust from Blade, and in this case he would meet her disrespect with disrespect.

The Outlaw: Actually, I’m surprised they aren’t here to remove you for the safety of everyone here, you diseased whore. I’ve heard the rumors and they definitely make sense. I mean... if you’d ride that freak, who knows what you’d do? I guess now we know where that dog Issac had with him in his promos this last week contracted its rabies.

Anger wells up inside the diminutive woman, and in her rage she doesn’t speak, but tosses her drink at Blade, showering him with the nearly full contents of the glass all over his suit. Take together the issue of what that suit costs with the issues Greyson had had with disrespect as of late, it’s no surprise that Blade is on the brink of flipping shit. He steps forward and slaps the glass out of Liz’s hand and it shatters on the floor from the impact. The Outlaw steps forward menacingly and speaks to her in a low, growl.

The Outlaw: Bitch! You are going to fucking pay for that … so help me God you and that freaky fuck of yours are going to pay.

Suddenly, Liz begins to scream at the top of her lungs that this “deviant” is trying to accost her and steal her winnings. Security, while not having heard all of the details, watched a good bit of what went down from the drink to the show of aggression and begins closing in on the action. The Outlaw has Liz backed up against the railing and is right in her face, but before the security detail can diffusion the situation, someone else arrives: Issac Entragain. Issac is dressed in a black suit to match Liz with dark crimson colored shirt and matching tie, the blood color starkly contrasting his albino complexion.

The monster closes in on The Outlaw from behind, and once in striking distance he rears back and drives his fist into the back of Blade’s head, knocking him down to his knees and onto the railing as Liz gets the fuck out of dodge. Greyson tries to push himself up using the railing and does, only for Issac to measure him and deliver a devastating uppercut that knocks The Outlaw backwards and over the railing and rolling a few feet towards the blackjack tables.

The commotion has obviously grown to catch the attention of everyone in the room, and the MGM patrons scatter to get the hell out of the way. Security catches Issac by the shoulders, but the big man shrugs off one of the security officers and elbows a second to continue his pursuit of The Outlaw. He approaches Greyson, but doesn’t realize the extent of Greyson’s recovery, and the faster Blade springs from a crouched position and hammers home a right hand that momentarily stuns Entragain, allowing The Outlaw to follow up with a body blow that doubles over the giant. Greyson then delivers a stinging knee to the forehead and Issac flips back to the floor. It’s at this point that security catches Blade from behind and grabs both his arms.

The Outlaw struggles to free himself and sends one security team members backwards away from the commotion before turning his attention to the other member. Unfortunately for both Blade and the security member, Issac is up and none too happy. Entragain charges in on both men and like a rampaging bull tackles both men backwards into the railing, snapping the railing like toothpicks and driving The Outlaw and security down into the carnage. Once the gamblers had found themselves out of the “immediate” danger, many of them remained to watch this brawl from their relative safety, and the impact had many of them gasping and some of them screaming.

Entragain stands up slowly, and its then that security rushes in again on him, with three guys now hanging on him to hold him back as Greyson slowly tries to pick himself up off the floor. Issac screams in rage of being held back, and the monster rips his way free and rips Blade into an inverted facelock position, but The Outlaw charges back and Issac hits the side of a blackjack table. With Issac stunned momentarily, Blade heaves up with a massive effort to get the bigger man up and spinebuster him down on the blackjack table, collapsing the legs and sending both men to the floor in a heap, and finally with both men down, security floods the area with multiple men attaching themselves to each of the brawlers, handling them roughly. Liz screams at Issac to get up and yells all sorts of curses and profanities at The Outlaw. The security team pulls both men to their feet in the midst of the warzone and begins escorting both men out of the casino area, and as they are being lead away from each other there are no words spoken, no threats, just the icy gaze of two warriors wanting to spill each other’s blood.

And with that the footage ends and goes back to our three announcers, standing by in the LEGACY studios.

Bryan Harris: What a disgrace from The Outlaw causing such mayhem at a place like the MGM grand! The front office shouldn’t tolerate this kind of behavior.

Jimmy Yates: Uh, Bryan, did you miss the part where Liz Gaunt was the first to talk trash, the first to make it physical, and for the to fighters involved, Issac struck first and from behind?

Bryan Harris: Well if The Outlaw had given Liz the respect the lady deserved then none of this would have ever happened.

Jimmy Yates: Respect goes both ways, Bryan, and I don’t think Blade is going to be tolerating disrespect around LEGACY. Issac and Cronos both disrespected him at Strife, and that has contributed to him having a VERY short fuse.

Alan Ducard: You guys are right that the respect should be mutual, but it wasn’t, and in a time where cooler heads needed to prevail in the wake of a very successful public event at the MGM, it was sad to see this happen. I’m not sure what the consequences of this are going to be, but rest assured they will be coming for all individuals involved.

Diego de Cardeñas vs Ben Murdock

Bryan Harris: I’d say the history between Domination and El Chupacabra is fairly well documented in the past couple months, so I don’t see any reason to give a lot of the history as to why our next match is going to take place.

Alan Ducard: I should say that none of the fans who watch LEGACY shows and pay per view events are wondering why this match was booked, but with new people watching every week, we may as well give some background.

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, and since that’s what we get paid to do, I’ll get the ball rolling. Ben Murdock and Steve O’Reily, the tag team known as Domination, were finally able to take the World Tag Team Titles off of The Diabolik…

Bryan Harris: Yeah, yeah, same old story. Domination got two tries to beat the Diabolik, finally ended a 300 day reign by Gryffin and Win, making Murdock and O’Reily instant heroes…

Alan Ducard: A fair bit of sarcasm there, Bryan, but that’s absolutely right, they were treated as heroes almost immediately, and with good cause. Then two shows later in their first defense of the titles, Domination lost the belts to Diego de Cardenas and Hector Rodriguez…

Jimmy Yates: …a loss that I don’t think would’ve happened had they not been distracted and enraged by the attack by El Chupacabra earlier in that very same show that hospitalized Domination’s manager Trent Logan.

Bryan Harris: A loss that they get the opportunity to avenge at FORGED BY FIRE where the two teams will meet yet again, and just like last time, I’m predicting El Chupacabra walk away with the titles in their possession yet again.

Alan Ducard: Well there is certainly a chance that may occur, but tonight we get a preview as Ben Murdock gets to step into the ring with former No Limits Champion Diego de Cardenas to vent some of his frustrations. How did that all go down? Let’s take a look.

Start : Footage from the Match

We pick up the match with Ben Murdock on the outside of the ring trying to talk strategy with Trent Logan. All of a sudden, Diego comes running full speed at Murdock and Logan with a front-flip diving plancha through the ropes to the outside of the ring, briefly leaving all three men incapacitated before Diego gets to his feet first.

Alan Ducard: Jolly good display of athleticism by the young Diego de Cardenas here!

Bryan Harris: Finally you give Diego some credit there, huh Big Al?

Jimmy Yates: While it was a nice display of offense, it doesn't take away from the fact that Diego and H-Rod are nothing but cheating scum!

Bryan Harris: Careful what you say there, Jimbo! That's TAG CHAMPIONS El Chupacabra to you!

Diego then gets back up to his feet and drags Murdock back into the ring. He then slingshots himself off the ropes for a well-executed Tope Atomico right to the back of Ben Murdock. He quickly follows that up with an STF and pulls back on the neck for added torque on the move.

Alan Ducard: Right now Ben Murdock is in a precarious position and one must wonder how much longer he can hang on in this match.

Bryan Harris: Diego has been nothing short of masterful in his attack tonight and he's trying to add insult to injury at this point. If he takes out Murdock's lower back, there goes the power advantage Ben has.

Jimmy Yates: Don't count Ben Murdock out yet, though! He's as tough as they come, or as a redneck up north would say, "tougher than a two-dollar steak"!

Murdock inches his way to the ropes before Diego breaks the hold. Hector Rodriguez then gets on the top rope distracting the referee as Hannah Perez repeatedly slaps Ben Murdock across the face to add insult to injury. Diego then goes to the top rope, mockingly taunting the fans on the way up. He then has his back turned and keeps taunting, unaware of Murdock getting up to his feet.

Alan Ducard: I think Diego might want to concern himself with what's going on behind him.

Bryan Harris: He's taking way too much time up there! STOP SHOWBOATING, DAMN IT!

Jimmy Yates: I've got a feeling this is about to be bad news for Diego de Cardenas.

Diego then launches himself off the top rope with a moonsault only for Ben to catch him in mid-air and drill him with an over-the-shoulder powerslam as he goes for the desperation cover.

Alan Ducard: Excellent counter there by Murdock, but is it going to be enough?

One...

TWO...

Bryan Harris: HA! Kicked out at two.

Jimmy Yates: I have to wonder though, if kicking out may have taken every last bit of energy Diego had in him.

Murdock then picks up Diego and shoves him into the corner. He then delivers five straight shoulder thrusts before moving back and hitting a running clothesline in the corner, nearly squashing Diego like a bug. Before Diego can fall down though, Murdock shoves him back in the corner and hoists him up feet first on the top rope before dropping him square on his head with an Elevated DDT.

Alan Ducard: My goodness gracious, look at the beating Diego's taking right now.

Bryan Harris: This doesn't look good at all, boys!

Jimmy Yates: Maybe not for you but for the fans at home, this is truly poetic justice!

Not skipping a beat, Ben then picks up Diego and tries to go for a piledriver, but Diego hits the low blow and follows it up with a running swinging neckbreaker. Diego then runs to the outside and waits for Murdock to get up before hitting him with a Springboard Somersault Front Dropkick right in the face. Diego then follows up with a Shining Wizard kick right to the face of Murdock, leaving him dazed.

Alan Ducard: And just like that, Diego is back in the match, chaps!

Bryan Harris: This is why Diego was such a strong No Limits Champion for so long, the ability to turn things back into his advantage at the drop of a hat.

Jimmy Yates: That and a tendency to bend the rules doesn't hurt either.

Bryan Harris: Jimbo, until you step in that ring, don't start with your comments about playing fair!

Diego then jumps up to the top rope and immediately tries to go for Montezuma's Revenge, but hits nothing except the canvas as he's holding his back in pain. Ben Murdock is at this point pounding his fists on the mat in order to get the crowd behind him and it seems to be working as he gets back up to his feet and stands over Diego, who's rolled over on his stomach and starts punching him in the back of the head repeatedly before the referee warns him about the closed fists. Unsastisfied, Murdock rolls over Diego and starts trying to choke the life out of him and the referee begins his five count.

One...

TWO...

THREE...

FOUR...

Ben Murdock then lets go in frustration as the referee begins yelling at him for not breaking the chokehold until the four count. As Murdock and the referee argue, Hannah Perez slides in a chair to Diego as she then distracts the referee turning his back away from the action.

Alan Ducard: I hate to imagine the type of shenanigans that El Chupacabra are up to right now.

Bryan Harris: They know what they're doing, Big Al!

Jimmy Yates: I don't like this one bit!

Diego then hits the lower back of Ben Murdock, causing him to clutch at his back and go down on one knee. Diego then tosses the chair at Murdock's feet and hits the ground while acting like he's been hit in the head with the chair. Murdock picks up the chair, looking absolutely bewildered, but just then the referee sees Murdock with the chair along with Diego on the mat holding his head and he rings the bell. Josephina Colbert goes to make the announcement, but Hannah Perez rudely yanks the microphone away and begins to speak.

Hannah Perez: Due to the heinous actions of Ben Murdock, he has been disqualified and YOUR WINNER... DIEGO DE CARDENAS!!!

Alan Ducard: That's not what I saw! Ben Murdock was just bloody robbed tonight!

Bryan Harris: I saw it with my own eyes, Big Al! Murdock couldn't control his emotions and hit Diego with the chair, therefore the ref had no choice but to make the decision he made!

Jimmy Yates: Oh, you're so full of sh...

Bryan Harris: Watch your language, Jimbo! This is a family show!

Jimmy Yates: This is an injustice! Ben Murdock just got screwed be that damn El Chupacabra!

Upon hearing the announcement, Murdock looks at Diego who has a smile on his face like the cat that swallowed the canary. Frustrated, he takes a swing at Diego with the chair but he rolls out of the ring as he and the rest of his posse see Steve O'Reilly running down the entrance way and make a beeline through the crowd to escape. In anger, Murdock throws his chair in their direction as O'Reilly runs after them before turning back to his partner. Trent Logan then finally comes to and looks absolutely disgusted with the manner in which they lost the match as the fans chant "BULL-SH*T! BULL-SH*T!".

Alan Ducard: These fans took the words right out of my mouth at what just transpired.

Bryan Harris: The fans are stupid anyway, what do they know?

Jimmy Yates: Oh, blow it out your ass, Harris!

Alan Ducard: Regardless of your thoughts on how smart the fans may or may not be, I don't believe it was prudent of Diego de Cardenas to find a way to further enfuriate Domination even more than they already are.

Bryan Harris: Why not? It might take them even further off their game by giving them more anger and frustration to deal with, and we all know that they don't function well under those circumstances!

Why So Special?

The camera cuts to the back where Stephen Rawlings walks over to the catering table and grabs a bottle of water. He then sees a piece of chocolate and quickly puts it in his mouth, in hopes no one saw him. John Thomas, who is also at the table, sees what happened and just smirks.

John Thomas: Don't mind me... I didn't see anything.

Stephen cracks open his bottle of water, and looks around, trying at all costs to avoid a conversation with Thomas. But just then he notices X-Calibur down the hall being approached by a horde of fans asking for autographs. He smiles and start to sign them. Stephen shakes his head in disgust.

Stephen Rawlings: I don't get it...

John Thomas: Uh, what? Are you talking to me?

Stephen Rawlngs: Yeah... Look at that. Those fans are SOOOO happy to meet X. What the hell has he done to warrant such a fan following? Won a stupid mid-tier title? Whoopidy doo. Why arent they over here asking US for autographs? I won a mid-tier title when I was 15, AND I’ve won a world title!!!

John Thomas: That’s the rub. There's no reason he should be famous at all, but I guess being able to collect all of those Tao of Valor tokens qualifies as making history, which is apparently a big thing for the fans. I don't get it personally.

Stephen still looks confused.

Stephen Rawlings: So people are praising him because he won a few matches?

John Thomas: It could also be because those tokens got him a shot at the world title.

Stephen drops his bottle of water, and his eyes get big.

Stephen Rawlings: Really... So... If you win all the tokens you get a shot at the title?

John Thomas nods.

John Thomas: Yeah, where’ve you been?

Stephen continues to stare as he grabs another bottle of water.

Stephen Rawlings: Interesting... Very, very interesting...

Canuckin' Cowboys vs Chris Turner

Alan Ducard: The reason behind our next match happened back at STRIFE 32 during the World Tag Team Championship match between the team of Katsuro Yoshida and Kevin Oppenheimer and El Chupacabra.

Jimmy Yates: Part of the way through the match, Jerry Starr and Calgary Carl showed up at ringside to scout possible future opponents, but before the match was over, the two members of the Canuckin’ Cowboys were attacked by Chris Turner, who has made it known that he has his sights set on the Tag Titles, despite the fact that he doesn’t have a tag team partner.

Bryan Harris: Hey, if he wants to go for the belts on his own, why not let him? I saw what he did back when The Odd Cousins got the LEGACY World Tag Team belts almost two years ago, and Turner basically did all the work anyway!

Jimmy Yates: Yeah right! Stephen Rawlings was the other half of that team, and I’d hardly say Turner won the belts all by himself!

Alan Ducard: Regardless, Chris Turner was told earlier tonight that he would not be forced to have a partner for this tag team match, but that if he did not have a partner, it would be contested as a handicap match.

Bryan Harris: And do you think Chris Turner cares? No. Does he have more guts than brains? Maybe. Either way, he’s a tough dude, and I didn’t doubt his chances of doing well in this match at all, even if it is a tag match. How about we just get down to the footage and show people how he did on his own?

Start : Footage from the Match

Turner lifts Franks and slams him down violently. He then runs at Jerry Starr and slams into him sending him flying off the apron and hard into the guardrail. Turner throws his hands into the air triumphantly. He runs, jumps and drives both feet into Starr's stomach with a violent double stomp. He drops down and hooks a leg.

One...

Two...

NO! Kickout.

Turner mounts Franks and begins pistoning rights into the side of his head. He drags Franks up and whips him into the ropes, he ducks for a back body drop, but Franks sees it coming and drives a kick straight up rocking Turner back. He then bounces off the ropes and drops Turner with a clothesline. He stumbles over and tags in his partner.

Jerry Starr jumps into the ring and a decent portion of the crowd cheers, and as Turner gets to his feet he nails him with a beautiful standing dropkick. Starr then makes the cover.

One...

Two...

th-NO! kick out by Chris Turner.

Alan Ducard: I wonder if that fast start will take its toll on Turner?

Bryan Harris: He dominated the early stages…

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, but he may have gassed himself going forward. Where Starr is completely fresh.

Starr picks up Turner and delivers a beautiful snap suplex. Starr then stands up and points to the bottom rope, and the crowd cheers in acceptance.

Bryan Harris: What's this Canuckin' Moron going to do THIS week?

Jimmy Yates: Another "Yukon Legdrop" perhaps?

Bryan Harris: God I hope not.

Starr drags Turner up and drives him chest first into the corner. Starr then picks up Turner and puts his feet on the bottom rope. Starr quickly drives a few shoulders into the lower back, and then steps up on the bottom rope next to Turner.

Jerry Starr: Oooooh.... CA-NA-DA!!!

Starr then wraps his arms around Turner's upper body, and wraps his right leg around Turner's left and launches backwards with a bottom rope Side Russian Leg sweep.

Jimmy Yates: Side Canadian Leg Sweep from the "great white north" that is the bottom rope!

Starr floats over and makes the cover.

One...

Two...

Thr-NO! Turner kicks out.

Starr slaps the mat. Starr gets up and drops a knee across Turner's chest. Starr then goes over and makes a quick tag to Franks. Franks jumps in and both he and Starr hook Turner and deliver a double Northern Lights Suplex, and both bridge!!

Bryan Harris: You can' t do that!

The referee drops to count, but stops, as he can't count if both men are bridging. He looks and shrugs his shoulders as Franks and Starr look at one another realizing that this is not a legal pin and both let go and roll off.

Alan Ducard: Some more unique offense from our resident Canadian tag team, though one could say that the "double bridge" could cost them.

Franks scoops up Chris and plants him with a scoop slam. Franks the picks up Turner and delivers a stiff standing enzugiri. He makes the cover.

One...

two....

thr-NO! Kickout

Turner shoulders out and gets up to one knee. Franks nails a low drop kick to the face, sending Turner back down. Franks jumps up with a huge smile and looks down at Turner as he cockily tags in Allen Franks.

Jimmy Yates: The Canuckin' Cowboys are feeling very confident now. They've controlled the action lately, as the numbers game is catching up to Chris Turner.

The two men drag Turner to his feet and whip him off the ropes. They grab wrists looking for a tandem clothesline, but Turner ducks, bounces off the far ropes and levels both men with a double clothesline. Turner begins to taking turn stomping down on both men. Laying four boots into each man, before scooping up Starr.

Bryan Harris: That's not the legal man!

Turner sets Starr up for a powerbomb, but Franks comes with a running forearm, doubling Turner over. Both men then grab turner and SPIKE him with a double DDT! Franks with the cover.

One...

two...

thre-NO!

Alan Ducard: How did Christopher Turner manage to kick out?

The Canucks just smirk and get back up both laying the boots into Turner. The referee eventually gets Starr out of the ring. Franks drags Turner up and walks to the corner tagging in his partner. Starr grabs Turner and sets him up for a piledriver, as Franks gets up on the middle rope.

Alan Ducard: Oh no. They won't!

Bryan Harris: They will. They want to end this.

Jimmy Yates: Looking for a spike piledriver.

Starr brings Turner up and Franks jumps grabbing Turner and driving him into the mat with a nasty spike piledriver.

Alan Ducard: Its over!

One...

two...

three-!NO!!!!!

Jimmy Yates: Foot on the ropes!!!

Starr jumps to his feet thinking he won, but the referee quickly clarifies and points that Turner put his foot on the ropes. Starr looks angry, but turns that anger to Turner, and again scoops him up, and directs Franks to the middle rope looking for ANOTHER spike pile driver. When all of a sudden up on the Legacy-Vision we get a static-y buzz... and then the sentence appears in red.

"Its not If....
....
.... ITS WHEN!"

When Demon Hunter's "Snap Your Fingers Snap Your Neck" rocks the Thomas and Mack Arena, the live crowd roaring as Damien Black flies from the backstage area. The Cowboys look panicked, Starr drops Turner and Franks hops down as they take a fighting stance.

Alan Ducard: Damien Black's BACK!!!!!

Black slides into the ring and levels both men with a double clothesline. The referee begins calling for the bell to toss the match out. Black picks up Starr and sends him flying over the top rope. Picks up Franks and NAILS him with the "Excommunicator" – his cuthroat pedigree!

Jimmy Yates: Excomminucator!!!!

Josephina Colbert: The winners of the match by disqualification... Allen Franks and "Elite" Jerry Starr... The Canuckin' COWBOYS!!!!!!

Alan Ducard: The Cowboys won the match, but what an impactful return to Legacy, Damien Black just made!

Bryan Harris: So Damien Black comes out and saves Chris Turner after the two almost killed one another. Now we just have to figure out WHY.

The only man left standing, Damien Black moves over to the ropes and gets out onto the apron and then drops to the arena floor and walks right back up the entrance ramp, some of the fans in the arena booing, others too stunned to give a vocal reaction.

Setting a Precedent

The scene moves to the backstage area, and as the camera focuses in on our subject we see that it’s The Outlaw, Greyson Blade. Blade moves down the hallway towards at door at the end of the hall which from the markings on the door is apparently where Rob Belote’s office has been set up at the arena for the stay in Vegas. The Outlaw pulls up at the door and gives a quick knock, and Belote’s voice beckons him to enter. The Outlaw steps into the office, and Rob beckons him to sit down and The Outlaw obliges him and sits before the large desk that separates Greyson and Rob from each other.

The Outlaw: Obviously I got the message that you wanted to talk to me during the show tonight since I’m here, so why don’t we just get down to business since I’ve got three asses to kick here in the main event tonight, and I need to get ready for that match.

Rob nods and looks out at Greyson and looks to be trying to chose his words closely.

Rob Belote: Well as you know, I don’t typically travel to regular STRIFE events unless it’s a SuperCard. Tonight’s different, though, with this being Las Vegas and all the money we’re putting into advertising and getting ready for FORGED BY FIRE. Having started my time in this business as a wrestler, I understand you want to take some time to strategize how you’re going to try to win the main event tonight… but we need to talk about what happened last night when decided to throw down with Issac Entragain in the middle of the MGM Grand.

The Outlaw: Well Rob, sometimes aren’t thinking quite so clearly when you’re covered in Bloody Mary and some big sumbitch hits you from behind and knocks you over a railing.

Rob Belote: We’ve seen the video, I know what happened, and yes, you were hit from behind, but that’s not where things ended. From what I saw, you escalated things when you verbally shot back at Elizabeth Gaunt and then decided to physically intimidate her.

Trying to impress upon Greyson how serious this situation is, Rob stops talking for a moment and just glares at the man who used to represent LEGACY as the World Champion. He’s obviously disappointed in The Outlaw.

Rob Belote: Look, I just spent a hell of a lot of money promoting this event here in Vegas, and we did a lot of good promoting the company at our press event, but you and Issac gave us both a lot of bad press with that brawl, and you did a decent bit of damage there. Frankly you were both involved and both contributed to the issue, and both as a warning and to help with the damages, you’re both being fined the following amount of money…

Rob slides an envelope across the table. After looking down at it, Greyson looks up to see if Rob is serious, then he picks up the envelope, opens it, and looks at the number listed at the bottom of the piece of paper. The Outlaw rolls his eyes and crosses his arms and looks back at Belote.

The Outlaw: You’re fining me? Issac hasn’t learned to keep either of his bitches with rabies on a leash, yes including the one in the skirt, and you’re fining … me? She talks trash on me, tries to ruin an Armani suit, and I get attacked from behind and I’m getting fined?

Greyson is clearly fuming mad.

The Outlaw: After all the bullshit that’s been going down around here with my matches and the disrespect I’ve been shown, do you really think I was going to sit there and turn the other cheek to either of them? No way Rob, no f**king way. I’ve never asked for special treatment Rob. I’ve only ever asked to be dealt with like a man, and to be given what I’m owed because of my performance in that ring. Something that I believe I’ve earned at this point and am owed is some respect. I demand it, Rob, and I’m not going to sit around here taking shit from anyone in lieu of that respect. It doesn’t matter if is Issac and Liz, or Cronos, or anyone running around backstage, no one is going to deny me respect either in word or action. I don’t care if it’s going to cost me money because I wasn’t the model LEGACY citizen. I’m not here to be the “posterboy” for this federation. I’m here to kick ass and win matches.

The Outlaw stands up from his chair and looks over to Rob with a knowing glance.

The Outlaw: Rob, I know you have a job to do, and right now I don’t think you are out to screw me, and I believe that in your head you think that you are being fair, so if you think you need to fine my ass for this then you go ahead and fine me, because let me tell you if it means that I didn’t have to take shit from either of those two freaks, then it was worth every penny, every damn cent. Now if you don’t mind? I’ve got a main event to go win.

As Greyson turns around and starts to leave the office, Rob stands up behind his desk.

Rob Belote: Greyson…

Stopping with his hand on the now-open door, The Outlaw turns around and looks at LEGACY’s owner.

Rob Belote: Look, I appreciate everything you’ve done for LEGACY, and it wasn’t fun for me to have to hand down that fine… I realize that it was mostly Issac’s fault, which is why his fine was bigger than yours, but in hopes of trying to keep some control around here, I had to fine you for your involvement in it… not just to help cover the cost of the damage, but also to set a precedent. If I don’t… I don’t want things turning into the wild west around here with people thinking they can do whatever they want… and deep down, I don’t think you want that either.

Blade stands motionless for a moment, and then looks down at the envelope containing the fine, and then back at Belote, and finally nods, before heading out the door. As the door shuts, Rob sits back down in his desk chair and sighs, obviously not happy about what he just had to do.

John Thomas vs Issac Entragian

Alan Ducard: Our next match is the second of the contests which were set up two weeks ago when both John Thomas and Rocky Stellar approached the front office looking to face one another. A match between the two of them was set up for FORGED BY FIRE, and they each hand picked an opponent for the other to face on tonight’s broadcast.

Jimmy Yates: We saw earlier that Rocky Stellar was able to defeat Ron Bailey in an opening match which this Las Vegas crowd was very excited to see, and now it’s time to see if John Thomas is going to be able to go toe to toe with Issac Entragian.

Bryan Harris: Toe-to-toe? C’mon, this isn’t a No Limits style match, and that’s exactly why I think a lot of people are wrong in thinking that Issac Entragian holds a decisive advantage over John Thomas going into this match. Issac Entragian may have done well for himself the past few months, but that was all in No Limits style matches. Could John Thomas do the same under those circumstances? Probably, but he’s been proving that he can get the job done in regular matches, something Issac Entragian hasn’t had to do in a long while.

Alan Ducard: One of my thoughts prior to this match surrounded whether or not Issac Entragian was going to be able to turn off some of the natural instincts he has developed for No Limits matches, and although I don’t think Issac would care if he got himself disqualified, I think he’d rather find a way to win the match out-right.

Jimmy Yates: There was actually some talk by Issac a week ago that he would allow John Thomas an easy “out” from this match if John would lay down in the ring and allow himself to get pinned at the start so Issac wouldn’t have to do severe bodily harm to him, and part of me thought that John Thomas was going to do exactly that when the match started, but when Issac grinned and dropped to his knees to go for the pinfall, John Thomas reached up and went for a school boy, getting a near-fall.

Bryan Harris: Yeah, off of a slow count, nevertheless. As soon as I saw John motion that he was going to “lay down” for Issac, I knew what was up, because I knew JT wasn’t going to just give Issac a win. He’s not afraid of Issac. As one of the toughest competitors in the business today, John has no reason to be afraid of Issac Entragian or anybody else.

Alan Ducard: Well it was certainly a fun match to watch, so let’s not deprive you of seeing the footage any further than we already have.

Start : Footage from the Match

Thomas rebounds off the ropes and is flattened by a big boot from Issac. Thomas attempts to get to his feet but kisses the mat after a clubbing blow to the back. Issac then pulls John Thomas and tosses him a few feet back first into the corner.

Jimmy Yates: Issac is tossing John Thomas around like a rag doll.

Bryan Harris: Issac is like a bug angry bull out there.

Alan Ducard: Unfortunately in this case John Thomas seems to be the china shop with red walls.

Issac pulls Thomas out of the corner takes two steps and thros Thomas accros the ring into the other corner where he lands with a thud. Issac charges in to deliver a vicious clothesline, but Thomas is able to lift his leg and send a boot into Issac's jaw. The monster stumbles backwards and Thomas runs out of the corner still a bit groogy and hits a sloppy bulldog.

Jimmy Yates: Thomas is still feeling the effects of the beating he has taken from Issac in the early moments of this match but he was able to buy himself some time to catch his breath.

Bryan Harris: You don't have time to catch your breath when your in there with a beast like Entragain.

Thomas kips up to his feet at the same time Issac is pushing himself up, and Thomas delivers a solid stomp to the left shoulder and then another, and follows that up with an elbow drop right between the shoulder blades sending Issac crashing down into the mat. Thomas puts a knee into the center of Issac's shoulde blades and grabs his right arm, he goes to grab the left arm, but Issac connects with an elbow to the jaw and shoves Thomas away.Entragain gets to his feet and is fuming. Thomas goes for a drop kikc, but Issac just slaps him out of the air.

Bryan Harris: You won't like him when he's angry.

Alan Ducard: This isn't your ordinary David and Golaith match up, Thomas has been in some high caliber amtch ups with men just as strong as Issac.

Jimmy Yates: He's been in matches with strong wrestlers and angry wrestlers, but I don't think he's every been in the ring with someone who is as strong and angry at the same time as Issac is.

Bryan Harris: Not to mention Davey forgot his sling shot.

Issac picks Thomas up and twirls him upside down hitting a picture perfect back breaker. The angry giant follows up by lifting Thomas up intot he air for a veritcal suplex, but instead of dropping him quickly he holds him up there letting all the blood rush to his head.

The crowd tarts to murmur and Issac looks towards the entrance ramp while still holding Thomas up in the air and sees Rocky Steelar making his way towards the ring. Issac finally slams Thomas into the mat with the vertical supplex. Isscac turns and eyes up Stellar on the outside, and Stellar raises his hands in the air implying that he is just there to watch.

Alan Ducard: Stellar looking to do some up close scouting of his opponent at LEGACY's next pay per view.

Jimmy Yates: This doesn't look good for John Thomas.

Bryan Harris: Don't you start making excuses for him, things haven't looked good for John Thomas since the bell rang.

Issac turns his back to Stellar and reaches down grabbing John Thomas by the throat and lifting him into the air for a chokeslam, while in the air Thomas locks eyes with Stellar on the outside then Thomas sends a knee into Issac's chest spins his arm behind his back into a chicken wing then spnis around the other side of Issac nailing a devestating DDT. Thomas casts a quick glance towards Stellar then turns back to Issac and drops an elbow right between his shoulderblades and locks in a fujiwar armbar.

Alan Ducard: Thomas has an arm submission locked in on Issac in the center of the ring, and now not only has he turned the tide in his favor he may have won himself the match.

Jimmy Yates: I wouldn't count Entragian out yet, he has shown in the past he can endure lots of pain.

The ref asks Issac if he wants to submit, but Issac shaes his head no. This causes Thomas to pull back on the arm harder. Issac grabs a handful of hair as Rocky looks on smiling. The ref warns Issac to stop pulling the hair so Issac instead punches John Thomas in the back of the head a few times to get him to break the hold. Thomas gets to his feet and gives Issac a stiff kick to his left arm then twist it in an armbar and pulls Issac to his feet and starts heading towards the corner.

Jimmy Yates: I think someone is feeling a little bit old school.

John Thomas climbs the turnbuckles keeping a grip on Issac's arm as he walks across th top rope out to the middle and dives off driving a knee right into Issac's left shoulder. Once back on the mat, Thomas quckly hooks the leg and goes for a cover.

Issac gets his foot on the bottom rope. The ref taps Thomas on the shoulder and points to the rope where Issacs foot is and Rocky Stellar happens to be standing right in front of it on the outside. Thomas's eyes go cold thinking Rocky has interfered, but Stellar jsut holds his hands up to show his innocence and takes a step back away from teh ring.

Bryan Harris: John Thomas quickly jumping to conclusions when Rocky Stellar is completely innocent.

Alan Ducard: Thomas nees to keep his eye on the ball if he wants to win this.

Jimmy Yates: Looks like he heard you, Alan.

Bryan Harris: Like anyone listens to Alan...

Thomas turns around and delivers a dropkick to Issac's left knee, when Issac drops to one knee Thomas follows up with an enziguri. Thomas runs towards the roes looking to gain momentum for his next move, but realise he's running towards the side of the ring that Stellar is on. To avoid Stellar getting any ideas Thomas stops dead in his tracks switch directions jumping over Issac running in the other direction and jumps up to the middle rope going for a lionsault on the prone Issac, but Issac gets his knees up just in time for Thomas's knees to crash into them.

Stellar gave a little golf clap on the outside then went back to watching the action as Issac got to his feet. Issac gave Thomas few boots to the ribs before whipping himinto the corner and following up with a few knees to the gut. Issac took a few steps back and charged towards the cornerplanning to ram his shoulder into the injured ribs of Thomas, but Thomas rolled out of the way and Issac slippe through the second and thrid turnbuckle and smashed his already hurt left shoulder into the steel ring post.

Alan Ducard: Entragain went to the well one to many times and it looks like its all dried up.

Issac pulls himself out from inbetween the turnbuckles and rubs his shoulder while Stellar leans against the ring apron watching the in ring action intently.Thomas goes to whip Issac into the ropes, but Issac reverses it and sends Thomas into the ropes where he bumps into Stellar leaning against the apron and stumbles forward a few step befor turning around and looking at Stellar accusing him of trying to trip him, but Tsellar jsut shkes his hed and takes a step back away from the ring.

Bryan Harris: The nerve of this guy, he bumps into Stellar than accuses him of foul play, some people I tell ya.

Thomas returns his focus to Issac grabbing his rm and going for a hammerlock DDT, but Issac just pushes him away into the ropes, Issac catches him on the rebound and delivers a spinning sidewalk slam, smashing Thomas back first into the mat. Issac quickly followed the move with a pin attempt.

Kick out

Jimmy Yates: Close call for John Thomas who sems to have become distracted in the past few minutes by Stellar being at ring side.

Issac pulls Thomas to his feet and levels him with a short arm clothesline. Issac then lifts Thomas up and delivers an atomic drop, and follows it up by bouncing off the ropes and delivering a solid double fisted Polish hammer to the chest of John Thomas. Issac then pulls Thomas to the center of the ring and lifts him up into the air in a military press and walks around the ring for a moment and stops in front of Stellar. He drops Thomas into a fireman's carry then lifts him back up into a gut buster Thomas landing with a sick thud on the mat only a few feet away from Rocky Stellar. Issac drags Thomas to the cnter fo the ring and hooks the leg for a pin attempt keeping hi eye slocke don Stellar the whole time.

Josephina Colbert: Here is your winner... Issac Entraigan!!

Issac breaks eye contact with Rocky long enough to allow the ref to briefly raise his hand in victory then he exits the ring. After looking at John Thomas slowly working his way up off the mat, Stellar then follows suit, making sure not to follow the Albino Abomination too closely.

Jimmy Yates: You know, for a bit I thought that Rocky Stellar's presence was distracting John Thomas, but I think it might've actually been motivating him, too!

Alan Ducard: I'd say it was a mix of both. He did seem to step up his game while Stellar was out there, but when John was unable to find a way to beat Issac Entragian, I think Rocky being out there made it harder for John to concentrate.

Bryan Harris: Well the old man gets what he was after! He got a win in the opening match, a contest which John Thomas was nice enough to watch from BACKSTAGE... and Stellar causes a distraction and leaves John Thomas worse for the wear.

Alan Ducard: I don't think Rocky Stellar was looking to make it harder on John Thomas to win that match, I believe he was just looking for a closer look.

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, if he wanted to hurt John Thomas, he would've gotten into the ring after the match was over, but he didn't, because frankly, he's not like John Thomas.

Punishment Continues

Taped Earlier Today

To describe the scene as a nice restaurant would be to not do it justice. The Palms Hotel & Casino here in Las Vegas did a fantastic job with their amenities, especially for their high rollers and big spenders. The restaurant we're in today? Not your normal fare, nor your typical Vegas clientel. This wasn't a spot that just anyone was welcome to reserve a table, but for Rob Belote and Gryffin Anselm? They met the criteria.

Were they the type of duo you might expect to see having lunch together? Not at all, but then again, this wasn't a friendly lunch. This was a business meeting. To be more accurate, it was an opportunity for Rob Belote to further explain the punishment levied against the Diabolik. A waitress walks up and sets an antipasto sampler platter in between their beverages. They obviously didn't just arrive, and they are already in the midst of a conversation.

Gryffin Anselm: So you're serious about not letting me or James or Jess show up at Caesar's Palace tonight?

Rob nods.

Rob Belote: I don't want either of you getting involved in anything tonight, and the road agents and door security know where I stand on that, and if you show up, the security staff at Caesar's Palace will let me know that you're there and you will not be able to compete during the FORGED BY FIRE weekend.

Gryffin looks a bit surprised at how boldly Rob Belote is talking to him.

Gryffin Anselm: Well, now, look who grew some balls.

Reaching down, Rob takes a fried zuccini strip from the platter.

Rob Belote: I'm cleaning up this organization, Will. Whether you and your boys like it or not.

Gryffin gives a little shrug of the shoulders.

Gryffin Anselm: At least you're letting us take our spots on the pay per view. I didn't think you'd be foolish enough to keep me and James from competing for our belts again. We're going to rock the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Rob bites into the zuccini strip and then responds.

Rob Belote: That's not entirely accurate. First of all, you and James won't be competing in the MGM Grand Garden Arena at the pay per view... you'll be competing at the Thomas & Mack Center two days earlier at the pre-show.

This comes as a total shock to Anselm.

Gryffin Anselm: Wait a minute, you're not stripping us of our automatic rematch clause... you can't do that, not after a 300 day title reign...

Rob shakes his head.

Rob Belote: No, I'm not doing that, but seeing as how the Diabolik messed with my World Title tournament and weaseled your way into a number one contenders match, I'm having you and James Win take that "guaranteed rematch" and put it on the line at the pre-show.

Gryffin Anselm: Yeah? Against who... Domination? Winner gets a shot at Diego and Hector at the pay per view?

Again Rob shakes his head.

Rob Belote: No... they've already got a guaranteed shot at the tag titles, which they're having at the pay per view. A match you and James Win won't be involved in AT ALL. Your opponents for the pre-show? They'll be announced after tonight's show.

Taking another sip of his beverage and then eating another zucchini strip, Rob gets up from the table and wipes his hand on a napkin.

Rob Belote: I gotta run... but you should eat those zucchini strips. They might be fried, but I still think they're probably good for you.

Taking his sunglasses out of his jacket pocket, Rob puts them on as he walks away, a small grin on his face.

Tokens & Cash Match
Crash vs X-Calibur

Alan Ducard: LEGACY fans, our next match was a big one because not only were the ToV tokens and in essence a shot at the LEGACY World Title on the line, but $100,000 dollars was also in play here. The men competing for those prizes? Crash and X-Calibur, with the title shot going to Crash if he wins, and X-Calibur keeping the title shot if he wins the match as well as adding $75,000 to the $25,000 he was guaranteed by Big Lou for even taking this match... and neither of these men are strangers to the other.

Jimmy Yates: That’s right Alan. Crash and X-Calibur have a history spanning over various federations. They’ve been teammates and they had their falling out. However, things seemed to be going well between them here in LEGACY… that is until Crash turned his back on one of his friends and left Jake beaten down in the middle of the ring.

Bryan Harris: Don’t go putting the blame on Crash just because that’s the popular thing to do. Jake Dominion was being really selfish in wanting to hold Crash back from his real goal… and so Crash saw Jake’s true colors and knew he’d be better off without him.

Alan Ducard: Those two had their chance to settle things back at Destined for Greatness, where Jake Dominion and Crash then met in a steel cage match. However, in the wake of that conflict, Crash assured X-Calibur that in spite of The Diabolik’s business that they wouldn’t come to blows, stating that it had nothing to do with X-Calibur.

Bryan Harris: Yes, but business is business guys, and frankly, nothing should hold a man like Crash back from becoming LEGACY World Champion. Crash was probably going to win that little tournament they cancelled last week instead of having the finals… he deserves the chance to bring gold back to the Diabolik. Now given the circumstances, this could have been a regular challenge. Crash has a legit reason to be considered the number one contender to that title, but X-Calibur demanded more in the form of 100K being on the line.

Jimmy Yates: Why, because he didn’t get pinned at Elevated Tensions? Or because he made it to the finals of a tournament where he could’ve been named the number one contender? If you say so…

Bryan Harris: From what we’ve heard from X-Calibur lately, something struck a nerve with his one-time friend, and I don’t think I’ve ever seen Crash this fired up.

Alan Ducard: A fired up Crash and X-Calibur ready to defend his tokens and gain a huge amount of cash made for one amazing encounter. X-Calibur was given the $25,000 backstage, the time keeper was handed the tokens from X-Calibur and other briefcase containing the other $75,000 by Big Lou before the match, so the stakes are set. Let’s take you now to the footage.

Start : Footage from the Match

The footage begins with a close up on the face of X-Calibur grimacing in intense pain with massive hand clasped around his jaw. X’s teeth are clenched as he fights the pain, and as the camera shot widens just a bit we see him in the dead center of the ring, suffering in Crash’s grasp. The Diabolik-member is putting that twenty-pounds-plus weight advantage and is wrenching X-Calibur in a standing version of the camel clutch (think Steiner Recliner). Crash torques X’s neck with almost surprising ferocity.

Alan Ducard: This has been one hell of a match gentlemen, but given X’s position now it looks like he’s well on his way towards his second loss in a row, and this time he’ll be losing his LEGACY World Title shot in the form of the Tao of Valor tokens to Crash.

Jimmy Yates: I know you are trying to be fair and realistic Alan, but time and time again we’ve seen X-Calibur fight back to pick up the victory when it seemed that he had been pushed to the breaking point and all hope of victory had been lost.

Bryan Harris: Do you really think that’s going to happen here Jimbo? After seeing what X-Calibur said about his this week, telling Crash that he got old and couldn’t cut it anymore did you see the fire in Crash? Did you see the look in his eyes? Crash is here not just to win those tokens but to make a statement. Look at how he’s just wrenching X-Calibur’s neck right now? He’s not looking just for a submission, he’s looking to do some damage.

The former Tao of Valor Champion struggles against the hold, wrenching his arms out from behind Crash’s legs, but they are still trapped over Crash’s thighs. X-Calibur digs down deep and begins to try and shift his legs and push up on his knees and make an attempt to escape. Escape though would be no easy feat, especially having to lift up his own beaten body but also Crash’s nearly 270 pounds. The holder of the ToV tokens begins to struggle and the fans rise up to encourage him with a massive “X” chant, to will to fight on as he digs down deep.

Alan Ducard; X-Calibur is trying to make his escape. He has the legs under him and he’s trying to push upwards and out!

Bryan Harris: Crash is going to break his neck first, keeping his money, taking his token’s, and he’ll end X-Calibur’s career.

Jimmy Yates: Highly unlikely Bryan! X-Calibur is starting to get to his feet!

Crash feels the change happening, and he changes his grip as in stead of using the hold, he rakes X-Calibur’s eyes, just as X reaches the standing position, causing him to lose focus for a moment and preventing him from driving Crash back into the buckles. Crash hits the ropes and catches X with a monstrous clothesline from hell that sends X to the mat with hard crash landing.

Bryan Harris: Did you see that impact!? He didn’t catch him frontwards, that was a shot right ot the side of the head and neck. He just decapitated X.

Alan Ducard: Figuratively yes, but I think Devastation has rights to that term here in LEGACY. Crash now drops and is looking for the win here. There’s the cover …

THR-NO!

X-Calibur gets the shoulder up before the three count, and much to the delight of this Vegas crowd.

Jimmy Yates: I told you guys that X-Calibur had some fight left in him in this match. Now, we’re going to see if Crash can deal with X’s resolve and stay focused.

Bryan Harris: Oh he’s focused alright Jimbo. He’s got $100K and a shot at the most prestigious title in our business on the line here tonight. I don’t think we’ll ever see a man as focused as Crash is here tonight.

Jimmy Yates: Maybe so Bryan, but anger can really warp a guys perspective in the heat of the moment.

Alan Ducard: Crash now has X-Calibur up to his feet and there’s the hard Irish whip into the buckles, and a follow up with a big clothesline from Crash. X-Calibur is now down the corner and Crash is choking him against the second turnbuckle with his boot.

Jimmy Yates: The referee is signaling for him to break the hold, but Crash is still grinding away with his boot!

Bryan Harris: Crash knows what he’s doing man, he knows he has a five count, and he’s not going to lose this match because of something like that.

Crash makes the most of the five count before backing off only to charge in with a knee to the forehead. X-Calibur is really looking in a bad way, and as he starts to try and stand up in the corner, you get the feeling watching that if it weren’t for the ropes, X might not be able to stand. Crash moves in impatiently, not wanting to wait for X-Calibur to regain his footing entirely on his own. Crash rips X to his feet and flat out decks him back into the corner, and then he chops him on the side of the neck. X recoils from the blow, but out of pure instinct he strikes back with an uppercut that catches Crash completely off guard. The fans rise up in hope as Crash staggers back from the impact, giving X just a second of breathing room. Crash tries to go back in after his prey, but X-Calibur catches him with a second punch, and then a vicious kick down on the knee, the site of more than one operation in Crash’s career. There’s grimace of pain from Crash as he instinctively drops his hands to clutch at the targeted area.

Alan Ducard: X-Calibur is fighting back here perhaps on instinct alone, and he SPIKES Crash down with the DDT! Crash was completely vulnerable and opened up after that shot to the knee and X-Calibur dropped him with no bracing from Crash right on the challenger’s head.

Jimmy Yates: Now we’re going to see what X-Calibur can do with this opening, and I for one have to wonder what he has in store to begin taking Crash apart.

Bryan Harris: Well that’s going to be one hell of a tall order with a motivated Crash.

X-Calibur pulls Crash to his feet after the DDT, and hooks the arm and takes him back up and over with a vertical suplex, putting him in prime position in front of the turnbuckles. X then makes his way towards the turnbuckles as he looks down at Big Lou and the resident Diabolik mucles Giovanni, with the former looking on with concern etched across his face. X sizes up Crash and leaps off delivering a driving elbow drop (think Austin or Hart) down on top the prone Crash. X-Calibur thinks for just a moment about going for the pin, but instead he moves back to the legs and stomps down on the knee, driving it back into the leg, causing Crash to clutch again at the knee and howl in pain as he tries to roll away from his attacker.

Alan Ducard: Now its Crash that is most certainly on the defensive, and X-Calibur has been targeting the head and the legs, probably to soften him up for the X-Terminator and to take away his powerful base.

Bryan Harris: Admittedly I think Crash is the superior fighter, but I won’t say that X sucks, he’s just not as good as Crash, especially tonight.

Jimmy Yates: I can’t see how you’d be so down on a former ToV Champion, especially with a reign like X-Calibur’s reign.

Alan Ducard: X-Calibur did have a great reign and he’s coming here tonight to put on a hell of a show. X-Calibur now drops the elbow across the leg around the knee, and he’s pulling Crash to his feet. Crash isn’t putting too much weight on the leg and he absorbs a huge chop from the former ToV Champion. There’s a second chop from X-Calibur and there’s the move around behind and a Russian leg sweep!

Jimmy Yates, head legs and back to the head. He’s not giving Crash a chance to get his bearings, and this could be Crash’s undoing in this contest.

Bryan Harris: Just remember, all it takes is one big move to end a match, and while X-Calibur is in control, he’s taken quite a beating tonight. He might be in control, but he’s not infallible or unbeatable yet.

X-Calibur pulls Crash up to his feet and he lifts him up and brings him down with the inverted atomic drop, and moves back to hit the ropes. He takes a look outside the ring at a scowling Big Lou and Giavanni, and then turns back and charges at Crash. However, at the last possible second Crash snares X-Calibur and heaves him up and takes him over with a signature overhead belly-to-belly suplex! The crowd groans as X-Calibur and lands and rolls towards the ropes. Crash looks out to Big Lou with a bit of a smile which instills a bit more confidence in Lou as Crash seems to be shaking off his injuries and going back on the offensive.

Alan Ducard: Just as X-Calibur was able to the turn the tide of this contest earlier by escaping the Boston Crab, that massive belly-to belly suplex I believe has done the same for Crash. Crash now ripping X-Calibur to his feet, and he scoops him up into the fireman’s carry and … he spins him off into the cyclone DDT (Think F-5)!

Bryan Harris: That is some of the ultimate in technical/power offense. He just planted X-Calibur and Crash is going to go for a pin right here!

Alan Ducard: That he is Bryan and he hooks the leg to get the …

THRE-NO! X-Calibur kicks out and this match will continue much to the delight of the fans and much to the chagrin of the Diabolik.

Jimmy Yates: I don’t think I’ve seen Big Lou this nervous in a long, long time.

Bryan Harris: He’s anxious to get gold back around the waists of the Diabolik. Look how long the tag team titles were in the fold? The Diabolik are used to being associated with championships, and right now this match will determine if The Diabolik are going to get a shot at the biggest title of them all, not to mention hold on quite a bit of money.

Alan Ducard: Crash off the ropes here and he drops the elbow on X-Calibur, and now there’s a second quick elbow drop. Crash now has X-Calibur back to a vertical base and there’s a boot to an X-Calibur’s midsection and he’s being forced into a standing headscissors. Crash pulls him up and he’s looking for a powerbomb and … he powerbombs X-Calibur into the turnbuckles!

Bryan Harris: That just jarred X-Calibur’s neck and back, and I’m not sure if he can come back in this match after taking a shot like that one. I just don’t see it.

Jimmy Yates: Yes, yes he can Bryan, but even I’ll admit it’s not looking good for him after that move.

X rolls around in the corner holding his neck in agony as Crash pulls him up, lifting him up into the corner and hitting him with a shoulder charge. Crash then scoops him up and positions him on the top rope. He motions that he’s going up after him, and Crash comes up the ropes with X, and tries to wrap him with what appears to be a version of a top rope belly-to-belly suplex, but X-Calibur hits a double punch to the ribs, and then a headbutt that sends Crash “crashing” to the canvas below! The fans roar as Crash impacts, and X-Calibur sizes him up. Crash tries getting back to his feet, but X leaps from the turnbuckles and drives his opponent down face first with the bulldog! The fans can sense some momentum building, and X pulls Crash up and into the center of the ring and boots him in the gut. He pulls Crash into a standing headscissors, and piledrives him dead center. X looks up from the move towards the turnbuckles and he begins to climb.

Alan Ducard: X-Calibur is looking to the turnbuckles and the high risk maneuvers to possibly bring home 100K right here! X-Calibur is up to the top rope and here comes Giovanni! Giovanni is headed to the turnbuckles to interfere with this move!

Jimmy Yates: If he gets involved physically he could get Crash DQ’ed!

Alan Ducard: That won’t be an issue because X-Calibur just booted him in the face and off the apron, and he’s turning back to Crash and leaps from the turnbuckles and …

Jimmy Yates: He connects with the Hang Time Elbow! He has Crash dead center of the ring and X hooks the leg!

Bryan Harris: No! Crash kick out you’ve come too far to fail now!

Alan Ducard: ONE

TWO

THREE-NO!

There’s a collective groan from the crowd as Crash gets the shoulder ever so slightly off the canvas. X-Calibur looks over to the official with three fingers and the official shakes his head and waves him off here and X slaps the canvas in frustration, and goes right back to work. He moves to Crash’s lower body, and pulls up the leg and drops the elbow on it not once, not twice, but three times before dropping and applying a leg lock. Crash cringes in intense pain as X-Calibur works over that surgically repaired knee. Crash tries to pull himself back to the ropes, but it’s not easy to drag a 245 pound man along with your own body weight, so Crash makes the decision to attempt to free himself. X has Crash’s opposite leg pinned back from assisting in free himself, but Crash fights this. Crash tries to get his other leg free from being pressed away by X-Calibur, and after quite a bit of struggling and maneuvering, he finally can boot X from the hold.

Alan Ducard: Crash is now free, but he didn’t really drop X-Calibur, and now the former ToV Champion is back on the attack with a series of kicks to that now injured leg.

Jimmy Yates: Big Lou is sweating bullets outside the ring here, and X-Calibur has to be sensing that Crash is in trouble, and if he can get him in the Legendary Pain on those legs or perhaps the X-Terminator when compensating for the legs that this one will be academic.

Alan Ducard: X-Calibur pulling Crash to his feet and there’s a big chop, and another. X-Calibur attempts the Irish whip, but Crash reverses and it’s a good thing as he might have simply fallen down with that bad knee. X-Calibur now returning on the rebound, and he goes for the clothesline! Crash ducks the hold and X-Calibur some back again with the flying clothesline, but Crash hits the deck and X-Calibur eats canvas!

Bryan Harris: Here’s another chance for the momentum to swing back in Crash’s favor.

Jimmy Yates: There’s an opening but with that injured leg I’m not sure he’ll be able to truly take maximum advantage of it.

Crash is up before X-Calibur, and he catches X with a clubbing blow to the back of the head, staggering him towards the ropes. Crash catches him with another hard shot to the back that knocks X off his feet and down to his knees. The challenger then pushes X throat first on the second rope, and then drops his knee into his back and uses his body weight to choke X across the rope. X gags and wheezes as there’s a five count, but Crash immediately reapplies for another five count, and finally a third time for a five count to choke the life right out of X. Crash pulls X to his feet, hooks the arm and takes him up and drops with a brainbuster. X’s head is driven into the canvas, and this gives Crash a moment to nurse his leg and massage the injured area.

Alan Ducard: This moment of rest could be absolutely crucial for Crash to pull out a victory. Crash is crawling now towards the side of the ring with Big Lou and Giovanni, and he begins pulling himself up as he asks if Giovanni is good to go and Big Lou affirms that Giovanni has his bearings about him once more. Crash has X-Calibur measured, and he pulls X up the rest of the way to his feet and he turns him around and hits a jarring neckbreaker (Think Rude Awakening)!

Crash motions for the crowd that it’s time to end this bitch. He makes a slashing motion across his throat as he pulls X to his feet and scoops him over his shoulder looking for the Aero Zepplin Driver, but before he can hit the move, X-Calibur goes down the back and delivers an inverted DDT! The crowd roars with the reversal, and X-Calibur quickly moves around Crash and in the middle of the ring he hooks the legs …

Jimmy Yates: LEGENDARY PAIN! HE HAS IT LOCKED ON CRASH IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RING!

Bryan Harris: Fight it Crash … Fight the pain! Don’t let this one slip away!

Alan Ducard: Crash is fighting the pain, but that positioning on the neck and torquing of the legs in the cloverleaf is eventually going to be too much for anyone, much less someone who’s knees and neck have been targeted this whole match up.

Crash claws at the canvas in agony, and the referee checks for the submission, but Crash all but tells him to fuck off. Suddenly, a steel chair is slid into the ring at the side of the submission hold, but outside of the direct view of the referee. Big Lou looks confused, but Giovanni goes for it, and leaps into action and gets right up on the ring apron again, drawing the attention of the referee, and at that point the wielder of the steel chair is revealed.

Jimmy Yates: Greg Allocca is here! Greg Allocca is in the ring with a steel chair and … X sees him and releases the hold!

Alan Ducard: Allocca has that chair set up, and X-Calibur hits a fist to Allocca’s face and he goes for the Irish whip!

Allocca runs off and hits the chair and springboards back and hooks X’s head under his arm, and wrenches him backwards and hits an absolutely amazing DDT on the former ToV champion on to the set up chair, collapsing it and busting X wide open. The blood quickly comes to X’s forehead as he lays motionless on the steel. Greg looks down at his bleeding nemesis, and then leaps through the ring ropes and pulls the chair out with him.

Alan Ducard: What an amazing DDT from Allocca, but now X is laid out and the title shot and the cash is hanging in the balance!

Jimmy Yates: Greg was successful in his attack because of Giovanni!

Bryan Harris: He was but looking at Big Lou, Allocca’s appearance was entirely unexepected!

Jimmy Yates: Crash is getting up! Come on X, don’t let it end like this! Get up one more time!

Alan Ducard: Crash is limping but he’s to his feet and he’s looking down at X with a smirk! He shrugs his shoulders and he has X up and … AERO ZEPPLIN DRIVER! HE HITS AND HERE’S THE COVER!

THREE!

Josephina Colbert: Here is your winner by pinfall... Crrrash!!

Alan Ducard: There you have it, folks, Crash is going on to the main event and challenging for the World Title at the second pay per view in a row, as he will now meet Loco Martinez at FORGED BY FIRE, but he gets there due to a little help from Greg Allocca.

Jimmy Yates: More than just a LITTLE help, I'd say... and here comes Allocca again into the ring...

After Crash was handed the velvet bag of tokens from the referee, he exits the ring to rejoin Big Lou, who was handed his briefcase with the $25,000 still in it, and the two head backstage as Greg Allocca gets into the ring, cupping one of his hands.

Alan Ducard: What in the world is he doing?!

Bryan Harris: I think he's waiting for X-Calibur to get up, and it looks like he has something to give him!

As X-Calibur slowly works his way up off the mat, seeing some of his blood on the mat, he looks pissed off by what just transpired, but he doesn't yet see Greg Allocca. The moment X-Calibur turns around to where Allocca is standing, Greg makes a motion with his head and hands and suddenly a ball of flames shoots forth in X-Calibur's direction. Although he is able to take a quick step backwards to avoid having the flame touch his face, but the brightness from the flames temporarily blinds him, the heat singhing off some of the hairs on his eyebrows and arms.

Jimmy Yates: OH MY GOD!!!

Alan Ducard: I can't believe what I just saw! Greg Allocca using a FIREBALL!?!?

Turning and running into the ropes, Allocca charges back towards X-Calibur on the rebound and leaps into the air and wipes X-Calibur off of his feet with The Beheader, his somersault back heel kick connecting right to his face. Rolling out of the ring, Allocca drops to his knees and reaches beneath the ring apron and pulls out a metal canister and as the camera zooms in, we see a box of matches in his other hand and the word "Kerosene" on the metal canister. Showing no emotion on his face, Allocca rolls into the ring underneath the bottom rope.

Jimmy Yates: Oh my god, someone needs to get out there and do something!!

As Greg returns to his feet, the fans all around the arena are either in complete shock or are loudly booing Allocca as he walks over and stands above X-Calibur. Security pours out from the back and gets right into the ring, keeping Allocca from doing anything further to X-Calibur. A few EMTs join the scene as the security team gets Greg to drop the Kerosene and exit the ring. He remains at ringside watching them take X-Calibur away, helping him treat his temporary blindness. Slowly, a devious grin forms on Allocca's face.

World Wide

Backstage we join Katsuro Yoshida as he sits in his locker room, peeling the tape from his hands and wrists. Kevin Oppenheimer walks into the scene carrying a couple water bottles, tossing one at the feet of Yoshida.

Kevin Oppenheimer: You did great out there tonight, man. Best I've seen of you since you first got here.

Katsuro nods as he continues to de-tape.

Kevin Oppenheimer: Not only did you fight better than you have so far in LEGACY, not only did you seem to be taking my advice to think less and just go off of your instincts... but you seemed to be having more fun out there, too.

Finally removing the last bit of tape from one of his hands, Katsuro looks up.

Katsuro Yoshida: If we are going to represent what the Bushido Buntai stands for, we are going to still have rigorous training... but you are showing me that the approach which worked in Japan is not going to be enough to suffice inside a LEGACY ring. We will take my approach... and we will take yours.

Oppenheimer hears what Katsuro is telling him and grins.

Kevin Oppenheimer: That's what sets us apart, now. The Worldwide Bushido Buntai: We're taking this thing global.

Non Title Match
Cronos Diamante vs Greyson Blade
vs Greg Allocca vs Loco Martinez

Bryan Harris: After what was at stake between Crash and X-Calibur, it almost feels anti-climactic to reach the main event, but since they went through the trouble of actually competing, we may as well put it on the broadcast.

Alan Ducard: I should beg to differ, as would a lot of LEGACY’s fans. The four individuals competing in tonight’s STRIFE 33 main event are very different personalities than one another, each one with a considerable following from the fans. With the World Champion and the No Limits Champion both competing in this match, it’s hard to think anyone would consider this match to be an afterthought under any circumstances.... though with Greg Allocca set to compete even after what he did to X-Calibur just minutes prior to this match, I'd say the fans were hoping to see something happen to him.

Jimmy Yates: Yeah, and even if that didn't happen, even if the fans didn't have that in the back of their mind as motivation, this was actually a really well-fought match that I enjoyed quite a bit!

Bryan Harris: Oh I don’t want anybody to get the idea that I didn’t enjoy the main event, or that it wasn’t a good match, because I certainly enjoyed it and it was definitely a good match, but with two champions in the ring and no titles on the line, it just didn’t seem to carry the weight of the previous match, but whatever, I’m not going to argue…

Jimmy Yates: Good.

Alan Ducard: With this being a fatal four-way match with some of the top competitors in our organization, we want to show you all as much of the match as possible, so let’s forego the rest of the talk and get presently to the match footage, shall we?

Start : Footage from the Match

Greyson Blade and Loco Martinez trade fists in the center of the ring, while Cronos tears up Greg Allocca with stiff fists and strategically placed knees. A few shots later, Greyson gains the upper hand on Loco, and as the World Champion’s legs turn into a fine angel hair spaghetti.

Alan Ducard: You just can’t go toe to toe with Greyson when giving up such a weight difference. Same goes for Cronos, and Greg is finding that out the hard way.

As Greyson lifts Loco up off of the mat into a fireman’s carry, Cronos whips Greg into Greyson’s direction. Bending at the knees slightly, Allocca tries to leap frog Blade and Loco, but is unsuccessful. Then, in one quick motion, Blade snaps back onto the mat with a double stacked Samoan drop on Loco Martinez and Greg Allocca.

Bryan Harris: Ouch. A double stacked Outlaw Drop!

Jimmy Yates: That was wicked, and these fans are going wild.

As Greyson Blade gets up off the mat, Cronos Diamante is waiting for him with a stiff running straight kicked to the face. Blade reels back into the ropes but doesn’t go down. Blade stumbles forward off the slight recoil, and it’s all Cronos needs for a devastating release overhead belly-to-belly suplex.

Cronos with a cover and a hook of the leg.

One!

Alan Ducard: Loco and Greg are down!

Two!

Thr- Greyson manages to kick out and Cronos stays on the offensive, not giving his opponent any breathing room. Rolling Greyson over into a full-nelson clutch, Cronos wrenches back on the painful submission maneuver, as Greyson screams in agony.

Alan Ducard: Ne-Han! Loco and Greg are still down!

Jimmy Yates: This one might be over!

Bryan Harris: I don’t see Greyson giving up just yet. He’s one tough S.O.B.

As Cronos puts some torque onto the grounded submission hold, Loco and Greg finally get to their feet. They both spot the predicament Greyson Blade is in and look at each other momentarily. Instinctively, they hit the ropes, and on the rebound, they leap forward with their legs outstretched for a frontwards dropkick. Loco nails Cronos right in the kisser, while Allocca goes to the basement and nails Greyson.

Rolling Greyson over, Allocca seizes the moment and hooks a leg on Greyson.
One!

Two!

Loco drives a leg into the back of Allocca’s head with a standing somersault leg drop, and breaks up the count.

Alan Ducard: That was nasty!

Bryan Harris: And effective.

Jimmy Yates: Look at Loco! Now HE’s going for the cover!

Loco dashes over to Cronos, pulls him inches from the ropes where he sloppily fell after the front facing dropkick, and makes a lateral cover.

One!

Two!

This time Allocca breaks it up with a running shooting star, crashing into the back of Loco’s body.

Alan Ducard: It’s like these guys are playing a bloody game of tit-for-tat.

Allocca brings Loco up to his feet where he then whips him into the ropes. On the rebound, Loco dives forward into a Guerrero-like evasive roll while Allocca leap frogs him. As both men turn around, Loco dashes forward with both knees flying, and Allocca catches him underneath the shins. Loco pulls onto the backs of Allocca’s shoulders to help bring him to the mat, and Loco falls backwards while pushing off with his legs and arms for a monkey flip. Allocca flips forward, but instead of slamming to the mat he lands on his feet with a phenomenal display of agility. Both men are back on their feet, and this crowd gives them a round of applause for their succession of cruiserweight styled moves.

Allocca and Martinez both nod at each other, just as impressed as the other with their artfully executed display.

Alan Ducard: These guys better pay attention to the match at hand here.

Bryasn Harris: Oh relax, Al. They just created something beautiful together and their taking a moment to embrace it.

Jimmy Yates: It’s not like they had a baby together, Bry.

Out of nowhere, Greyson Blade sprints at Loco Martinez and nails a linebacker-esque shoulder charge which sends the World Champion flying into the turnbuckle like a rag doll. Allocca darts back into the ropes, but on the rebound, before he can attempt anything to bring Blade down to the mat, he’s taken down to the canvas hard with a snapping full revolution powerslam.

Alan Ducard: By the nines!

Bryan Harris: Blade just annihilated the angel of violence.

Blade hooks the leg deep for added measure.

One!

Two!

Thr- NO! Cronos with an ax handle smash to Greyson’s back!

Cronos brings Greyson to his feet where he sets up The Outlaw for another belly-to-belly suplex. Blade senses it coming though and closes both arms across the temples of Cronos like a pair of golden symbols in a marching band. Cronos staggers back a few feet, and Blade brings a boot to the No Limits Champion’s mid-section. Cronos doubles over, and Greyson Blade sets him up for a powerbomb. Heaving with all of his upper body strength, he lifts Cronos into the air, and lets gravity do the rest with a jackknife styled powerbomb.

Blade with the cover...

Alan Ducard: Look at Loco, he’s turned his back to Greyson and Cronos!

One!

Jimmy Yates: There’s the split!

Two!

Bryan Harris: Springboard moonsault!

Just before the three, Loco lands directly on top of Greyson’s back with a trademark split-legged moonsault.

Alan Ducard: Happiness!

Loco immediately goes for the cover, failing to see Greg Allocca ascending the opposite turnbuckle.

One!

Jimmy Yates: The angel’s got wings!

Two!

As soon as the referee’s hand is about to come down for three, Allocca leaps off the top rope with a corkscrew moonsault, straight across the World Champion’s back, emphatically breaking up the pin attempt.

Alan Ducard: CONDEMNING!

Bryan Harris: He leaped halfway across the ring! Amazing!

Allocca covers Loco who is writhing in pain after the devastating aerial maneuver.

One!

Two!

THR- No! At the last possible second, Cronos stomps on the back of Allocca’s head and breaks up the pin.

Bryan Harris: This is mayhem. Absolute mayhem.

Jimmy Yates: I’m surprised he didn’t cover Greyson. The former world champion took two devastating moonsaults in a row and he looks to be out.

Capitalizing on the chaotic nature of the match, Cronos drops down for a cover on Greyson Blade who is still feeling the effects of the the split-legged moonsault as well as being underneath Loco and Greg’s weight from the corkscrew moonsault.

Alan Ducard: Looks like Cronos might’ve heard you, Jimmy!

One!

Two!

Allocca returns the favor with a kick to the cranium of his own, breaking up the pin

Cronos and Greg stand up, holding the backs of their heads, when they lock eyes on one another. Cronos motions for Allocca to “bring it”, and the angel of violence does exactly that. Almost leaping at Cronos, he drives some fists into Cronos’ forehead and jaw, prompting immediate retaliation from the No Limits Champion. Cronos swings a methodic right fist that connects in the rib of Allocca. With Greg doubling over, Cronos sets up for his signature crucifix powerbomb.

Bryan Harris: Start your timers. Countdown to Extinction has begun..

embarrassing
The fans go wild as Cronos heaves Allocca into the air and across his back. Suddenly though, Allocca manages to wriggle and twist his way free from Cronos’ clutches. He lands on his feet with great agility, getting somewhat of a pop from the crowd. Before Cronos can even turn around, Greg wraps Cronos’ arms in a full nelson, steps one foot in front of Cronos’, uses all of his body weight to push forward, and drops him with a snapping full-nelson face-slam.

Alan Ducard: Face Breaker! That’s one of his trademarks!

Jimmy Yates: No one’s even in sight! Greyson’s down! Loc’s down! Greg might have this!

One!

The crowd counts along.

Two!

THR- at the last possible second, Cronos kicks out on his own volition.

Alan Ducard: Goodness! Greg Allocca nearly beat the No Limits Champion!

Greyson Blade finally begins to stir, pulling himself up off of the mat and away from the bedlam happening between Greg and Cronos. Loco too begins pulling himself up off the mat, but suddenly he rolls out of the ring and onto the apron taking sanctuary from the grueling pace of the wrestling match.

Allocca starts dragging the much larger Cronos to his feet by his hair, just about ripping it out by its roots. Greg sets Cronos up for a DDT, but with great awareness Cronos lands a desperate knee to the mid-section which doubles Allocca over. Cronos quickly lifts Greg onto his shoulders, but once again the angel of violence is wriggling and twisting, all in an effort to try and free himself. But all of a sudden, Allocca’s body goes limp across Cronos’ arms as Martinez springboards from the outside apron to the top rope with a simultaneous twisting leap forward, and DRILLS Allocca in the back of the head with a springboard enziguri.

Jimmy Yates: SPRINGBOARD.. LOCAPITATOR?!

Bryan Harris: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, START!

Alan Ducard: Blimey! The LOContra Code!

As Loco lands on the mat, Cronos drives the unconscious Greg into the mat, completing his crucifix powerbomb finisher.

Alan Ducard: And to top it off, Cronos nailed the Countdown to Extinction!

Jimmy Yates: LOOK OUT!

As soon as Cronos stood up, Greyson Blade DRILLS him back with a devastating spear that just about lifts him out of his wrestling boots.

Bryan Harris: OH MY GOD!

Alan Ducard: KILLSHOT!

The crowd marks out of their seats as Cronos goes down in an awkward heap from the spine adjusting spear Greyson Blade has helped make famous.

Jimmy Yates: Greyson’s going for the cover!

ONE!

Bryan Harris: But Loco has already covered Allocca!

Alan Ducard: They both have the cover!

TWO!

THREE!

Jimmy Yates: Blade wins!

Bryan Harris: No he didn’t! THE World Champion wins!

Alan Ducard: MADNESS!

The crowd comes unglued as the referee signals for the bell. Loco Martinez is still laying on top of Greg Allocca with his back draped against his torso, as Greyson Blade releases a leg he had hooked from Cronos Diamante. The referee heads over to the time keeper’s area, where he whispers something to Josephina Colbert. Meanwhile, Greyson Blade has his hands raised in the air while Loco Martinez raises his on top of Allocca’s unconscious body.

Josephina Colbert: Ladies and gentlemen... the winner of this match...

The fans go dead silent as they await the official announcement.

Jimmy Yates: Greyson Blade clearly had Cronos’ shoulders pinned to the mat.

Bryan Harris: So did Loc, Jimbo. A fraction of a second before Greyson!

After what feels like an eternity, Josephina continues.

Josephina Colbert: ... LOOOOOCOOOOOOO... MARRRRTIIIIINEZ!!!

The fans rain down the booing, as Greyson Blade immediately gets in the face of the referee, yelling at him for what he believes to be poor officiating.

Bryan Harris: I told you! What’d I tell ya?!

Jimmy Yates: Man, I REALLY thought Greyson had that pin first... wow that was close.

Alan Ducard: Looks like the LEGACY World Champion steals this one by the hair on his chinny-chin-chin, folks!

After saying his piece to the referee, Greyson Blade takes one last look at Loco Martinez and exits the ring, heading back to the locker room up the ramp. Walking over to the actual winner, the referee raises Loco Martinez's hand into the air after he steps aside, moving away from Greg Allocca.

Jimmy Yates: So I guess this gives Loco Martinez some extra momentum going into his match against Crash at FORGED BY FIRE, where he will look to extend his now-historic World Title reign.

Bryan Harris: You know, amidst a lot of the boos from the people who were hoping to see Greyson Blade score the victory, I do believe I hear quite a bit of people cheering as Loco Martinez is having his hand raised. I think they're starting to see a change in Loco Martinez that they like...

Jimmy Yates: I think it has something to do with the fact that Loco's their only hope in avoiding the Diabolik capturing the World Title in a couple week's time.

Alan Ducard: Speaking of Crash, here he comes...

Stepping out from the back, Big Lou and Crash walk out onto the entrance stage, Crash with a contract in hand and a smirk on his face. A moment later, both Giovanni and Tino come running out from behind the curtain, moving as fast as they can down the ramp and they slide right into the ring. Cronos Diamante, who just got to his knee, tries to stop the attack on Loco Martinez, but he gets drilled by Giovanni with a straight right hand to the head, taking him down to the match.

Bryan Harris: How's THAT for some payback, Cronos!!??

Jimmy Yates: Loco blocks a punch from Tino.. Nice kick to the crotch and the fans are loving it!!

Alan Ducard: Here comes Crash...

Seeing that Loco might be able to defend himself against Big Lou's bodyguards one-on-one, Crash hands the contract to Big Lou a moment after he sees Tino drop to his knees after being kicked in the groin and heads to the ring. Loco is defending himself quite well against Giovanni until he sees Crash get into the ring, and then he tries to avoid getting double-teamed. As Tino gets to his feet and positions himself to keep Loco in the middle of the ring, the crowd erupts in a huge ovation of cheers.

Jimmy Yates: It's Rocky Stellar!! Here he comes!!

Bryan Harris: And here comes John Thomas about ten feet behind him and gaining fast!

As soon as Stellar gets to the bottom of the ramp he goes to slide into the ring underneath the bottom rope, but John Thomas grabs him by the leg and pulls him back down to the arena floor, and then John tries to enter the ring. Before he can get through the ropes, John is pulled to the outside by Stellar, who drills John with a hard right hand. LEGACY security, referees, and other officials charge down the ramp and get into the ring, pulling Crash off of Loco Martinez and getting in the way of Tino and Giovanni.

Alan Ducard: I can't believe the mayhem which has ensued here in the final moments of STRIFE 33...

Jimmy Yates: Well hold on to that thought, because look who just stepped out onto the entrance stage!

With a microphone in hand, Rob Belote stands atop the entrance ramp, and he doesn't look too pleased with what he has seen the past couple minutes.

Rob Belote: Keep those two separated! Don't let them fight... not like this, not right here, not right now!

Rob looks over at Big Lou and shakes his head.

Rob Belote: I knew that if Crash worked his way into a World Title shot, that this was the kind of lawless craziness we'd see from you guys... Just like old times...

Rob is fuming, but he looks down towards the ring and continues.

Rob Belote: Loco, you might think the front office isn't looking out for your best interest, you might think you're not getting everything you deserve... and that seems to be a popular opinion these days, but I can assure you and all of these fans that the front office is doing everything we can to keep some order in LEGACY... and that's why I've decided that at FORGED BY FIRE, when you two step into the ring against one another... there's going to be a special guest referee!

After a quick moment's anticipation, the fans erupt in cheers as the opening of "Whatever" by Godsmack starts to play over the speakers and Jake Dominion steps out onto the stage.

Jimmy Yates: Talk about an equalizer!!

Bryan Harris: An equalizer is one thing, but Jake Dominion?! He can't stand Crash! There's no way the match is going to be called fairly with him in a black and white striped shirt!!

Alan Ducard: If there's anyone who is going to be able to keep the Diabolik from cheating, it's Jake Dominion, and with that hurt ankle he's not able to participate in FORGED BY FIRE in any other capacity... but I think this arrangement should work out quite well indeed.

The show ends as we see Rob Belote standing next to Jake Dominion atop the entrance ramp, Dominion with a satisfied smirk on his face, the LEGACY Vision jumbotron showing a shot of Loco Martinez and Crash standing six feet from one another with several LEGACY security team members standing between them.
