The LEGACY Tour logo shows up on a black screen and it fades out as "Awake" by Godsmack starts to play, and clips from the past five weeks replace it. The first footage shown is from the match between the Odd Cousins and the Revenge of the Nerds, which fades out into a shot of Rawlings and Turner with the World Tag Team Titles. That image is replaced by a clip of Dan Stein and Conor McLellan getting the win over the Odd Cousins and hoisting the World Tag Team Titles.

We then see shots of John Thomas fighting Tim Jones and then Creed, followed up by a clip of Creed hitting the REIGN OF SIN on John Thomas followed by a clip of Creed lifting Moxley up and dropping him with the REIGN OF SIN, then hoisting his World Television Title. Then the screen goes black.

Clips from the match between VooDoo and Creed are shown next, with shots of Cronos interfering in the match, brawling a bit with each of the two men involved, and then escaping, and then images from the backstage brawl involving the trio are shown. We then see shots from the match between Cronos Diamante and VooDoo, which ends in Cronos walking up the ramp, and then it flips to a shot of Creed throwing Cronos off of the stage.

The clips that follow are from the National Title match in which Gryffin Anselm slugged it out against an already injured Greyson Blade. A clip of Marcus Marion hitting Greyson in the head with the World Heavyweight Championship preceeds a clip of Gryffin picking up the win and being given the National Title. A still shot of Gryffin standing over Greyson with the belt in hand is shown, and then fades out into a black and white shot of Chivalric watching high above the ring from the rafters, followed immediately by quick footage of Gryffin having laid out Jimmy Smith and then coming to the ring where Chivalric waits, only for the lights to go out and then Chivalric end up gone. We then see a couple of clips from the match between Gryffin Anselm and Jimmy Smith, ending up with Gryffin putting the National Title back onto his shoulder.

We see a clip of the Sky High Exhibition Match between Dan Stein and Stephen Rawlings battling, seeing clips of each of them using their own style of offense. We then see John Thomas waiting on the entrance ramp during the introduction and HUGE crowd reaction last week when Loco Martinez showed up for the tag match against Dominion and Wolfson. Clips from that match are shown, ending on Wolfson and Dominion retreating up the ramp.

Clips from the match between Marcus Marion and Greyson Blade are shown, battling both inside and outside of the ring. Clips from the end of the match are shown, with Chivalric coming out from the back, then Anselm getting involved, and finally Marion hitting his jumping tombstone piledriver and pinning Greyson Blade before putting the World Heavyweight Title back around his waist.

TONIGHT'S LINEUP

The show opens on a shot of Mark Perletta and Joey C sitting behind a desk that resembles what you would see anchors sit behind in the studio of a sports news program such as Sports Center. Behind them is an elaborate backdrop which includes the LEGACY Tour logo.

Mark Perletta: Welcome to another LEGACY Tour edition of Shockwave, I'm your host, Mark Perletta, and joining me for tonight's recap, as always, Joey C.

Joey C: Enough of the formalities, we have a show to get to, our last show prior to Rise of the Elite 3 which is just 10 days away.

Mark Perletta: Tonight's show has five matches that help keep the momentum strong as we head towards the pay per view, most notably with the two matches involving the wrestlers who will compete in the Tag Team Title Match at Rise of the Elite, one half of each of those teams competing in a three-way match here tonight.

Joey C: Two legends step into the ring together later in our show to square off against one another for the FIRST TIME in their long and successful careers as Loco Martinez is set to face Eric Wolfson. Those three matches, and that's not to say anything about the huge main event or the interpromotional Sky High Exhibition match with my man James Win, Shockwave had everything it needed to be a great show.

Mark Perletta: Tonight's show sured up the last of the spots for Rise of the Elite 3, namely the National Title Match and the World Heavyweight Title Match. The announcement pertaining to those matches was made in tonight's opening segment, so let's get right to it.

TITLE MATCHES SET

In the middle of the ring stands the lovely Jen X, microphone in hand, wearing a mini-skirt and a spaghetti-strapped top. Several of the men in the front few rows whistle, and once the mild reaction finishes, she makes her first announcement of the night.

Jen X: Ladies and gentlemen, here to make a special announcement about championship matches at Rise of the Elite 3, here is the owner of LEGACY, Rob Belote!

As "Smoke on the Water" by Deep Purple starts to play there is quite a mixed reaction from the fans, a lot of whom are booing Rob Belote as he walks out from the back. Acknowledging the reaction he's getting, Rob nods his head and simply walks down to the ring. After he ducks in under the top rope, Jen X hands him the microphone. Once his theme song fades under and the reaction quiets down, Rob starts.

Rob Belote: Some of you apparently haven't forgiven me for some of the things that happened the first week of the LEGACY Tour, and that's fine, each of you are entitled to your own opinions. You don't like what I did, but let me just say that whe I did... it was for the best. Now what I'm about to mention tonight, this isn't a peace offering. This isn't some kind of gift that I'm hoping will allow people to forgive me. What I'm about to announce tonight is something that I'm doing because I'm trying to do what's best, trying to do what's right.

There's a slight pause as Rob starts pacing a bit.

Rob Belote: That's how I approach things with the LEGACY Tour, and as each and every one of you sits back on a weekly basis and enjoys what you're watching on Shockwave or a pay per view or another production of this tour, I want you all to know and remember that I'm sitting backstage or in an office somewhere trying my best to give you all the matches in that ring that you want to see, whether I'm the one who booked something, whether those who I employ as part of the front office booked something, or whether my right hand man, my week-to-week eyes and ears backstage at every show Smith Cartwright books something.

Rob stops pacing and looks out over the crowd.

Rob Belote: As you're all probably very much aware, coming up in 10 days is the first pay per view of the LEGACY Tour, and as of yet there are two title matches that have yet to be publically booked, and that's what I'm out here for tonight. First, the National Title. Gryffin Anselm seems to want to get into the ring with Chivalric Mason Bishop, and because those two seem to be on a collision course one way or another, they will meet at Rise of the Elite 3 with the National Title on the line.

The crowd gives a decent reaction to hearing about that match.

Rob Belote: And the other match... involves the World Heavyweight Title. I think this one is obvious, and a lot of you are probably wondering why I'm even wasting time with this announcement, because as you could very well guess, Marcus Marion will step into the ring in the Main Event at Rise of the Elite 3 with his championship gold on the line against Greyson Blade. But this match... this match will be decided within the confines of a fifteen foot high roofed steel cage.

The fans go absolutely berzerk as they hear what type of match it's going to be.

Rob Belote: Not only will it be inside of a steel cage, but the only way this match will be decided is by pinfall or submission. Escaping the cage will not end the match, neither will count out, neither will disqualification. Anyone getting involved in this match... will be suspended without pay indefinitely, and unable to work elsewhere during the rest of their contract duration.

Suddenly a voice is heard echoing through the sound system speakers in the arena.

Voice: Blah... blah... blah.

All eyes turn toward the top of the entrance ramp where they see James Win walk out from the back dressed in his black and gold ring attire, apparently ready to wrestle. While he talks, Win makes his way down to the ring.

James Win: Enough about the boring details. These people are stupid, they don't care about the rules. All they want to see is two guys get into a steel cage at a pay per view and fight toe to toe until the referee hands the belt to whoever wins. What they want to hear you talk about is something of more immediate importance...

Taking a momentary pause, Win walks up the steel steps, walks halfway down the apron, then gets into the ring.

James Win: They want to know... nay... they NEED to know who you've booked to wrestle The Golden One tonight in this Sky High Cup Exhibition. They need to know what pathetic "interpromotional" competitor you've over-paid to step into this ring with The All Star, someone who yours truly is going to have to carry to a spectacular match.

Standing just feet from Rob Belote, Win looks the owner right in the eye and silently awaits a response.

Rob Belote: You want to know who it is? That's fine, because since your match is up first, he's about to come out here anyway. Fellas... hit the music.

The lights dim as "Bullet With A Name" by Nonpoint hits the speakers, and a significant portion of the crowd starts cheering, and the LEGACY Vision jumbo tron blinks a few times in a royal blue color and then the fans pop huge when they see the nickname of Win's opponent show up on the screen just as he steps through the curtain.

"The Teen Idol"

A shocked and angered look comes over the face of The All Star James Win as he stands in the ring looking up the ramp at Cade Sydal. Rob Belote takes the microphone out of the motionless hands of James Win and then he hands them both out of the ring to the time keeper, and then Rob exits the ring and heads up the ramp, passing Cade Sydal midway.

SKY HIGH EXHIBITION MATCH
Cade Sydal vs James Win

Mark Perletta: Right from the start of this match, we got a taste of what Cade Sydal is all about. The young SHOOT Project superstar electrified the crowd in the opening match of the night.

Joey C: Cade Sydal wasn't the only one in the ring, though, Marky, and as far as I'm concerned it takes two to tango, and The Teen Idol's "dance partner" for this match is the always exciting James Win.

Mark Perletta: I don't know how familiar these two were with one another prior to this match, but it's safe to say that they're getting to know one another now, and to be honest, after the match we saw, I'm disappointed that these two are on separate rosters.

Joey C: Ah, so you're starting to see what I and other smart people like me already see, that although you may not like James Win's attitude, he is a great wrestler.

Mark Perletta: I don't know that I'd call him great, but these two put on one hell of a match, and neither man had to carry his opponent.

Joey C: Nah, they were too busy wearing each other down with a whole array of moves to worry about either man needing to carry the match.

Mark Perletta: Just like you might expect with an interpromotional match, these two had a very limited opportunity to prepare for this match, and so what this match ultimately came down to was how well they could reverse moves and string together their offense, trying to keep the match in their favor.

Joey C: Oddly enough those were the same foundations upon which the Sky High Cup was founded. And I don't know why anyone would be surprised that this turned into more of a technical, lucha libre style match as opposed to a brawling match. These two guys don't know each other, they have no reason to hold any ill will towards each other other than the company each of them works for, and when you step inside the ring, no matter which organization you're in, the notion of who signs a person's pay check typically goes right out the window.

Mark Perletta: It might have come into play more in this match had it been a situation more like last week where the crowd was behind John Thomas and had an obvious disdain for Jun Kenshin, but that was seemingly more about how Jun Kenshin acted and what he said as opposed to the fans showing some hatred for him for where his home company allegiances are.

Joey C: As soon as I saw Cade Sydal walk down that isle, I knew exactly what was going to happen. I mean, I'll always cheer for James Win, but I'm really starting to lose all hope of everyone else realizing what a great talent he is, and with Cade Sydal as his opponent, I knew people were going to all go crazy for him just because he held a World Title in SHOOT Project.

Mark Perletta: After a few minutes of back and forth action it was Cade Sydal who took control of the match, wearing James Win down with a series of kicks and takedowns, and after a couple of minutes of being on the defensive, you could tell that James Win was starting to get frustrated.

Joey C: Frustrated? Yes. Whiny? Maybe a little. Defeated? No. With the true heart of a champion, James Win continually tried to fight back against Cade Sydal, and it did pay off.

Cade Sydal goes for a crescent kick that James Win ducks, and then The Teen Idol grabs The All Star by the arm and sends him into the ropes with an irish whip. Cade then goes for another crescent kick and again Win ducks underneath it, and as The Golden One continues to run, he jumps, plants his feet on the middle rope, then springs himself backwards, and as Cade turns around to look for a follow-up move or reversal on the returning Win, he gets taken down by the moonsault from The All Star.

Mark Perletta: A flashy maneuver by Win put him right back into the match, and at this point The All Star's frustration level got the better of him, and instead of going the more scientific route, Win continued to control the match by continuously stomping on The Teen Idol.

Joey C: He should've kept stomping on him, too, because when he stopped and tried to go for the more typical "Sky High" type maneuvers, when he stopped beating Cade Sydal down, that's when Sydal got right back into the match.

Mark Perletta: That he did, but by that point both men were sufficiently worn down, and the end of the match was near.

Start : Footage from the Match

A side thrust kick to the gut from Sydal doubles James Win over in pain, dropping him to his knees. Wanting to keep right in on his opponent, Cade grabs Win and brings him up to his feet and goes to lock up with him, but when he does, James backs up and starts holding his face, complaining about his eye. The referee steps in to see what's going on and The All Star complains to him, stating that Cade Sydal poked him in the eye. When the referee turns to ask Cade if that really happened, James grabs the ref by the shoulder, spins him around to face him again, telling the ref to check his eye to make sure that nothing is seriously damaged.

As the ref gets in close enough to see into The Golden One's eye, Sydal, knowing that the situation is bullshit, steps in closer to keep in on the attack, but when he does Win kicks out full force and catches Sydal in the crotch, doubling him over in pain, sending a HUGE chorus of boos through the pro-Sydal crowd. Opening his eyes really big, Win blinks a few times and then tells the referee that he's okay, and then he picks Cade up off the mat and puts him into a standing vertical head-scissors.

Obviously trying to set up for his STARBURST pedigree, Win pulls one of Cade's arms up by the elbow, hooks it up, but as he goes for the second one he doesn't get it in time and Cade uses his free arm to grab Win underneath the knee. As he pulls backwards, Win starts to lose his balance, so he lets go of Cade's arm and nails Cade with a double ax-handle. Cade slumps a little, but then he uses his now free second arm to grab underneath James's second knee, and pulling back, Sydal trips Win up and lands him down on his back.

From there, Cade keeps in on the attack and does a forwards flip, landing a back splash to the midsection of Win, knocking the air out of him and getting a good pop from the excited crowd. Sensing that the end is near, The Teen Idol heads over to the ropes, gets to the outside and then turns to face the middle of the ring. Pulling way back on the top rope and leaning as far back as he can get, Cade then dashes forwards, using the ropes to propell him upwards, Cade flings himself up into the air and then completes an entire 450 splash, hitting the move he calls the 469 2k7 down onto James Win, then immediately hooking the leg for the pinfall attempt...

ONE!!!

TWO!!!!

THREE!!!!

Winner by PINFALL : Cade Sydal

Mark Perletta: What an outstanding match, an incredible move by "The Teen Idol" Cade Sydal, and due in large part to the man from Southport, North Carolina, Shockwave got off to a great start.

Joey C: The outcome of this match might have been different had the referee taken James Win serious about something being wrong with his eye.

Mark Perletta: I don't think there was ever anything wrong with his eye in the first place.

Joey C: You don't know that, the ref doesn't know one way or another, but it was his job to attend to Win and make sure that situation was taken care of, not question whether or not James Win was trying to fake something.

Mark Perletta: Even still, James Win hit an illegal kicking low-blow while his eye was supposedly hurt.

Joey C: Cade Sydal was obviously moving in to continue in on the attack, was James supposed to just let this... this... foreigner just attack him when he's not at his best? I, personally, wouldn't condone that sort of thing happening. Maybe you would, Marky, but not me.

Mark Perletta: Yet another in a series of stalemate conversations with you, Joey, so let's move on to our next match, and as two of the three competitors in the match waited in the ring, they got to hear from the two men who will go into Rise of the Elite 3 as the tag team champions.

THE NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS

As Moxley and Turner look to each other in the ring, then turn to the top of the ramp, "Violencer Pt. II" by The Smashups begins to play. Moxley and Turner look to each other, expecting only Conor, but hear the Disorderly Youth tag team entrance. As the music picks up, Dan Stein and Conor McLellan walk out to the stage. As they turn and face the crowd, Conor can be seen holding a bottle of 'Golden Grain' by his side, slouched over Dan Stein, whose eyes look blood shot and hair appears to be in a tangled mess. Dan reaches behind him, pulling out a microphone, as he uses his free hand to hold it to his mouth.

Dan Stein: Now, now now, Ted Turner and Herby Hancock. Don't think you're getting a shady deal here. It aint gonna be a handicap match, and Dan Stein isn't gonna grace this crowd with his wrestling show. No, not in this match anyways. Heh.

Stein sounds, well, drunk off his ass. His speech is slurred, slow, and he pauses in weird places. Conor attempts to stand on his own, but quickly falls against Stein.

Dan Stein: So. There you two stand, waiting for my partner to get in that ring. Well well well. Why would he want to do that? He's the tag team champion. Heh. Half of the tag team champions, and you're half of the losers that have to wrestle us for these titles we got.

Stein pauses for a second, stumbling a bit over his words.

Dan Stein: Now, Conor might be a little drunk-

As if on cue, Conor McLellan falls face first into the stage.

Dan Stein: But, he's fine to wrestle. And he might be under the influence of prescription drugs.

Conor reaches into his back pocket, throwing his hand in the air, showing the little brown bottle.

Dan Stein: But he's still fine to wrestle. And win. So, don't take it easy on 'im. Lord knows we won't come Rise of the Elite, yeh wankers.

Stein smirks, shutting off his microphone as he picks Conor up, and pushes him towards the ring, giving him a little 'pat-pat' on the heiny as he walks away…

Moxley vs Conor vs Turner

Mark Perletta: The first of our two triangle matches tonight featuring one-half of each of the teams involved in Rise of the Elite's World Tag Team Title match was the second match of the night, and with three of the more... interesting members of each of those teams.... well needless to say this was an interesting match.

Joey C: Just say it, these were the three weirdos from each of the three teams. I mean come on, Moxley is the KING of all NERDS. Conor is the poster boy for both Alcoholics Anonymous AND Anger Management Groups across the globe. And Chris Turner... that gorilla puts the ODD in ODD COUSINS.

Mark Perletta: Well however they're linked, this match was a flurry of activity, with each of the men attacking each other, and early on it was Chris Turner who took control of things, first going after Moxley, and then as Turner and Conor started in on one another, it looked like Conor was going to take control of things, having attacked Turner when he had just finished dropping Moxley to the mat...

Joey C: But that weirdo Conor wasn't putting up any kind of defense.

Mark Perletta: Well we heard Stein before the match, it's obvious that Conor came into this match under the influence. Drugs, alcohol, who knows what McLellan was on, but obviously something was imparing his judgment.

Joey C: He did look really comfortable and relaxed in the ring, though, and to be honest, I think he did better with his offense during this match than he has in the past.

Mark Perletta: A good offense is important, but the entire match Conor wasn't blocking or even trying to reverse any moves. He was just a glutton for punishment, or so it would seem, and it was this "strategy" or whatever you want to call it that ended up costing Conor in the end of the match.

Start : Footage from the Match

As Moxley gets up off the mat in the corner, Conor flies off of the ropes in Turner's direction, and just before he gets to him, McLellan is spotted by Turner, who leaps in and goes for a clothesline at the same time Conor goes for a clothesline, each man hitting their move and sending their opponent down to the mat. Seeing both of his opponents knocked down, Moxley rolls out to the apron and then starts climbing the turnbuckle, the excitement level in the crowd growing.

As Moxley gets to the top rope, he crouches down and waits for one of his opponents to get to their feet. Having more weight behind his clothesline, Turner is the first of the two to move. As Turner gets both of his feet underneath him, he turns just in time to see Moxley flying off of the top rope into a cross body press. Instead of being knocked down to the mat, however, Chris Turner catches Herbert Moxley, spins him around and slams him into the mat with a powerslam, getting a huge "OHHH!!!" reaction from the crowd.

Slowly Turner gets back up off the mat, and he spots the steel chair he tried to bring into the ring earlier in the match. As he goes to pick it up, the referee tries to pry it away from him, trying to ensure he doesn't use it. Turner pulls, the referee pulls back, and suddenly Turner yanks the chair away, and the referee falls right into the bottom turnbuckle. When Chris looks across the ring, he sees Conor working his way up to his feet, but then as Conor sees Turner with a chair, a strange thing happens.

Suddenly Conor drops down to his knees and then sits there, motionless, looking as Turner walks towards him, chair in hand. As Turner gets closer and closer, still Conor doesn't move, and instead, a weird grin comes to his face. Not wasting an opportunity, Turner arches back and then throws the chair at Conor... and Conor gets LAID OUT AS THE CHAIR NAILS HIM IN THE FOREHEAD!!!

The crowd again gasps "OHHH!!!", and Turner looks pleased by having laid Conor out. As Chris turns to find his opponent, however, he gets NAILED by a crane kick to the head by Moxley, his Super Sweet Ninja Kick dropping Turner to the mat. Not wasting any time, Moxley grabs Turner by the head and then yells out...

"DRAGON SLAYER!!!"

The crowd yells along with him, popping huge as Moxley takes a few steps, hops up the turnbuckles, flips over top of Turner, spinning him around towards the center of the ring and DROPS him down to the mat. Moxley immediately hooks Turner's leg and goes for the pinfall...

ONE!!!

TWO!!!

THREE!!!

Winner by PINFALL : Herbert J Moxley

Mark Perletta: A very nice win there by Herbert J Moxley giving him some considerable momentum going into Rise of the Elite 3, and in our next match we'd find out whether or not D.J. Cassidy could win the second of the two matches tonight involving the competitors who will compete for the Tag Titles in just ten days.

Joey C: If someone else were to win that second three-way match, however, that would virtually nullify any momentum Moxley would have coming from his win in our second match here tonight, but it would put the odd-team-out at a serious disadvantage.

BRIEF HISTORY LESSON

Mark Perletta: Since the start of the LEGACY Tour, titles changing hands has been something of a regular occurrence, no championship belt changing hands more than the World Tag Team Titles.

Joey C: When this Tour got started back on April 20th, the guys holding the tag team gold were D.J. Cassidy and Herbert Moxley, the Revenge of the Nerds, but along came Stephen Rawlings and Chris Turner, the Odd Cousins, and due to a little crafty work by Turner, they were able to come out of that match with the belts.

Mark Perletta: Antics that Stephen Rawlings was none too proud about, leading to some in-fighting between the Cousins. Now the front office promised a tag title match, but when Moxley's Television Title shot got pushed back a week, that meant that Moxley and Cassidy couldn't compete that night, forcing the front office to give someone else a shot at the World Tag Team Championships.

Joey C: That lucky team was the Disorderly Youth, Dan Stein and Conor McLellan, and they took advantage of not only the title shot, but they took advantage of the in-fighting between Rawlings and Turner, and they ended up with the gold.

Mark Perletta: The Revenge of the Nerds had already used their rematch clause to put themselves into the tag title match at Rise of the Elite, so when Stephen Rawlings used his team's rematch clause for Rise of the Elite, the tag title match became a three-way dance, and to my understanding it's going to function just like a three-way singles match, only each competitor will be able to tag in his partner on the apron at any time, just like a tag match, and the first pinfall or submission will win it.

OUTSIDE THE ARENA

We hear the voice of two talking. It's a male and female, but the camera is fixated on their destination.. the arena before them. So we can't make out who they are exactly.

Male: Yeah, this shit's going to be fresh. Remember the last time I wrestled? Shit. Ages ago, probably.

Female: Yeah, I miss it. Those tights on that hot ass of yours.

There was brief laughter.

Male: Yeah, I do have a great ass. I hope they give me some good equipment. One that shows off my great curves and my sexy bod.

Female: Hah, you're coming back into your profession and your main worry is your attire..

Male: Well, yeah bitch. Gotta' look good when I win that Sky High Cup..

The camera pans out as the two make it to the arena.. a bald and rather bulky security man stops the two as we finally see the faces.. Agent Wang and Anita Goodhead.

Agent Wang: Hey there Mr. Clean..

The man puts his arm out to stop Wang as Wang looks on disgusted.

Agent Wang: Hey pissant. I'm Agent Wang...

Security Guard: Excuse me?

Agent Wang: Worldwide superstar? No? Master of the Wang Bang Operation? No? The one man dick flick? Get it.. because we made a porn-

Security Guard: Right, well you don't have a VIP pass.. and you're not getting through these doors.

Agent Wang: Dude, once he knows what you've done, your ass is going to be fired. OHHHH, this is big time.. ohh, I got you.. what's your name?

Security Guard: Edward James.

Agent Wang: Okay Edwin. I'm going to call up my PERSONAL FRIEND, MR. ROBERT BELOTE.. and when he answers, are you prepared to tell him what you've done and how sorry you are?

Security Guard: Look, sir, I'm doing my job. Why don't you do yours as a wrestling fan and get a ticket like everyone else did.

Agent Wang by this time is fuming as he stands there in his white slacks, pink vest and white overcoat.. a white top hat to match.

Agent Wang: DO I LOOK DRESSED TO WATCH A WRESTLING SHOW? WE HAD A MEETING ABOUT THE SKY HIGH TOUR-

The door slams.. and Wang bangs his fist on it.

Anita Goodhead: Just call him like you said you were going to..

Agent Wang: I don't have his number.

Anita Goodhead: I thought you were personal friends?

Agent Wang: I barely know the guy... come on, let's go .. maybe there's a door in the back or something.

The view then switches back to a shot from the broadcast table where we find Mark Perletta and Joey C, who is shaking his head in disbelief.

Joey C: Agent Wang? Agent Wang is now a part of the LEGACY Tour?

Mark Perletta: For those of you unfamiliar with Agent Wang, well, I think what you just saw is fairly characteristic of what you can expect from him. He's certainly... well... he's an odd man.

Joey C: To say the least!

Cassidy vs Stein vs Rawlings

Mark Perletta: Our third match of the night matched up the other half of the three tag teams from the World Tag Title Match at Rise of the Elite 3.

Joey C: The more "normal" half of the teams, the better halves, if you will.

Mark Perletta: I wouldn't be the one to make that kind of judgment, and I don't think you are either. Each of those three teams are successful not because os one particularly strong individual team member, but rather because of two equally strong team members skilled in a different way than their tag team partner.

Joey C: Well then these are the three more traditionally skilled competitors of the teams, how about that?

Mark Perletta: As this match got started, Rawlings and Stein went right after one another, some heat still existing between one another from both their Sky High Exhibition match, which Rawlings won, and more recently their World Tag Title match, which went to Dan Stein.

Joey C: Well early on it was Rawlings who was able to get the advantage, as he backed into the ropes and was able to throw Dan Stein through the ropes to the outside, but when he did, that's when D.J. Cassidy came in and took over.

Mark Perletta: In going after Dan Stein early on, Rawlings lost focus of the fact that this was a three-man match, not just a one-on-one, and because of that Cassidy really wore him down with a series of moves, taking advantage of the fact that Rawlings and Stein had just traded moves back and forth for a couple minutes without forcing Cassidy to do so much as get into a lock-up.

Joey C: I'll give him credit, it was a great strategy on Cassidy's part to let those two go at it and wear each other down before getting involved.

Mark Perletta: I agree, and this match really helped continue what I'm considering the arrival of D.J. Cassidy, which I feel weird about saying about a former Tag Team Champion, but as of late D.J. Cassidy has been fantastic inside that ring, and even as Dan Stein re-joined the match, Cassidy had worn down Stephen Rawlings to the point where Cassidy went right after Dan Stein, taking it to one-half of the tag team champions.

Joey C: That advantage wouldn't last long, however, as Rawlings got back into the match, and the first thing he did was to go after Cassidy.

Mark Perletta: After going back and forth for a minute or so, Rawlings ended up getting the better of Cassidy, but after dropping him to the mat with a text-book DDT, Stephen got back to his feet and got immediately clotheslined down to the mat by Stein, who then proceeded to work him over.

Joey C: And there was some definite hatred behind those punches from Dan Stein, and personally I can't blame him. I've always thought Stephen Rawlings was a prick!

Mark Perletta: Before Stein could turn the beating he was giving Rawlings into a pinfall attempt, however, D.J. Cassidy pulled Dan off of Rawlings and gave him a snap suplex down to the mat, followed by another quick snap suplex, wearing Stein down.

Start : Footage from the Match

As Dan Stein worked to get up off the mat after a second quick snap suplex, D.J. Cassidy moved in and grabbed him to once again lock up, but suddenly from behind him Stephen Rawlings grabbed him by the shoulder to turn him around. Acting out of instinct, Cassidy turned and fired a shot right into the head of Stephen Rawlings, rocking him back a step, dropping Stein down to one knee in the process. Grabbing Rawlings by the arm, Cassidy sent his opponent into the ropes with an irish whip, and on the return Rawlings ducks a clothesline attempt by Cassidy, but he gets sent up and over with a backdrop from Stein.

Cassidy turns around to see where Rawlings is and he gets kicked in the midsection by Dan Stein, who then proceeds to pick him up and drop him with an inverted atomic drop. From there it looks like Stein is going to attempt a quick suplex, but as he tries he doesn't even get Cassidy up off the ground before Rawlings lays into him with a hard shot to the back. Stein lets go of Cassidy and turns around just before getting stung with a hard right hand, and then Rawlings takes him down with a standing dropkick.

As Rawlings tries to get back to his feet, he's immediately taken back down to the mat as Cassidy steps in, grabs him around the waist and takes him down with a gutwrench sidewalk slam. Cassidy then gets up and starts in on Dan Stein, who was working his way to his feet, locking him into a Northern Lights' suplex, bridging into a pinfall attempt.

ONE!

TWO!!

NO!

Stein is able to shoulder out before the referee can count a third time, thus continuing the match. Cassidy gets to his feet and takes Rawlings by the arm and irish whips him into the corner hard, but as he tries to move in to keep in on the attack, Dan Stein grabs him around the ankle and pulls him back, forcing Cassidy to turn his attention back on Stein. Picking Stein up off the mat, Cassidy immediately hooks him into a double underhook, then jumps, spins, and DRIVES Stein's head right into the mat with a nice Tornado DDT that he calls the Spin Cycle.

Instead of going for the pinfall, Cassidy remembers that he's in a three-way match and he knows that without accounting for where Rawlings is, there's no way he'll get a clean pinfall win, but it's not until he's back up on his feet that he notices that Rawlings had climbed the turnbuckle and was waiting on the top rope, but by that point it was too late.

Rawlings leaps...

he grabs on to Cassidy's head with his legs...

he spins through...

Hurricanrana!

THE OTHER FINISHING MOVE!!

Rawlings holds on into a pinfall attempt...

ONE!

TWO!!

THREE!!!

Winner by PINFALL : Stephen Rawlings

Mark Perletta: Even as well as Cassidy did early on, it wasn't enough to get the win, as he tried his best to wear down both Rawlings and Stein equally, and in doing so he just wasn't able to keep focussed on both men enough to avoid getting rolled up, and you have to wonder how things will go at Rise of the Elite 3 when these men and their respective tag team partners square off for the World Tag Team Championship belts.

Joey C: Well we mentioned earlier that Moxley's win got his team some momentum, and now Rawlings taking the second match gets some momentum on the side of the Odd Cousins, and strangely enough that leaves the Tag Team Champions as the odd-team-out, with neither Stein nor Conor McLellan winning one of the matches.

Mark Perletta: Well first of all, since it's tag team wrestling, that might not play a big factor in things, since you would think they'd work better off in a pair than they do alone, and secondly, come on, we both saw how intoxicated both men were earlier on. Dan Stein even forgot he had a match tonight! Their backstage antics hurt the Disorderly Youth here tonight, I just hope they show up ready to go in ten days time.

SKY HIGH DETAILS

The screen goes blank and suddenly images from the first two Sky High Cups appear on the screen. Black and white still images of Loco Martinez holding the first Sky High Cup fade in and then slowly fade out, replaced by black and white stills of Dan Stein winning the second Sky High Cup, and as those fade out, the image of a trophy appears on the screen.

Mark Perletta: Well folks, since the start of the LEGACY Tour, people have been wondering and wondering what was going to happen with the Sky High Cup Invitational, and in the first few weeks we heard that the third Cup was going to be held at Rise of the Elite 3, but as for the competitors who would take place in a match determining the winner or the prizes involved, THAT we didn't know.

Joey C: The past few weeks we've seen Sky High Exhibition matches, but unlike the two Invitationals before it, the third Cup did not have its own tour involved with it, and there was no Round Robin.

Mark Perletta: I originally thought that the winners of the Sky High Exhibition matches were going to be the entrants into the Sky High Cup match, but that turned out not to be the case, as those matches served more as the appetizers to give people a taste of the great action they should come to expect from the Cup competitors, whom we also found out were not just from the LEGACY Tour roster.

Joey C: Last week it was Jun Kenshin taking on John Thomas in an interpromotional Exhibition match, and this week in the opening contest we saw Cade Sydal battle it out with James Win, both members of SHOOT Project picking up wins.

Mark Perletta: Now that we have a nearly finalized list of names, we can tell you who 7 of the 8 participants will be who will be fighting it out for a chance to win the trophy you saw earlier... and a cash prize of $25,000.

Joey C: For one night's work, that's a pretty good pay-out, not to mention the money these guys are going to get simply for appearing. Let's roll with the names.

The screen goes black and slowly each of the following names appears and then fades out.

"The Teen Idol" Cade Sydal

Jun Kenshin

"The All Star" James Win

"The Only Way" Aaron Beaudway

Diego de Cardenas

Agent Wang

"The Dexecutioner" Mike Dexter

???

Mark Perletta: Those names represent all but one of the men who will compete, with the final name announced just before the match begins, and what we've also learned is the type of match to take place. Each of the eight men will be assigned one of the sides of each of the corners of the ring, with two men at each turnbuckle. This match will be competed under lucha-libre tag team rules, stating that any time a legal man exits the ring, a new competitor from the apron can enter the match. To keep the match from becoming complete mayhem, the man who may enter the ring will be determined by who the closest man is to where the legal man just exited the ring. The man who scores the first fall in the match will determine one of the finalists, and the man who scores the next fall will be the second finalist, the two finalists competing in a match immediately following this one, the winner taking the cash and the trophy.

BACKSTAGE

The scene opens up to the locker room of the LEGACY World Heavyweight Champion. Marion, is seen sitting down on a steel folding chair that big belt slapped over his shoulder. Looks are everything in this business, fascades, fronts and images. Marion, sits solemnly a far cry from his usual high temp demeanor. He wraps his wrist in security tape, and laces up the strings to his boots. Fresh wrestling tights are worn for tonight's matchup between himself, Chivalric, Gryffyn Anselm and Greyson Blade. In Marions' eyes for the first time we see tears. Is it an overeaction, or is it a cry for help?

Who...knows. It could be just another plot, another fabrication in the True Revolutionary's quest to rid the wrestling business, more specifically, Greyson Blade from the title that he covets and jades with envy. The LEGACY Championship.

MARCUS MARION: Don't look into my eyes, because if you stare search these eyes
long enough, you'll find theres nothing there. Last week I thought I put a stumbling, bumbling nomad down for the count when I executed my best version of The Revolutionary Thrill. I thought last week, THAT was for all the marbles. No further shots at redemption, no more pleading any more cases of "being screwed" to the appellate court. Greyson, it looks like Belote tossed you a bone and has given you ANOTHER shot. A shot not at the belt draped across my shoulders, because if you REALLY wanted you could just break into my house at night and steal this gold, no you have another shot... at ME.

Marions' eyes narrow a bit after that statement, the tears flowing like a rapid on down his face. Marion curls his fist and punches a locker, hurting his hand a bit but putting far more pressure on that hunk of alloy.

MARCUS MARION: Fifteen foot high steel cage. Two men enter. THE MAN leaves. You're NOT going to take this title from me, stud, and I'll tell you why. Creative control flows upstream in MY direction. I toss out the dice and I roll anything but a snake-eyes, I change the course of history and walk away from unfavorable circumstances. Meaning? Belote said the girls can't be in the hizz-house, that NOBODY can interfere or they'll be spending their summer paying off legal fines and serving suspensions. The stiff said all that, but he neglected to mention anything that directly concerns me. I'll WALK out of that match if I want. I'm public enemy number one for life and that badge of honor isn't changing any time soon.

There's a very brief pause by Marion before he continues.

MARCUS MARION: You? The fans LOVE you. Remember when you stole that National title from me? You said you outsmarted me, you pinned Jarvis and STOLE my diamonds.

Marions' emotions at this point are all out of whack, his sobbing cannot be controlled, and it just leaps to the surface. The camera zooms in and catches all of it in amazing detail. With clenched teeth the World Champion continues.

MARCUS MARION: This time rules are rules, and roles are reversed. I DON'T have to beat you. The fine print never said I couldn't skip town with my precious. You lost. Give it up. Go back to Knoxville and learn to play guitar and leave the sport of kings... to me. Tonight, Bishop and I have a little fun.

The camera zooms out.

MARCUS MARION: At Rise Of The Elite your rent is overdue and your freeloading ass gets savate kicked off my property.

Something seems really wrong as Marion sits and caresses his title like a toy, rocking back and forth with it in his arms, and then the camera switches back to the broadcast position where Mark Perletta and Joey C sit behind their desk.

Mark Perletta: An interesting promo from our World Heavyweight Champion Marcus Marion, and it's not all the time that you get to see someone in this business cry, certainly not the World Champion.

Joey C: Why NOT the World Champion? Out of everyone in this company, Marcus Marion has probably the highest stress level of all, with that target constantly on his back. Now he has to defend his prized posession against not only the man who found a way to STEAL his National Title, but against the very man who put his very dear manager Susan Rhodes in the hospital. As if it weren't bad enough that the front office made Marcus Marion defend the LEGACY World Heavyweight Championship against Greyson Blade last week, they're making him defend it once again against Blade at Rise of the Elite 3.

Mark Perletta: I think we all remember why it was that Susan Rhodes ended up in the path of that Killshot from Greyson Blade, and we also remember how it was that Marion was able to retain the LEGACY World Championship last week, so I don't think Marcus should have any validity given to his comments about how he shouldn't have to face Greyson.

Joey C: Whatever, Marky, you're just a Greyson Blade mark like the rest of them, so it's clear that we're not going to see eye to eye on this, so let's just move on to our next match.

Loco Martinez vs Eric Wolfson

Mark Perletta: As far as I know, this was the first one-on-one match between these two Hall of Fame caliber competitors, both men former World Champions in our business, and boy was it a great one.

Joey C: It started out relatively slowly, with Loco reversing all of the moves that Wolfson was trying to lock on him, but that turned out to be an early turning point in the match.

Mark Perletta: That it did, as the frustration that was growing within Wolfson was highly obvious, and after a few minutes of his attempts at gaining the offensive in the match, Eric went right at Loco Martinez, attacking him with a quick and brutal series of right hands that Loco wasn't able to block or reverse.

Joey C: A smart move by Wolfson to change up the direction of the match, because while they're both good at the technical aspects of wrestling, Eric Wolfson is undoubtedly the better pure fighter of the two.

Mark Perletta: Based on his credentials as a former AWA Cruiserweight Champion and the winner of the first Sky High, I think it's safe to say that Loco Martinez is the better high flying, risk taking wrestler of the two, and it was the high energy and high risk moves that got Loco right back into this match.

Joey C: As fast as he was moving and hitting quick moves that put Wolfson down on the mat a couple of times in a row, you could really see the frustration grow on Wolfson's face.

Mark Perletta: I'm sure it was, given that Loco Martinez was virtually running circles around Eric Wolfson, using the old "stick and move" tactic.

Joey C: Well that worked for Loco for a few minutes, but when Wolfson finally got his hands on Loco, it wasn't pretty... not for Loco's fans anyway.

Mark Perletta: After catching Loco with a huge clothesline that caught him in mid-air and flipped him completely over, Eric Wolfson unleashed a brutal attack that I didn't think Loco Martinez was going to get up from, hitting him with clotheslines, forearm shots, and then a massive german suplex that I believe could've been the end of things had Wolfson gone for the pinfall, but he apparently felt like Loco hadn't had enough.

Joey C: Well he should've gone for the pinfall, because when he tried to lock up with Loco again, Martinez took him down with a spinning leg sweep that started to get Loco back into the match, though not immediately, it definitely gave him an opening to catch his breath and regroup.

Start : Footage from the Match

Eric Wolfson sends Loco Martinez into the corner hard with an irish whip, and as he follows him in for a forearm smash, Loco is able to pivot to the side and Wolfson CRASHES into the corner. After hitting, however, Wolfson turns to his side and nails Loco in the head with an elbow smash, and Loco drops down to one knee, holding the side of his head.

Keeping in on the attack, Wolfson grabs Loco by the arm and irish whips him across the ring towards the opposite corner and follows in closely after him. Instead of hitting the turnbuckles, Loco grabs on to the top ropes and is able to flip himself up into the air, flying over the head of Eric Wolfson, and when he lands behind his opponent, Martinez grabs Wolfson by the head and takes him backwards into a reverse DDT, and the fans go wild!!!

Getting to his feet, Loco maneuvers around and grabs Wolfson's feet and lifts them up, Eric still laying on his back, and spreading Wolfson's legs as if he's going to go for a sharpshooter, Loco simply jumps and hits a double-leg drop that nails Wolfson right in the crotch!!! Getting right back to his feet, Loco again grabs Wolfson by the legs, sets up just like he did before, only this time he leaps forward into a front flip and jack-knife's into a bridge, and having Wolfson in the pinfall position, the referee makes the count for Loco.

ONE!!!

TWO!!!

THREE!!!

Winner by PINFALL : Loco Martinez

Mark Perletta: Loco Martinez scores the win in this huge monumental meeting between two first ballot Hall of Famers, and Eric Wolfson didn't appear to take it very well.

Joey C: Why should he? There's no way a guy like Eric Wolfson should be losing to a guy like Loco Martinez. I don't know if it was ring rust or what, but I guarantee you that more times than not, Eric Wolfson would've won this match.

Mark Perletta: I think you're under-estimating Loco Martinez, but before the main event, we heard more from these two backstage, but before that, we heard from two of the men who competed in tonight's main event.

BACKSTAGE

A jovial knock on the locker room door turns Greyson's attention in its direction, and two seconds later the door pops open and standing there with the LEGACY Tour National Title over his shoulder, hands taped in red, wearing his black t-shirt with his signature "D" on it is Gryffin Anselm. After a moment of silence, Gryffin, who is chewing a piece of gum, breaks the tension.

Gryffin Anselm: What, not going to invite me in?

Anselm taps his hand on the National Title's face plate.

Gryffin Anselm: You're not still upset about this old thing, are you? Because something tells me that even after saving your ass last week and giving you a chance to finish your match for the ultimate prize, the World Heavyweight Title, you're still bitter about everything.

He shrugs after there’s no response from Greyson.

Gryffin Anselm: One of these days you'll learn that I've been helping you all along the way because at some point, the Greyson Blade of old got a little softer than he used to be. Not completely soft, though, because you're still respectable, but without me, this new Greyson would be getting completely played out by Marcus Marion and Mason Bishop... instead of only partially played out by Marcus Marion.

Suddenly The Outlaw stands up and looks Anselm dead in the eye with a rather irritated look across his countenance.

The Outlaw: Upset? You think I’m going to get upset about you cherry picking the National Title from me? You think I’m going to be upset about you using this ruse of “helping me” to get you the glory you desperately want because before you got that National Title in Legacy no one gave a rat’s ass about the guy who beat Devastation before Devastation got the chance to have “the big one”?

A brief pause from The Outlaw, letting the question marinate with Gryffin.

The Outlaw: Well Anselm, the fact is I’m not going to play this game, because we both know from all of our matches together that the one time were on a level playing field, I beat your ass. This “soft” Outlaw can go can better and longer than anyone in this company. You may have the National Title, and soon I’m going to have the LEGACY Title because it’s just going to be Marion and myself in a steel cage. No whores. No bugs. No one but he and I, and under those circumstances … you know who the better man is.

The Outlaw looks at Gryffin in the eye and GA while fuming about Blade’s comments is also happy to see a bit of fire in him, because tonight they were going to need it.

Gryffin Anselm: Well, it’s good to see you haven’t lost your temper Blade … let’s go see what you still have in the ring and see if it was worth giving you the assist.

Blade shakes his head in disbelief and disgust, and then he walks by Anselm and heads out of the locker room, as it’s time for the match.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Only on FX.

BACKSTAGE

When Eric Wolfson walks through the curtain and down from the gorilla position headed back towards his locker room, he quickly finds himself face to face with the smiling duo of John Thomas and the man that Wolfson just lost to in the middle of the ring, Loco Martinez.

John Thomas: So, I guess this makes it Team "Us" 2... Team "You".... well, none.

John chuckles at the comment, feeling a bit cocky.

John Thomas: All those comments you and Dominion have made about us being "jokes" or "rookies", you thinking of taking any of that back, or are you content to let your new-found lack of credibility take the place of a retraction or an apology.

Wolfson stops grinding his teeth.

Eric Wolfson: Two weeks ago you two got a meaningless victory because the tables weren't even and you know it. You two knew who you were getting into the ring with, you were able to prepare for Jake and I, but we weren't able to prepare for you.

Eric's eyes narrow and he looks directly at Loco Martinez.

Eric Wolfson: And tonight's match, what you did out there, don't think that was anything more than luck. Even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and again.

Loco Martinez: So now you're blaming the losses in two of the biggest matches of your "illustrious" career on luck on our part, and the other on you and Dominion not being ready? Come on...

Eric Wolfson: Say what you want, but on a bigger stage than just some weekly show, in a match that Jake Dominion and I are ready for, you two wouldn't stand a chance against the two of us.

John Thomas starts nodding his head.

John Thomas: Seems like ten days from now we've got a fairly big stage. How about it? Rise of the Elite 3. Loc' and I step into the ring one more time with you and Dominion?

Wolfson starts to slowly nod his head.

Eric Wolfson: Because you two idiots and the hundreds of thousands of idiots sitting out there who eat up every damn word the two of you have to say aren't ever going to understand what I'm saying to be true without another match... fine. Rise of the Elite 3, we'll have a rematch, but things will be completely different this time.

Loco smirks.

Loco: So you... WON'T be walking out on the match?

Wolfson just glares at Loco.

Loco: Well then, we'll see you in ten days... pops.

After giving John Thomas and Loco Martinez a long hard look, Wolfson walks past him on his way back to his locker room. The view then switches back to the broadcast desk for the final time tonight.

Mark Perletta: Although it didn't take place on camera, when Smith Cartwright saw this match take shape, he quickly booked it, and so at Rise of the Elite 3 in ten days, John Thomas and Loco Martinez will once again step into the ring against Jake Dominion and Eric Wolfson, and you just heard Wolfson say that the result of this one won't see Thomas and Martinez win like they did in the first one.

Joey C: It was a "nothing" victory anyway. They got it based on count-out. And in case you were wondering, the reason why Dominion wasn't there tonight is he was off at a movie premier of some sort, but he will be at the PPV.

Greyson & Gryffin vs Marion & Chivalric

Mark Perletta: And tonight's main event, well even if you didn't know that these four men would make up two of the title matches for the Rise of the Elite pay per view, it's been obvious over the past few weeks who Marion and Anselm were each going to be facing at Rise of the Elite 3. And knowing that, we knew that this match was going to be incredibly heated.

Joey C: We've all see what has transpired between Marcus Marion and Greyson Blade while on the LEGACY Tour, a hatred started in Marcus Marion when Greyson Blade took the National Title from him.

Mark Perletta: As the first ever holder of that championship, Marcus Marion was quite attached to the National Title, which is evident now more than ever, as you heard earlier tonight when Marion teared up when talking about when he lost the belt. You'd think that having lost the belt nearly 4 and a half months ago and having gained the World Heavyweight Championship since then that Marcus wouldn't care as much about having lost the National Title.

Joey C: But you see, that's the thing, he didn't LOSE the National Title, Marky, it was TAKEN from him. Greyson Blade pinned Paul Jarvis to win that belt, not Marion.

Mark Perletta: Well at any rate, we knew the battle was going to be heated between Marion & Greyson, and ever since Greyson and Chivalric started in on one another, that situation has resulted in numerous bloody brawls, including a boiler room brawl and a "buried alive" match, so you knew when those two got into the ring together, there would be sparks.

Joey C: And ever since the Buried Alive Match at Invite to Anarchy, Gryffin has been going right after Chivalric, doing so as an attempt to try to distract Chivalric from Greyson to let Blade focus on Marcus Marion, so you knew what to expect when these two men got into the ring with one another, and THEY didn't disappoint.

Mark Perletta: The only duo who you didn't know what to expect from was Marcus Marion and Gryffin Anselm, who oddly enough weren't in the ring together hardly at all during the course of the match, as each and every time Marcus Marion would get into the ring, Gryffin Anselm tried to ensure that it was Greyson Blade who had the opportunity to slug it out with him.

Joey C: And people have the NERVE to question Gryffin's loyalty OR intentions. That's just sad, Marky.

Mark Perletta: Well in this match I think we got a pretty good idea that, whether Greyson and Gryffin are on good terms right now or not, they sure worked well together as a team, whether doing so knowingly or not, especially when we got near the end of the match.

Start : Footage from the Match

As Greyson and Chivalric start trading punches back and forth, but The Outlaw is able to block one from Mason and he fires in with a hard right haymaker that takes Bishop back a step. Then another! Then ANOTHER and the fans are on their feet! A fourth haymaker takes Chivalric down to one knee, but as Greyson steps in to keep on the attack, Chivalric twists as he stands and he throws his leg into a side thrust kick...

and it connects with the chest of Greyson Blade!!

PULMONARY ARCHERY!!!

Greyson crumples down to one knee and holds his chest, falling into the corner. Reaching over the ropes, Marcus Marion grabs Blade and bends him backwards over the ropes, starting to choke the life out of him. When the referee realizes what's going on, he runs over and tries to put a stop to it, but Marion won't let go! He starts his count, and at 4, Marion lets go, only to once again return his forearm to the windpipe of Greyson Blade and he pulls back, and once again the referee warns him and starts his count. Meanwhile in the middle of the ring, Chivalric gets to his feet and waits, but hoping to even up the odds, Gryffin Anselm gets into the ring behind him, grabs him around his leg and around his head and hoists him up onto his shoulders...

Torture Rack Position....

Swings him up and over...

DEVASTATOR!!!

Gryffin takes Mason Bishop down hard onto his neck and shoulders, and the referee doesn't see it. Anselm gets out of the ring just as Marion is letting go of Blade for the second time, and Greyson once again drops down to one knee, trying to get his second wind. As he does he spots Chivalric, who is out cold on the mat. He looks over at Anselm, who has a cocky smirk on his face, and so Blade waits near a neutral corner, and slowly Chivalric starts to get to his feet.

Slowly...

He has no clue where Greyson is.

By the time he gets to his feet and realizes where his opponent is, it's too late.

KILLSHOT!!!

After hitting Chivalric with a HUGE Killshot spear, Greyson Blade walks over, drops to the mat so he can face Marcus Marion as he does so, and he hooks the leg, never taking his eyes off of the World Heavyweight Champion even as the referee makes the count.

ONE!!!

TWO!!!

THREE!!!

Winners by PINFALL : Greyson Blade & Gryffin Anselm

Not waiting around to have his hand raised, Gryffin Anselm hops down off the ring apron, satisfied with the way the match ended. Wanting to avoid a double-team opportunity this close to Rise of the Elite, Greyson walks over and heads out of the ring, keeping his eyes on Marcus Marion. When he drops down out of the ring, he looks up the ramp at Gryffin Anselm who still has the same smirk on his face that he did just before Greyson pinned Chivalric.

In the middle of the ring, Chivalric struggles and gets to his feet, then walks over to the ring ropes and looks out towards the entrance ramp and locks eyes with Gryffin, the fire in his eyes burning hotter than ever before, plotting the demise of the National Champion. The camera switches to a view of Marcus Marion, who had ventured out of the ring, got his World Heavyweight Title, and then he watches as Greyson Blade backs up the entrance ramp, knowing that the next time the two step into the ring in ten days, it will be surrounded by a steel cage, and the World Heavyweight Title will be on the line. The scene then fades out to an image of the poster for Rise of the Elite 3.
