The Punishers kept their undefeated streak alive, beating the Misfits by a score of 4-1. Chris Cooper looked sharp in goal for the Punishers, turning away all but 1 shot. Defenseman Brian Romola had a standout performance with a goal and an assist (on the game winner). In the second game, Book Hockey picked up a 6-3 win against the Hawks. Will Cunningham led Book Hockey with 3 goals. In the evening’s final game, Ovenchicken built off their previous win and shut out the Leesburg Lowercases. Mark Koss had 3 goals and Kevin Koss had a pair of goals and a pair of assists. Mike Dwyer earned the shutout. The final score was Ovenchicken: 8, Lowercases: 0. We’ll see everyone tomorrow night!
