Loudoun Street Hockey League

The Misfits rebounded from their loss in Week 2, shutting out Book Hockey – 6 to 0.  Steven Voss had 3 goals and 1 assist for the Misfits, and Danny Mastromichalis recorded the shutout.  In the battle of the only two undefeated teams, Ovenchicken bested the Ashburn Pub Punishers by a score of 6-1.  Kyle Carlson had the game winning goal, early in the first half for Ovenchicken.  He also added another goal and an assist, in the second half.  The Vienna Orange Wings and Leesburg Lowercases faced off, in the last game of the night.  After trading goals back and forth, the Orange Wings finally got some separation in the second half.  Kevin Lawton led the Wings with 2 goals and 2 assists, as his team picked up the  7-3 win.    Next week we have games on Tuesday AND Thursday!  See you out there!
