The second night of Week 1 started with a rematch of last Spring’s finals – Loudoun Obnoxious vs No ReGretzkys. Loudoun Obnoxious would prove their championship was no fluke, defeating No ReGretzkys by a score of 5-2. Joe Del Gallo and CJ Schoenherr each put up 3 points, leading Loudoun Obnoxious. The Loudoun 57’s bounced back with a convincing 11-0 win against the Hockey Balboas. 57’s forwards Justin Mercer and Sam Kukulich both scored 4 goals, and Jon Cassady had a perfect game in net, earning the shutout victory.
