As “C’mon C’mon” by the Von Bondies plays over the speakers, Loco Martinez remains atop the entrance ramp, glaring down the isle. Slowly he lifts the mic to his mouth, the music fades under and Loco doesn’t waste any time.

Loco Martinez: Well? I'm glad I stuck around. Cuz it seems, you're mouth's writing checks your ass can't possibly cash. Competition "THEY" deserve? Well, Stevie, you will find no one. no one. NO ONE! more wothy than THE Legacy Superstar whose victory earlier tonight speaks volumes about how qualified I am.So why not put your money where your mouth is?

Crowd pops at the prospect of ANOTHER World Title Match. Loco shrugs them off, rolling his eyes.

Loco Martinez: See? I'm not doing this for THEM. I'm doing it for ME.

Pops turn to boos, and Loco chuckles cockily.

Loco Martinez: The way I see things? I'm the last man that put you down for a three count. I'm the man that got you pinned. And even though you punked me out while I was sunbathing? I'm giving you the chance to exact your revenge for that Locapitator I hit you with... and you can have the chance you so BADLY want… Right. NOW!

The crowd all over the arena doesn’t know what to think, but they’re really excited by the prospects.

Loco Martinez: You had a match tonight. I had a match tonight... and then you lay down an open challenge? Consider it accepted. But I think you're full of shit. You're all about "honor" right? You a man of your word?

Loco starts walking down the ramp.

Loco Martinez: PROVE IT!

Loco continues down towards the ring while Rawlings stares him down, icily.

Mark Perletta: I can't imagine Rawlings defending his title against Loco Martinez here.

Landon Savage: You know, Mark? Cooler heads might prevail, but as we saw on Strife, Martinez has a way of getting under your skin. Even Rawlings isn't immune to being goaded into another title defense.

Joey C: "Goaded"? Rawlings is a big boy. Loco's not playing some mind game. He's just stepping up! Rawlings opened his mouth and wrote a check his butt can't cash.

Mark Perletta: I for one would love to see this match, as a fair match, not after Rawlings just battled Marion tooth and nail.

Joey C: Hey. Loco wrestled a match, too. He's not coming out fresh as a daisy, here.

Mark Perletta: Yeah, a match he took short cut after short cut in. A match that was wrestled over an hour ago. So he does have the advantage of REST.

Inside the ring Rawlings is staring down at Martinez, who's made it to ringside. Loco has his arms outstretched as if to say, "WHAT NOW, BIG BOY?". Rawlings responds with a hand gesture motioning him towards the ring and mouths, "You want this"? Loco nods slowly, and Rawlings smirks as he hands the World Title to the referee from tonight's main event, then steps forward to the edge of the ring and motions for Loco to get in the ring, inviting him, practically BEGGING him. Loco laughs to himself giddily, at getting his way as he slides into the ring. The referee immediately steps in between the two, making sure nothing happens. From the back, LEGACY road agent Trevor Washington runs out from the back, going right to the time keeper's table. He speaks with Josephina Colbert, Mark Perletta, and the time keeper for a moment, and then steps back. Josephina Colbert lifts her microphone.

Josephina Colbert: I have just been informed that the front office has decided to let this match take place… and it WILL BE for the LEGACY World Championship!

The crowd erputs.... and immediately begins a "LETS GO RAWLINGS!" chant that shakes the arena.

Mark Perletta: I can’t believe this is actually about to happen, a second World Title match of tonight’s event.

Landon Savage: And why not? Stephen Rawlings has made it MORE than obvious that he wants to defend the belt at every single opportunity possible…

Joey C: That’s right, you heard him say it… “defend this belt and defend this belt and defend this belt and defend this belt” and “tirelessly take challenges from all worthy competitors”. What part of “every chance I get” do people not understand? He made it very clear… unless you weren’t listening, Marky.

Landon Savage: The front office is just giving everybody what they want. Rawlings wants to be a champion who defends the belt all the time? The fans want to see another title match? Loco finally wants his opportunity? And they’re all getting what they want.

World Title Match
Loco Martinez vs Stephen Rawlings ©

The opening bell for the impromptu second Main Event rings and both men start to circle the ring, Rawlings stopping for a moment to grab on to the top rope, pulling it down and bending at the knee, stretching a little bit more, loosening up. As they start to circle a bit more, the crowd starts to stir, a different energy than they had been giving off. The cameras quickly switch to the entrance ramp, just where the eyes of both in-ring competitors go, the same place the eyes of the fans all over the arena go.

Mark Perletta: I should’ve guessed that John Thomas was going to come out here to the ring, especially after seeing the two of them talk earlier tonight backstage.

Joey C: You’re damn right John Thomas is coming out here, he’s Loco Martinez’s best friend, why wouldn’t John want to watch his best friend compete in the BIGGEST match in his career? If your friend was in a match as HUGE as this, you’d probably want to get an up-close view, too.

Mark Perletta: Somehow I don’t think John’s intentions are that innocent, but I guess we’ll find out.

When Loco realizes that Rawlings’ attention is on John Thomas, who just reached the bottom of the ramp, he calls out to the World Champion, bringing his attention back on him. From there, Loco and Rawlings quickly head to the center of the ring and lock up. Loco sends a knee to Rawlings’ midsection, doubling him over. Before Loco can follow it up, though, Rawlings grabs Loco around the waist, then flings him backwards into a backdrop suplex. Rawlings gets to his feet and hopes to follow it up, but Loco rolls to the side and gets to his feet, far enough away from Rawlings to stop a quick follow-up maneuver.

On his way to his feet, Loco quickly charges in and drops Rawlings down to the mat with a clothesline. As Martinez steps in and tries to pick Rawlings up off the mat, Stephen gets his feet up in front of him and uses them to shove Loco backwards, giving him enough time to get up off the mat. As Loco steps back in to try to keep in on the advantage, Rawlings leaps into the air as he’s standing up, drilling Loco with a dropkick to the face that sends Loco rolling backwards and ending up on the mat over near the ropes.

Mark Perletta: It’s amazing that Stephen Rawlings can have fought a tough World Title match against Marcus Marion and still have enough energy to get as much elevation on a standing dropkick as he just got right there!

Landon Savage: Of all the things detractors have said about the current World’s Champion, I don’t think anything negative has ever been said about his physical conditioning or his arsenal of moves.

Lifting Loco Martinez up off the mat, Rawlings spins his opponent around and lifts him up off the mat and drops him back down to his feet with an atomic drop. Before Rawlings can follow up, Loco fires backwards with a back elbow that connects to Stephen’s jaw, and Loco grabs the champion around the neck, places his head under the chin and drops down to the mat with the jawbreaker. With Rawlings standing dazed, Loco gets to his feet, turns and leaps straight up to the top rope, flipping backwards into a moonsault.

Joey C: Loco looking for “THAT WARM AND FUZZY FEELING” Moonsault Reverse DDT…!!!

Mark Perletta: …And Rawlings takes a step forwards to avoid the move!

Despite not hitting the move, Loco lands on his feet. Before he can follow it up to try to get back in on the offensive, Loco stumbles back a few steps, and Rawlings steps in to capitalize. Putting his head in under one of Loco’s arms, Stephen Rawlings grabs Loco around the waist, whipping him backwards up over his head, hitting a Northern Lights Suplex, bridging into a pinfall attempt…

ONE!

TWO!!

NO!!

Mark Perletta: Loco is barely able to get his shoulder up, and he’s showing signs of his match earlier tonight having worn him down a bit.

As soon as he gets back to his feet, Stephen Rawlings takes Loco by the arm, lifts him up off the mat and irish whips him into the corner, Loco hitting hard back first. After a moment’s hesitation, Rawlings charges in, but as he does so, Loco hops up onto the second rope and leaps forwards, grabbing Rawlings by the head with his legs, swinging around and taking the champion down to the mat with a head-scissors takedown. Getting back to his feet as quickly as possible, Loco hops up and drops a guillotine legdrop across the throat of Stephen Rawlings.

Joey C: Great move there by Loco Martinez, just zapping all the energy out of Stephen Rawlings.

Mark Perletta: I wouldn’t just assume that Stephen Rawlings is done just yet, but Loco Martinez does take control…

Grabbing Rawlings by the legs, Loco flips forwards into a bridge and goes for a jackknife pinfall attempt, but before the referee can slide into position to count for the pinfall attempt, Rawlings rolls over, keeping a hold around Loco’s waist and gets to his feet. Rawlings tries to go for a piledriver, but as he tries to lift Loco up off the mat, the attempt is blocked. Stephen tries again, but again Loco blocks it, and this time Loco flips backwards, sending Rawlings down onto the mat with a back body drop driver. Loco does a backwards roll, ending up on his feet standing above Rawlings’ head.

Landon Savage: Loco back up to his feet, Rawlings in a bad way if Loco can do something here…

Mark Perletta: He goes for an elbow drop attempt… Rawlings rolls out of the way!!

As both men get to their feet, Loco tries to regain the offensive, but Stephen Rawlings is able to just duck underneath of a clothesline attempt. Loco stops his momentum as soon as he realizes he didn’t connect, and as soon as Martinez turns around, Stephen Rawlings grabs him by the head and leg and hoists him up onto his shoulders…

Mark Perletta: This could be it! Stephen Rawlings could be going for the TKO for the third time tonight!!

Landon Savage: Loco’s struggling, he knows what this move would possibly mean…

Mark Perletta: Wait, John Thomas up onto the ring apron… Rawlings sees him out of the corner of his eye and turns a bit to face him…

Loco is able to take the momentary distraction and use it to free himself from Rawlings’ grasp… he drops down to his feet…

Rawlings turns his attention back towards his opponent, now behind him, a few feet away…

BAM!!!

LOCapitator!!!

Landon Saage: He connects with the Superkick! The Champ is down!!!

Joey C: Pinfall attempt!!!

One…

Two…

Three.

The referee looks over and calls for the bell…

Josephina Colbert: Here is your winner… and NEW LEGACY WORLD CHAMPION…. LLLLOCO… MARRRRRTIIIIIIINEZ!!!

After the announcement is made, it’s like something clicks inside Loco’s head and he hops to his feet.

Mark Perletta: I-I-I can't believe what I'm seeing here... first Crash... the Tag Title match...

Joey C: This is excellent!

Loco stands in the middle of the ring for a moment, the crowd around him booing mercilessly. He turns a full three hundred and sixty degrees, a gleam in his eyes... and as the referee hands him his newly won LEGACY World title... he begins to giggle.

John Thomas now joins him in the ring and the two exchange a high five and a hug... all the while Loco continues to laugh.. harder... and harder. John Thomas joins in.

Mark Perletta: Look at those jackasses! They’re LAUGHING?! They KNOW they just pulled a fast one… They KNOW they got away with highway robbery...

Landon Savage: …and they're loving every minute of it!

Loco turns and notices Rawlings, absolutely SEETHING as he backs up the ramp, exiting. John Thomas and Loco both go to the ropes and Loco reaches out and dangles the belt over the top rope. Mocking. Both men laughing.

Joey C: He's just having a good time. And why shouldn't he? He just became THE World Champion!

We fade out on that image. Loco leaning over the top rope dangling that title for the world to see... laughing.
