Both games last night were decided by only 1 goal! The Warriors battled back against the Remparts, as they were facing a 3-1 deficit in the second half. James Zembriski scored to get the Warriors within one, and Brett Donahue tied up the game, putting home a rebound in the game’s final minute. Zembriski would score again on his first shift in OT, to give the Warriors the 4-3 victory. The Leesburg Legion remains unbeaten, hanging on for a 7-6 win against Gang Green. It looked as though Green was making a comeback with a second half hat trick by JR Poole, but Quinton Godfrey’s third goal of the night held up as the game winner for the Legion.
