The first game of the evening was an exciting one, coming down the final seconds of regulation. Tied 2-2 and with mere seconds remaining in the game, Shahbaz Ahmed would connect on a centering pass from James Zembriski to give the Blues Brothers the 3-2 victory over Freezing Reign. Our other contest was similarly close, but the Red Ryders stayed undefeated. CJ Schoenherr’s late first half goal would be the deciding factor, and the Ryders went on to earn the 4-2 win against the Abominable Snowmen.
